We had to wait a couple weeks for our appointment because of a family matter, but when he finally came, he identified the problem, and set out to correct it. He is a professional in this business, and came with all the equipment, built the gutter parts right there in our driveway, He had to come back a couple times to make adjustments, but i know he will come back until he gets it right! That's just the kind of business they are.

After getting the information from Angies list. I called and made an appointment for an estimate. I got an appointment the next day. The woman was very easy to talk to. She gave me two estimates on the spot. I called a few days later to set up a time for installation. A week later they were there and gone before I even noticed. i was very pleased and have already recommended them to a neighbor.

The whole process was very professional and a breeze. They were timely with everything from the quotation to installation. I have been dealing with multiple housing repairs/renovations, and these guys were by far the most pleasant to deal with.

This is a mother, father, and son team that are very knowledgeable and skilled regarding gutter function and installation. Their customer service is the best I have had in a long time. The gutters were installed well and look like they are a part of the house. This house was built and included one gutter and downspout on the front porch, and they even fixed the down spout so it would function more efficiently. They work with your budget and do not try to sell you more than you need regarding gutter accessories. We are so pleased. Thank you!

Always on time. Very friendly and professional. Called after work was complete to check on job. I had a few leaks and they returned within a few days and made repairs.

Bill got here exactly when he said he would come. He did everything he said he would do. We have an older house and older houses settle so it wasn't always easy to replace the hangers. Bill went up and down the ladder numerous times to make sure everything was straight. We also had some downspouts that go under our deck. They are a bit tricky. Bill was so conscientious, he worked until he got them perfectly - not an easy thing. We have had numerous storms and everything is working well. We are very happy with Jumbo Gutter.

Jumbo Gutter was top notch! They came out for an estimate within days of our call. The price was below the estimate we got from another company. It was also $100 below what we had budgeted for gutters, which was great! We had to reschedule the first installation due to rain, but that process was easy and painless. The guys (not contractors) arrived early on the day of service and worked all day to finish. They were courteous and professional. We walked around the house for a final walk through before paying, and the owner even shared with me a roofing issue that he noticed during installation. Using Jumbo Gutter was easy and we would definitely recommend them to family and friends for price, professionalism, and quality.

Was a very easy process. My initial call was returned quickly. I had an estimate within a couple of days. They were able to perform the work while I was out of town. Everything seems to be working very well.

Because of recent stormy weather, Jumbo Gutters was running behind on jobs. So they came out on the 4th of July to fix my gutters. Wow! Somebody who works on a holiday! Unfortunately, when it started raining and thundering, they had to stop. They returned on July 6 and finished the job. Everyone in this small, family-owned-and-operated business was friendly, worked hard, and did a great job. But they also went the extra mile to provide additional service: They nailed down second-story trim that was not on the estimate, which saved me a lot of money because I didn't have to hire someone else to come out for a small job requiring a long ladder. And just because they're nice people, they hoisted up and nailed up a sheet of plywood for a feral cat shelter that I'm building. All in all, I'm more than pleased with Jumbo Gutter's work and work ethic. They really value their customers and strive to give them quality and value. I'd recommend them to anyone.

They showed up when they said they would, they got the job done and they got the job suited for what they quoted it as.

The entire process went very smoothly. In fact, out of all the contractors we had at our home, and trust me, their were many, they were the best. From replacing the gutters to doing extras at no cost like putting the downspouts into main tracks so the water wouldn't run along the roof. The cleanup was excellent. I didn't find a single piece of material they had cut. They replaced all the rotted wood which turned out to be substantially more than I had originally anticipated but even then, they worked with me on the price. Susan, her husband Bill and son are great. I am knew to the Charlotte area (going on two years at summers end) so finding a good contractor let alone a great contractor has been a challenge to say the least. It's was like having my family come over and help me do the job. I really appreciate them as human beings and the personal connection we've developed from doing business together. I will be using Jumbo Gutters in the future and would recommend their services. After purchasing the home I was renting for some time (knowing there were gutter issues that were not addressed during my tenancy) one of my first priorities was to address these problems. Jumbo Gutters came out and provided a detailed quote for the work I wanted performed, also pointing out additional issues that were preventing the successful drainage of water away from my home. Having braced myself for both a "new gutter system sales pitch" several friends warned me to expect and a corresponding high price tag for the necessary repairs, I was happy to see my budgeted number was not approached (even when an additional 3"x4" downspout upgrade was added to the work on site). They worked efficiently and left no evidence of their work. They are a family run business that will take the time to provide quality service and will answer any questions or concerns you may have.

Gave Susan a call for an estimate, she came over right away. We were so impressed with her honesty about our gutter needs and with her estimate that we never got another estimate from anyone else.. Her husband and son did a great job installing the gutters and would highly recommend this company.

Susan came out to give me the estimate initially.She was extremely pleasant, professional, and very knowledgable about her trade giving great suggestions. Jumbo Gutters were very accomodating as to scheduling. Even when the weather was a factor they made it a priority to work with us to schedule the next available time slot. When they arrived to do the work they made it a point to make sure everything they were doing was going to be done the way we asked. A very personable and professional crew using exceptional quality materials and work made this a great experience for us. Once they had finished they took the time to show us everything they had done to ensure our satisfaction. They are extremely considerate and we will definitely use them for all of our future gutter needs.

I received a call immediately after sending the initial message (literally within five minutes). We received an estimate the next day and the work was done two days later. They came back one time to fix a follow-up issue and were very quick and responsive about that too. They also reimbursed us $20 after the work was done because I had an Angie's List coupon that I forgot to tell them about. That was my fault, but they were nice enough to honor the coupon.

We needed all the gutters replaced on a fixer upper. They came out, put in a great bid. They were able to work on our timeframe and got in done on time and on bid. Looks great too.

They arrived on time, did the work as promised, and charged a fair price. They did a good job, too.

The workmen were on time, and did the work professionally and efficiently.

They did a very good job and I've recommended them to other people. They used a normal-sized gutter, but an enlarged downspout, which moves the water faster. Their price was good and they were quick. They were very professional and when they left, you didn't even know that they had been here.
