Jumbo Gutters came to the house soon after I contacted them via Angie's List. They provided a detailed estimate at a very reasonable cost, well below other bids I received from their competitors. And the work was done very professionally, with no charges added to the original cost estimate. Well done, folks.

I contacted Jumbo Gutter (Susan) and she responded to my call within 24hrs. She was very pleasant and professional. We agreed on a date that she would come out and provide recommedations for the project and an estimate for the work to be performed. Once we agreed on the price I advised her I would be in contact after the roofing company finished their project. Susan had her crew come and install the gutters and downspouts within a few days of my contacting her. The crew was very pleasant and always left my yard clean. The job was completed very timely however; their was one small miscommunication about the installation. When I contacted Susan she agreed to have this corrected which is exactly what she did. Susan is a wonderful person to work with and I would highly recommend her company.

The crew was polite and professional. They showed up when they said they would and took away all of the old gutter material. The new gutters and guards look fantastic. Top notch job.

Susan came over to estimate and gave me better price compared to other competitors. Crew came over as scheduled. They took down old gutters and replaced rotten baseboard first. Then put new gutters and covers on. They worked very hard and finished right before storm came. Oversized down spouts work very good. After minor adjustment, gutters looks very nice with new colors. I am very pleased that their hard work.

Pepople where great to deal with, they kept in touch with me over the phone keeping me informed on the date and time to come out and do the repair. Gentelmen showed up went right to work even redid an angel of one of the down spout openings to allow run off to go a different direction. After they finished went outside to look and it looks great, now i really dont have to clean out gutters any more since they also installed the gutter covers. YIPPIE!!!!!!!!!!. These people are the best.

Susan came to inspect the situation and her estimate was reasonable. Estimate was given for cleaning all gutters, repairing facia board and replacing gutter along back of two story home. Arrival date was delayed but after communication, Brett and Jesse were prompt on arrival and work was done quickly and professionally. I liked that they are a local company and Susan was friendly and personable.

The process was very easy. I contacted them and Susan called promptly and went by my house one day while I was at work to look at the job. She left an estimate in my mailbox. A few days later I called to schedule the work. We agreed on a date that worked around my work schedule. They arrived bright and early, got to work and the job was complete in a couple of hours. The team was very professional and helpful in answering my questions. Great experience.

Jumbo did a great job from start to finish. Their quote was fair and their work was high quality. After the job was complete, we had a few adjustments that needed to be made and and each time they were very responsive and were committed to get the job done right. I recommend Jumbo without reservation.

Susan did the original estimate and was very personable. When I called with a questions/change, she came out and re-estimated the next day. The gutter work was done the next week. The team that did the work was fast, efficient and answered all my questions. They installed gutters plus gutter screens on the house and garage.

Contacted Jumbo Gutter for an estimate in early April. The response was quick and an estimate was provided within a few days. Although the amount of work to reslope the gutter would not have justified the $150 minimum Jumbo Gutter requires, a gutter cleaning was agreed upon to be included in the price, thereby making the price fair. Jumbo Gutter worked on the resloping and cleaning a few days later. The day after the work was completed I noticed a small problem. I contacted Jumbo Gutter and they responded very quickly to fix the issue. The gutters are now draining properly. Thanks Jumbo Gutter.

On June 03, 2009, Jumbo Gutter Co. installed Leafproof gutter guards on all my gutters. The next spring, I noticed that birds were getting into my gutters via a small gap between the end cap of the Leafproof gutter guard and the rake board. My gutters extend about 2" past the rake boards, leaving a small entrance into the gutters. The birds were packing my gutters with pine needles and building nests. In the process, my house was "painted" with bird poop, and I was being awakened every springtime sunrise due to bird noise outside my bedroom window. I couldn?t take it any longer and called Jumbo Gutter to see if they had run across this problem before and might have a fix. The very next day, their truck pulled into my driveway. Within about an hour they cleaned out the gutters that I hadn?t cleaned myself and fabricated/installed aluminum strips on the back ends of the cutters to seal off the gaps. The birds are gone! Two lessons from this story: 1. Leafproof gutter guards work great, even in the hardest of rains. But if your gutters extend past the edge of the roof, the ends caps provided by Leafproof are insufficient to seal off the gutters from birds or even squirrels in extreme cases. 2. Jumbo Gutter Co. is the best gutter company in the area. They came out immediately to solve my problem. Also, since they had done the original installation, they didn?t charge me anything. They said that they guarantee their workmanship and apologized for the inconvenience. Wow!

Susan came out the day after I called and gave us an estimate to replace the damaged cutters on the front of the house that the wind storm had blown off of the house. The price was excellent. I called her back that night and asked how much it would be to replace the gutters on the back of the house too. Very reasonable price. Her husband came out and replace the front and rear gutters. He also added two down spouts. We are very please with their work.

It went great, you can not do better than Jumbo Gutter.

Excellent all the way around. I called Susan Bergmann on a Sunday night thinking I would just leave a message and she answered (!) and we set up the appointment right then. They came out, did the work on time and budget and it looks great. Has held up just fine, no leaks. Would highly recommend and will use again.

Excellent experience start to finish. Susan returned our initial call promptly and was on time for the appointment we set up. She made several very targeted suggestions to address the issues we had experienced with the old gutters. She was extremely flexible scheduling the installation -- we had roof repairs to be done first, and due to the weather they were postponed several times. When the crew came to do the work, it was executed very professionally. Susan followed up the day after the installation was completed and when we asked that some elbows that were made on-site be replaced with factory-produced elbows, she immediately ordered them.

I used Jumbo Gutter last fall and had such a wonderful experience with them cleaning my gutters, I called them again. Not only did they clean up after themselves, but it took them no time at all to get the job done. They also came by and cleaned earlier then they said and I was able to have a clean roof for my guest to see.

Horrible from start to finish. I contacted this company to clean my gutters on Thurs. 12/30 and was the cleaning would take place within the next 5 business days. After 14 days of no service I contacted the company again and was told my information had been lost and they would reschedule my cleaning. I told them that was fine, however we had just had a snowstorm so please wait until the snow melts to do a proper cleaning. I was told that was not a problem. The crew showed up the next day, attempted to clean through the snow and left without removing over 50% of the leaves never to return. I was dissapointed, however I did pay my invoice right away to be fair. Since that check has posted to my account on 1/18 the owner had showed up on my doorstop unannoucned on two different occasions, awoken my infant son and wife asking for her $150. I provided her with a detailed statement and confirmation number with check posting details. The company originally sub-contracted the work, did not notify me, invoiced me from the wrong address, lost the check and contines to harass me and my family to this day for the $150 payment which was taken out of my account by a sub-contractor 30 days ago. This was the most pathetic service I've ever received in any category. This company should be ashamed of itself. The next time a representative shows up at my house unannounced to harass my family for $150 that has been paid and documented I will be contacting the authorities.

Excellent experience. They were quick to come check out our problem, gave us a reasonable estimate, then performed the work within two days in an efficient manner, leaving everything looking clean. Susan, her husband and crew were very nice to work with!

Susan recommended replacing a corner piece and two downspouts, cleaning the gutters, and securing all existing gutters and downspouts. Crew arrived on time and completed the job as recommended.
