It didn't, never received a quote
Description of Work: Called to get quote for gutter install. Owner's wife committed to coming out and never showed, and then texted a week later. Apparently a family issue. Made it out a week later. Nice enough and seemed to understand the work that was needed. She said she would send a quote via email but over two weeks have passed and I never heard from the company.

Good morning, I was shocked to see your report this morning. I am the front man so to speak, so I am used to getting the reports directed to me. We were out of town on family business and I got to calls as soon as I could. I did understand the scope but wanted to check with my installer about the front porch area and had the quote ready the next day.I do not know what happened but I sure am sorry you feel slighted by our company. Description of Work: Junbo replaced some of my old undersized gutters with the 6" type and replaced a number of my undersized downspouts with the bigger 3 x 4 size. The installers were very skilled and efficient, and the finished job looks and works just fine.

Description of Work: They came out to give me an estimate. Once I decided to go with them they have been great with providing details, providing samples and giving feedback on the covers and gutters. I am getting gutters with a color I didn't know was available and it will look great. I can't wait, service will be scheduled after 4th of july

Description of Work: Jumbo gutters put gutters and down spouts on our home and an out building. My husband does most home improvement projects himself but wanted seamless gutters and lacked the equipment to do it. My husband came home when the work was completed and inspected everything and was very happy with the workmanship. We would recommend them to others and plan to use them when we are ready to put gutters on our barn.

Description of Work: Susan came by for estimate. She was very easy to talk with, explained the options and shortly after provided a quote for the work. It is family owned. We agreed on date and time for work. They came out installed custom made 6 inch gutters for my old house and they were perfect. I did not really want them , but I really really needed them and they fitted in quite well. :)

Description of Work: I called for a quote on gutter cleaning and repair. An associate came out that day which was great to see what needed to be done. I received the quote which I agreed to a couple days later but the schedule was booked and it was going to take a couple of weeks a for them to come out. Well, I think they forgot about me as I never heard from them again. I'm using another company now.

After a super strong rain, one of the replaced gutters leaked some, so I called back and had it fixed in no time. Awesome experience!

JEFF VISCOUNT ARRANGED EVERYTHING AND GOT US THE QUOTE ADDED ON TO OUR STORM WINDOW QUOTE. I NEVER GOT ANY OTHER PRICES FOR THIS JOB, BECAUSE I WAS SO FED UP AT THE TIME WITH SO MANY DIFFERENT CONTRACTORS COMING AND GOING THAT MY HEAD WAS A WHIRL AND I JUST WANTED TO GET THE JOB DONE! ANYWAY, THE 3 FITTERS WORKED EXTREMELY HARD. THEY DISCUSSED WITH ME WHERE I WANTED THE DOWNSPOUTS TO BE PLACED. THEY EVEN KNOCKED ON THE DOOR AND TOLD ME WHEN THEY CHANGED THEIR MIND ABOUT THE POSITIONING OF ONE OF THE DOWNSPOUTS, SO THAT I WOULDNT BE SURPRISED WHEN I SAW THAT IT WAS NOT WHERE IT WAS ORIGINALLY GOING TO BE PLACED. THEY EXPLAINED WHEN THEY HAD FINISHED THE JOB WHAT THEY HAD DONE, AND ASKED IF I WANTED TO WALK AROUND WITH HOUSE WITH THEM TO CHECK THINGS. THEY WERE VERY PLEASANT AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS NEEDING REPLACEMENT GUTTERING.
