Description of Work: Left a voice mail and sent an email. Never replied to either. I came home one day and there was a quote in my front door for twice as much as anyone else out there. Either they don't want the business or they suffer from bad customer service.

Description of Work: I called to ask for an estimate for repair of a section of my gutters that came away from the house. I left a message and received a call back within a few hours. They were able to get out to my house within 24 hours to assess the work to be done. I did receive a quote but only for replacement of the gutters ($480 for a five foot section). They did not provide any information on repair which would be my first choice. I have not made a decision about which provide to use but I really wish I would have been given both options. Also, $480 for a five foot section of gutter to be replaced seems extremely expensive.

Description of Work: We recently had Jumbo Gutter Company install gutters on our house. As soon as I called,Susan got back in touch with me and set up a time to come to the house for an estimate. The two men who came out were very professional and answers any and all questions I had. The gutters look great and I have nothing but good to say about this company. Thank you Angie for making this process such an enjoyable one.

Description of Work: Susan and her crew surpassed all expectations. Shortly after leaving a message Susan called me back and explained all of the services offered by the company. The next day she came out took measurements and provided a detailed estimate with different gutter guard options and pricing. Susan was flexible in scheduling the job and answered all questions patiently and with obvious expertise. Her crew, made up of her son and another staff member did a great job at installing out gutter screens. They fixed a detached gutter, spotted and fixed another problem area and cleaned all the gutters. Susan followed up to make sure we were happy with the work. About a week later I noticed a problem with water in one of the gutters and emailed Susan. She got back to me right away and had someone out to fix the problem. I highly recommend this company and they will get all of my business when it comes to my gutters.

Description of Work: They replaced gutters. They put them up exactly where and how I asked for. The gutters are working very well. I would use Jumbo Gutter again and I would recommend them.

I was delighted with this provider! Economical, efficient, competent, professional, and pleasant! I will definitely use them again as the need arises.

NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP. CALLED BACK TO COMPLAIN AND ASK WHAT HAPPENED, THEY NEVER RETURNED MY CALL. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
