Selling a home is stressful and time-consuming and something I never want to do again. Unless, I have Julie Everakes by my side. I cannot say enough about how wonderful and stress-free she made this experience for me. She is dedicated, positive, honest, knowledgable, trustworthy and was always there for me every step of the way. Julie has a very calming demeaner which was so nice to have when dealing with the stressful situation of selling a home. Never once did she lose focus and was completely dedicated in getting my home sold quickly. I know she has a ton of clients, yet she made me feel like I was the only one and always answered the phone when I'd call or would immediately text back (she picked up on the fact that I wasn't a phone person, so texting wasn't an issue for her - thank you Julie!). I cannot recommend her enough when looking for someone to help buy or sell your home. After all is said and done you will walk away with a friend for life, because that is how Julie will make you feel, just like an old-trusted friend, and that is what you need in someone when you are going through the biggest thing you will go through in this life, buying or selling your home.

Julie was fantastic! I had to sell my home because I accepted a job in another state. Julie visited with me, went through my home, clearly knew my neighborhood, talked through the process and made me feel very comfortable. I decided on the spot that she was who I wanted to work with. She did a little staging of my furniture and items, brought in a professional photographer to take photos, a gentleman who professionally measured the home (turned out it measured a little larger than when I had purchased it). We decided to list the house after I moved my things out because I needed to pack and it was the holiday season. Julie said it would not be an issue because we had the photos of it furnished. She said it would make it easier for buyers to visualize their things in the home. When my home was listed, we had several showings the first day and an offer from one the next day. I ended up selling for $1000 under the asking price. I was thrilled. Julie worked with me and kept me informed all through the closing process. The closing went smoothly and I am very happy with the result. Julie made selling my home so easy. I feel very lucky and thankful to have found such a knowledgeable and pleasant person to work with. I highly recommend her!

Julie was an absolutely fantastic buyer's agent from initial inquiry through closing. She provided great background information to help us begin a home search in a city we were not familiar with. Julie showed us many homes and always worked around our difficult work schedules. She has great attention to detail and alerted us to home features and drawbacks that we would not have spotted on our own. Julie expertly guided us through the offer process and went above and beyond to coordinate inspections, follow-up appointments, repairs and loan requirements. Julie is extremely professional and always responded to phone calls and emails promptly, and she is a pleasure to work with. We've used Julie for several family members, and multiple homes. She is an absolutely wonderful, professional, thorough, genuine agent, and you will feel from start to finish like you are her only client. She is very responsive to questions, she is extremely knowledgable, and most importantly, she is patient with us through the process. She does a great job of organizing everything and keeping the stress off you as much as possible. I truly cannot say enough good things about our experience with Julie. One of the best realtors I have had the pleasure to work with while looking for a new home. I found Julie on Angie's List when I began my home search nearly 3 months ago. Being relatively new to Charlotte, Julie's knowledge of the area was incredibly helpful. Over the course of 3 months we were shown approximately 50 homes and not once did she make us feel as if we were wasting her time. She is incredibly patient,kind, thoughtful and genuinely interested in trying to help you find a home you will enjoy. I never felt pressured to make an offer or consider a home that was not right for me. She was always available and proactive. Honestly, one of the hardest working realtors I have encountered in a long time. I highly recommend Julie and intend on working with her again on future real estate transactions.

I was so impressed with Julie the first time I met her. She spent time looking at the house, then sat and talked with me to explain how the process would work. What I liked best was that she would be my only contact person, rather than having multiple people to talk to. She was very responsive--quick to answer phone calls and e-mails, and patient with my questions and concerns. It was as smooth a transaction as I can imagine.

Julie Everakes, Realtor at Keller-Williams (Southpark Office) spoke to me in great length several times on the telephone giving and getting valuable information about the current market value on homes in my area. Julie gathered all the information I had requested and more. She made an appointment to come to my home to look over the inside and outside. She was very accommodating in coming out any time that worked for me. We made an appointment that week. She was punctual, knowledgeable, and patient. She spoke with me in great detail about what I wanted to do and how she could help me. She assured me that she would be available and I would not have to play phone tag with her. Julie said she likes to stay on top of things. She didn't like to put things off. She she gave me valuable information regarding selling my home and the steps that go along with that. She is licensed in both North Carolina and South Carolina. This was important to me because after the sale of my home I am interested in looking at homes/condominiums in both states. She has done a lot of work in South Carolina. We each gave some background information. I let her know what was important to me and discussed what concerns I have. She explained how I go about determining what I can afford, etc. Julie gave me the name and number (business card) of a lender she works with a lot and who can walk me through the steps that go along with purchasing a new home/condominium. As she left my home on a Friday @ 6:00 pm, she said she would be working on it and would get back to me soon. Julie called me back the very NEXT DAY (Saturday) afternoon.. She had gotten some information worked up already. I was extremely pleased and impressed with her professionalism. Julie went above and beyond any expectation I could possibly have. I got Julie Everakes name from all her positive reviews I read on ANGIE'S LIST. I am glad I called her and I have no doubt at all that she will do an excellent job. From what I now know, I would recommend you call her and at least talk to her about any real estate transaction you may have. I did not know her but I am glad that I called and got to know her. I look forward to having her on my side throughout this process.

I was a first-time homebuyer with a limited budget, and no experience with purchasing, or knowledge of home issues and repairs. In every way, Julie walked me through the process, pointed out issues I'd want to consider along with the pros and cons, and made sure that I did not feel "foolish" in asking the most basic questions. In fact, she went far above and beyond the call of duty in advising me not only for the purchase itself, but even pointing out longer-term maintenance tips that I should consider (at my request) since I am a novice. She advised me on the benefits and disadvantages or new vs resale, townhomes vs single family homes, and whether I should consider purchasing a short-sale. On several occasions, she offered advice based on my situation that could lessen her compensation, but would benefit me and my children. She referred me to great service providers, but always encouraged me to do my own research and never pressured me in my choices. Julie was always prompt and has a very calm and balanced demeanor, which was fantastic when the situation became more challenging at several points. She always returned my calls, texts and emails promptly, and was so kind and likeable (in addition to her excellent service and knowledge), that I also would count her as a friend. I truly can't image a better Realtor, and I was blown away by how much assistance she gave me throughout the process, especially given that I was not a high-end client. I will always use Julie in the future, and will recommend her to all my friends and family!

Julie is absolutely fabulous and the best realtor I have ever worked with. I would hire her to buy or sell a home. She is in constant contact with you. She always notifies you of the current status of the property and any transactions. I cannot rave enough about how great Julie is. I found her on Angie's List and I wish I had found her 6 houses ago. There were a few hiccups with the property but Julie guided me through them and and gave amazing advice. The investment properties were priced less than 100k. She treated me just as well as if I was buying a half million dollar property. I will never use another realtor!

Julie was fantastic. She was recommended by friends, and we can't thank them enough for the tip! We're both young professionals, and it was extremely helpful to have someone who was extremely responsive via phone, e-mail, text -- whatever method of communication we tried. After discussing a few neighborhoods we'd like to try, Julie set up a search and we'd look at a few each weekend. We never had scheduling issues and never felt like changing our minds or seeing a house a few times was an inconvenience. Since we were so far away, we had to trust her, and she proved herself time and again. She was readily available whenever we had questions or concerns, even working during her vacation. This was not our first realtor experience, and I can say Julie was so far and above the others, there's really no comparison. I would put any buyer or seller in her hands without hesitation.

I found Julie on Angie's list after moving to Charlotte from California. We had only lived in the area for a few months and were relatively unfamiliar with the areas, neighborhoods, etc. We were renting an apartment until finding a home. All of her reviews were excellent, so I gave her a call. During our first meeting, she sat with us for a long time listening to what kind of neighborhood and home we were looking for, what was important to us (schools, sidewalks, etc.) and really getting an understanding of what we wanted in our dream home. She told us detailed information about all of the areas we were interested in and helped us get more familiar with Charlotte overall. It took us a few months to find the "perfect" house and Julie was patient, kind and helpful throughout the entire process. We had a lot of questions and she was always quick to respond with the answers and more information. She was very flexible in working with us which we appreciated since we both have an atypical work schedule and we also have an 18-month-old child. When we did find our home, Julie made the offer and closing process easy and helped us every step of the way. I would definitely recommend Julie - She is a GREAT realtor, and is also really nice and fun to be around so she makes a potentially stressful event of buying/selling a house much more fun and exciting!
