I moved into a home that had sat on the market for over 3 months. As you can expect, dirt, dust, and spider webs covered the windows. We needed deep cleaning! I requested a couple of quotes and chose Gabe as he was very responsive and reasonably priced. On the day of my appointment, Gabe was punctual and very polite. He was detail oriented, worked quickly and cleaned behind himself. When I saw the end result I could hardly believe my eyes. It looked like a totally different home. Windows and screens were immaculate. I would definitely use Gabe again!

Gabe was on time, punctual and thorough today. He cleaned all of the siding and windows, cleaned the gutters, reattached a gutter that needed it and also cleaned all the downspouts. GREAT JOB, would definitely recommend and hire again

I cannot rate this company's quality of work, professionalism, promptness or pricing. I requested a quote for cleaning of windows (residential) however did not receive any form of response. I submitted request via Angie's List "Send Message" function on April 10, 2014. I provided my street address. A response was not given via Angie's list function nor by mail.

I have the Pella windows with the blinds in between the glass. My windows haven't been this clean since I purchased them.

Prompt, Quick, and Careful. The 2 men did a great job working as a team and put furniture back as needed. No clean up- they did their own!

I have used several companies in the past and have NEVER had such good service as this company. The owner came to evaluate the size of the job initially since this was their first time at the residential site. He arrived on time, listened to my requests, logically estimated the job, and modified the price based on whether I would elect to have the Pella windows taken apart. He answered all questions and scheduled the work to be done on the date that I requested. He modified the price after I mentioned that I had gotten his name from Angies List. His workmen arrived as scheduled, were dressed professionally, and were polite throughout the work. I did not have to request that they put on shoe covers to avoid tracking dirt on my white carpeting. None of the workmen smoked. The employees worked steadily throughout the AM, never tracking dirt or debris into the home. They never left any dirty rags or water puddles on any surface where they put their working materials. When they finished, I was amazed at the difference of cleanness as compared to previous companies that I have used. The windows were immaculately clean. I could not have asked for a better performance. All water/cleaning solution was wiped up both on the inside as well as the window sills on the outside. Previously I had always had evidence of "suction cups" where the windows themselves had initially been put into place. All of these marks were gone completely. I was truly amazed since I had assumed that the marks were rather permanent. Although I thought the price was slightly high compared to other previous window cleaning services, I definitely would use them again due to their excellent performance.

Gabe did a great job. We had hard water stains on the outside of the windows, as well as alot of dirt from landscaping. Gabe cleaned everything very well, and even came back the next day to finish cleaning 2 particular windows with really bad hard water stains, with a particular cleaning agent that he didn't have the first time. Very efficient, courteous, and professional.

They lived up to the Angie's List reviews! Easy to schedule. Very accommodating. Confirmed ahead of time. Arrived on time. Did a super job and was great about touching up a couple of missed spots (which is easy to do with large windows). I was very pleased and would recommend them again in a heartbeat.

Improved Outlook was fabulous. A crew of two men came out and completed the job in 3 hours. They were considerate of our home furnishings and draped all work areas with towels/cloths so that the window cleaning water did not get on the trim work. I cannot believe how dirty my windows were!

Gabe was great! We were under a time constraint for my daughter's wedding...he fit us into his schedule within a couple of days and the windows were perfectly beautiful!! Will definitely make this an annual event!!

Did not initially clean the garage windows because "we usually do not clean those". The proposal they sent me said they would clean all outside glass windows so I am not sure why that would not include the outside glass windows of the garage. I had to call them back to clean these. Missed cleaning one set of windows. They do no remove hard water stains. Gabe claimed that my proposal specifically stated they only clean with soap and water and do not scrub the windows. I would not have cared if this had been true but my proposal simply said they would "Wash" the windows. I guess we had a difference in opinion of what "washing" entails. He told me they could not come back because it would take them another 2 or 3 hours to properly clean the windows. Of note, it took me only 30 minutes to get these 4 sets of windows cleaned. Missed cleaning an entire section of the gutters (about 100 feet worth). Just realize they only "wash" windows with soap and water and do not scrub off dirt. Be sure to check all the gutters before paying.

Gabe and his assistant showed up in the specified time frame and finished in a timely manner. They were very thorough and efficient, the windows look great. And because the job went quicker than anticipated, I was even given a discount. Will definitely use agan in the future.

After initial bid, Gabe (owner) and I were able to renestale both cost and proposed work to meet my complete satisfaction. work was extremely well done.
