The service went very well. They explained how the leaf guard gutters worked; what they would do and what they would not do. The price was very good. They were great to work with and the work they did was good as well.

Called Jumbo Gutter and left a message for Susan Bergeman. She promptly called me back and said she would come by the next day and then call me with an estimate. She was true to her word. After she gave me an estimate on the front and the back, I decided to do just the back (not because of her price, but because of my finances). She wrote up a new estimate and dropped it by the next day. Great customer service! The day of installation Bill Bergeman and his assistant were prompt and the job was done great! It blends right in with the building and looks terrific. Bill was informative, friendly and professional! He said to be sure and call him if I needed anything. I will be sure to call again in the Spring to get the front done!

This was a small job which was performed exactly when promised. Nice, family run business. I would recommend highly and intend to contact them again for service in the future.

Great!!! After a high pressure experience with a national company that I had to throw out of the house I called Jumbo Gutters. Talked to Susan and explained I had a tricky situation that I needed to review with the installer. Two days later the installer "Bill" Owner/installer came over for a meeting. We reviewed the problem and Bill designed a custom solution to fit the problem. Two days later the gutters were installed. Everything went perfect. What a pleasure to deal with nice people that understand customer service. There is a big advantage in dealing with a small organization that gives personal attention and attention to detail. I could have never gotten that from the big companies. The big company salesman didn't want to listen to my special situation all he wanted was my name on the contract. Bill and Susan were great to deal with and Bill has 30 years in the gutter bussiness. I would highly recommend them.

Very well. They called when they said they would, and came and did the repair when they said they would. This was my first time using Jumbo Gutter, and I highly recommend them!

Mr Bergeman made a second trip the next day (Saturday) to finish. It is great working with a company that has genuine customer service in action.

Called for an estimate and was told by Susan, it would be done the next day. I never received a quote and called at least 3 more times for an explanation and quote. Bottom line, never received a quote or a call back.

Job performed in a very timely manner and done very well. Would recommend them to friends and neighbors that need this type of work done.

I phoned Susan after the builder noted a problem with our gutters on our 1 year walk through (they recommended larger downspouts). She returned my call and let me know when Bill would be in the area. Bill came and assessed the gutters, rang the doorbell, and explained how he would fix the problem. He told me why he would hold off on the larger downspouts and continue to follow the situation, and what he was doing today to remedy the problem. So far so good.

I have used Bill and Susan at Jumbo Gutter several times for repairs and cleaning and have been pleased with their work and promptness and prices every time.

Jumbo Gutters does not check their email everyday, as written by Susan on her estimate, so they came out about 3 days after I emailed them. She did not email me back. She did leave paper-based samples and the estimate, in my mailbox, and apologized for the hold up. Their estimate was literally 2x more than the quotes from two other gutter companies who came out the afternoon I contacted them. In addition, they only gave me a price for 6'' gutters which both of the other companies gave me prices for, but both felt were over sized for the area that they would be bound to.

Excellent! Service was way above average- highly recommended. Products and workmanship excellent, we are extremely pleased with our new gutter system.

Very nice lady, but she was difficult to get up with. When we finally did she came by and looked at the project. She promised to get back to us with an estimate for the work. This never happened.

Susan scheduled The work in a timely manner. Everyone was very polite. Work was completed on time They left the grounds very clean.

Susan called me back on a Monday after my initial call the previous Wednesday. She said she had been on vacation. My opinion is that she should have had an outgoing message on her voicemail to tell potential customers that she would not be returning calls and that she was on vacation.

We did not end up using them because gutter issue was under house warranty and builder fixed problem. But I would in the future.

Crew was careful to make sure all of the guards were from the same dye lot. This delayed our placement by a few days, but we appreciated this attention to detail. Crew was prompt and courteous. Took time to explain how the system works and the minimal care required.

These are the people to use if you need gutter repair or replacement. They installed our gutter system in 2003, and it has been great! They are professional, prompt (they even come early sometimes), and they clean-up really well. They are willing to follow-up with you as well. I called them with a gutter issue in 2006. Not only are they still around, but they jumped to help me. Highly recommend.

Excellent! It's so nice to deal with a home improvement company that doesn't insist on using high-pressure sales tactics. Will ALWAYS use these guys in the future for gutter jobs and you should, too.
