Overall, very good experience. Wife provides the estimate. Husband and two workers do the job. These guys have extensive relevant experience; clearly know what they are doing; get down to business, and are pleasant to deal with. When they were unable to make the original scheduled time, they called well in advance. Would recommend to neighbors and use them again.

This company is amazing! I just purchased a new home in need of new gutters. I called Susan and she came to my home the next day and provided an immediate written estimate. They completed the work the following week and started on the day I requested. The entire team was very friendly and professional. I have hired several people with 'A' ratings from Angie's list but this has been the best experience so far.

I called Susan Bergeman of Jumbo Gutter for an estimate and she was able to come out the next day. She arrived promptly for the estimate and did a thorough inspection of the gutters. This work was to be completed in conjunction with the painting of the exterior of the home by another contractor, so it was important that I be able to schedule the new gutter installation as soon as possible after the completion of the painting. I accepted Susan's estimate and the work was scheduled for two days after the painting was to be completed. The painting was completed earlier than expected and Susan was able to reschedule to accommodate this. The Jumbo Gutter crew arrived on time on the day the work was scheduled and completed the work within several hours. Susan's crew did a good job of cleaning up, as well as hauling away the old gutters. I found Jumbo Gutter very easy to work with. Susan Bergeman was very good with communications and was punctual on both the estimate and the actual work. The quality of the work was excellent and completed on schedule. Cleanup was thorough. I would recommend Jumbo Gutter to my friends.

Due to the number of trees in our backyard, we were having to clean out two of our gutters every rainstorm. At times, I had to clean them during the rainstorm so that the gutters would work properly. We obviously needed leaf guards. I received two bids. One company recommended that I replace all the gutters with bigger gutters and then install leaf guards while Susan recommended a low-cost mesh screen or a helmet-style leaf guard. She assured us that our gutters were fine. After discussing our situation with Susan, we chose the helmet-style leaf guard. It took them a week to order the gutters and they installed them on the day scheduled. We have had several rainstorms during the past month since the gutter guards were installed. They have worked perfectly and I haven't cleaned a gutter since.

I am a Real Estate Investor and this is the second installation I have had Susan complete for me. As with my first one, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The house has some strange framing, and they did a fantastic job installing gutters. The color match was great too since the soffit and fascia was gray. The great thing about Jumbo Gutter and Susan is that they are there when they say they will be, they do great work, and they stand behind their product. On my first one, Susan sent someone out three or four times to address things (that were not their fault) and she didn't charge me a penny. Thanks Susan and Jumbo Gutter!

Good quality and fixed only what was needed. Also fixed some of the downspouts at no additional charge.

Susan carefully listened to our description of what we were observing with our old gutters, and she gave us a couple alternatives from which to choose. Installers arrived on time, worked efficiently and finished the job same day including purchasing the 2 boards that needed replaced. We just had a 2 1/2" rain in about 40 mins. and the new gutters worked wonderfully. We are very pleased.

I originally thought I should have all of our gutters replaced with some kind of "leaf-guard" type gutters. However, the owner of Jumbo Gutters, Susan Bergeman, came out and told me that my gutters themselves were in good shape and had been well-maintained. She suggested just replacing the corners, where the leaks were occuring. She was very pleasant to deal with. She quoted me a price of $575 to replace the corners, adjust the slope of our rear gutter (which was holding water) and install gutter screens. She told me I could opt for gutter covers (which were more expensive) but advised that she, herself, had gutter screens on her home, and felt that they were nearly as effective as the covers. I was impressed that she wasn't trying to push her more expensive products and services on me. Her son was one of the two men who showed up to do the work. They were very professional and courteous. I was impressed that the man who cleaned my gutters did so by climbing a ladder, scooping out the debris with his hands, and depositing it in a bag that was strung over his shoulder. There was no mess left on the ground. In short, I was very impressed with their service and would recommend them to anyone.

Upon arrival, the crew immediately went to work to resolve the problems and found a few others in the process. All were addressed promptly and professionally. The crew was personable, knowledgeable and took time to explain the corrections being made.

After calling Jumbo gutters, within a couple of days a representative came to our office, walked around the building to determine the magnitude of repairs needed and called me with a quote. I accepted the quote and the job was completed in a few days. Jumbo Gutters did a good job and I would use their services again.

Jumbo Gutter came by and provided an estimate very promptly. We agreed on a price and they said they would start the next day. They didn't show up. I called and they said they didn't know I wanted to get the work done. So I asked them again to come perform the repair and they provided a date and time they would do the work. Again, they didn't show up. No phone call, nothing.

Their installers were professional and courteous. They answered any questions regarding the new gutters warranty and installation.

Susan contacted me the same day and was at the property within a day to do an estimate. Her price was so reasonable and her responsiveness so unexpected that I decided to have them do the work without receiving other bids. She did the work within three days. I did receive other bids after hers and they were all higher as well, which was fantastic. She even offered to come back out and install another downspout after I voiced some concern about the capacity of the gutters. I asked them to put the downspouts at the corners of the house and they did, but I didn't think about the long run to the corner on the back side. She took care of it. If you need gutters, make sure you get a quote from Jumbo. You will be happy you did.

My gutters were clogged. Jumbo Gutter folks came out and checked the problem. I did not even have to be home. We agreed on the service and price. I was not home when service was performed but all the clean up was done and the gutters cleaned and repairs done as agreed. Payment was made and I was pleased.

Everything went very well. Susan, who runs the front end of the company is very professional and reliable. After an initial hiccup trying to get together with her for an estimate (she called the next day and apologized for not notifying me she was going to no-show but had left her cell phone at home when she had to run out for an emergency), she worked with me on discussing various possibilities for our roof water handling needs. When I accepted her proposal, she had her team out to our house within a week. They essentially finished in one afternoon but then went above and beyond: the rain chain we had purchased had a broken piece so they couldn't put it up. So they took it back to their shop to repair it free of charge and then came back in two days and installed it as promised. All in all a very good experience.

Would highly recommend Jumbo Gutter to anyone and would gladly use them again if we ever needed further work done.
