About us

Improved Outlook has been a family owned and operated business for 30 years. Most of this time was in WI and in NY, but we have now relocated to Charlotte, and we bring our reputation and experience with us. We specialize in window cleaning, pressure-washing, gutter cleaning, and chandelier cleaning. As the business owner, I also do the work myself. This gives you peace of mind that you know exactly who is going to show up and be walking around your home all day. We love working in big, beautiful homes, and we cater to the customers that are looking for a reliable, trustworthy contractor whose focus is on doing the job the right way. We do not use poles and brushes to clean windows on houses, but take the time to use ladders and squeegees so that we can do a perfect job every time. Your satisfaction is our number one objective, and we are willing to do whatever it takes to leave you completely happy.

It went well. The cleaners were polite, worked hard and did a good job. The leaded glass windows are very hard to clean and they certainly did a better job than I could. The price was a little high, but the quality was good.

The crew introduced themselves upon arrival. They had us review all aspects of the work needed prior to stating. They went about the cleaning efficiently and very effectively. When anyone had to come into the house they put on "paper booties" to avoid tracking in any dirt. Each member of the crew was responsive, courteous, and exceptionally professional. It is difficult to put the result of their work in words that best describe it: we have never seen our windows so clean, they did an exceptional job! We recommend Improved Outlook without any doubt and we will have them do our annual window cleaning each and every year.
Description of Work: We had all the windows cleaned. The windows were storm combination windows. They kept track of window inserts and all inserts were returned to proper location. The windows were exceptionally cleaned. We have been having windows cleaned for past five years; Improved Outlook far and away did the best job of all the companies we used.

Maybe I'm a tightwad but thought the price was a bit high but the service performed was excellent. Will use again without hesitation.

We are glad to make the drive from Wauwatosa to muskego, but we do have to charge a bit more to make it worthwhile for a small job like that. If we are able to do the windows for you as well next year, it will definitely work out better all around.

I hired them after an estimate was given. They were surprised to see how needy my windows were of cleaning. After their work the windows were immaculate. In spite of the extra work necessary to do a good job; they honored their estimated price.

The windows looked great inside and outside. I was impressed by the gentleman who did the cleaning (Sorry, I’ve forgotten his name!). He worked without stopping and without any wasted steps: inside and outside, up and down his ladder, etc. It was amazing to see what he could accomplish in 2.5 hours. The same job would have taken me an entire day! I was pleased with the outcome and the clean windows added extra sparkle to a special weekend.
Description of Work: I was hosting the wedding party for a friend, and I was expecting to have many people in my house on the weekend of the wedding. I called Improved Outlook rather last minute, as I had intended to wash my own windows but ran out of time. I had used their services in the past for window washing and pressure washing. Despite my poor lack of planning, Gabe was able to work around schedules and send someone out on the Thursday before the wedding, with only a 2-3 day lead time. I have a two-story colonial with 19 double-hung windows, 2 entries, and a sunroom with several sets of large patio doors. In addition, the windows have screens which were removed and dry brushed.

They were professional, quite neat, and efficient. I am very happy with the end result. We had road construction near our home last summer and the windows were a challenge to clean. They did a great job. We also appreciated their fitting us into their schedule for an upcoming event.

They did an amazing job, and my windows still look after a year. Some of my screens were put in wrong, and they had to figure out a way to clean the windows. There was no damage at all when they were done. The screens needed a special cleaning, and they did it with no problem.

They did a great job and I thought the value for the amount paid was excellent. Gabe came out within 2 days of my initial contact to give me an estimate and on the day the work was performed they arrived on time and worked efficiently to complete the work. I love my clean windows and would definitely recommend them and will use them exclusively in the future.

Prompt service via phone call, scheduled appointment within 2 week came at promised time with three men. Did fantastic job actually removed storms. Power washed screens. BEST BEST BEST window washing service I have employed. Not cheapest but worth every penny. This is the 3rd window washing service I have used- I'M DONE LOOKING!
