They are great. They call each time before they come to make sure we know they are coming. When they come they always make sure to ask us if we are having any problems inside our house. If I ever have a problem between visits they come out and take care of them.

I have had this service for about 8 years and they come every quarter to check the stations and treat any stations showing activity. They installed all of the stations. If a station is damaged, they will come out and replace it within two days. They leave a written report every time they check the stations telling you which stations had activity, if any. They call at least 1-2 days before they come to let us know they will be there. They have automated billing to a credit card and discount the cost if you set up the automatic billing. They go into the crawl space once a year to check for any activity. Never had a problem and they have always been friendly.

This is the 2nd time they've come for a quarterly visit where my house ended up infested w/ ants. I called to let them know & was given an appt 2 days later for service to spray inside my house. The tech called the PM before my appt to say he wasn't coming to spray inside because I needed to wait 7-14 DAYS TO LET THEM DIE! I told him there was no way I was letting ants destroy my house & my food for the next 2 weeks in hopes that they die off. I told him I had killed some with Raid and he told me to just keep using that. I told him that wasn't acceptable & I needed him to spray. He then said the stuff they use is a repellent & that the ants were running from where he sprayed. I told him they were running straight in to my house instead & he replied with "well, that's not my problem." I told him I wanted my contract terminated immediately. Almost every time I have called in for service in between routine visits the tech calls & gives me an excuse why he doesn't need to come out.

THEY HAD TO CALL ME AND CANCEL TWO APPOINTMENTS BECAUSE THEY WERE RUNNING LATE AT OTHER JOBS. THEY WERE VERY APOLOGETIC AND CAME AS SOON AS THEY COULD.

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR 5 YEARS. IN THE BEGINNING, I WROTE ON MY CONTRACT THAT I ALWAYS WANTED THE INSIDE OF MY HOUSE SPRAYED. THE FIRST TECH HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THIS AND WE SET UP A DAY THAT I WAS USUALLY HOME. ABOUT A YEAR AGO, THEY SWITCHED TECHS AND IT HAS BEEN A HASSLE SINCE. HE LEAVES MESSAGES SAYING HE'LL BE HERE THE NEXT DAY AND I GUESS EXPECTS ME TO HANG OUT THAT ENTIRE DAY. RECENTLY, HE CALLED FEW TIMES WHILE WE WERE OUT OF TOWN AND SINCE HE COULD NOT GET IN TOUCH WITH US WENT AHEAD AND DID THE OUTSIDE. THE COMPANY BILLED ME AND I INFORMED THEM THAT AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED, THE SERVICE IS INCOMPLETE UNLESS THE INSIDE IS DONE. I, LIKE MOST PEOPLE, DO NOT NORMALLY PAY FOR INCOMPLETE SERVICES. I REQUESTED THAT HE COME DO THE INSIDE AND I WOULD PAY. SINCE THEN, THEY HAVE HASSLED ME WITH LETTERS AND PHONE CALLS, BUT NO OFFERS TO FINISH THE SERVICE. WHEN I RECEIVED THE LAST BILL THREATENING COLLECTIONS, I PAID IT AND CANCELED MY CONTRACT. BY THE WAY I HAVE BUGS EVERYWHERE!

HOMETEAM SENDS SOMEBODY OUT EVERY 3 MONTHS TO SPRAY AROUND THE HOUSE. THEIR PRODUCT DOES AN EXCELLENT JOB OF CONTROLLING PESTS. IF WE EVER DO HAVE ANY PROBLEMS THEYLL COME OUT FREE OF CHARGE.

I HAVE USED HT FOR OVER FIVE YEARS NOW AND HAVE NOT HAD A SINGLE BUG PROBLEM. THE TECHNICIANS ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE. SHOULD THE NEED ARISE, THEY WILL RE-TREAT FOR FREE BETWEEN SCHEDULED VISITS. TOP NOTCH SERVICE.
