I like the service guy Danny. He is very thorough. They are very thorough. They do everything. They go outside and I have no problems. I would use them in the future.

Their service people are very courteous, they always call to see if everything is okay, and they check up to see our satisfaction so that is good.

Overall, they did what they were supposed to do and were very nice on the job. From a business standpoint, they were a bit unresponsive. This included unreadable reports and an unorganized call center. They did not put together a very competitive package of products.

They did a great job. We are changing now because they tend to be a lot more expensive. They are wonderful and we can't say enough about them. We've used them for around 5 years. They charged $89 every time they came and it was 4 times a year. The service person that came was great. They would come anytime we had any kind of issue. His name was Eric. He was polite and knowledgeable. He was great. We had no complaints about the company. It just got to be too costly and we didn't feel that we needed them that many times and they wouldn't do it unless we had a plan for 4 times a year with them. We had no problems with them.

I didn't want any pesticides in my home because of our pets. They were very acommodating and went ahead and treated the outdoors, and looked out for the safety of our pets. I also liked how they were not pushy at all. There was a time that I missed one of their appointments, and they had no problem coming back out anyway.

They are very professional. They come out four times a year. They will come out with no hassal if you see any bugs.

I have had them for 20 years, and I have really been very happy with them. They come every three months to spray outside. If I have never had any problem, they come out and handle it right away and as a matter of fact, I had a mouse problem at one point and they took care of that. One time I had an ant problem in my kitchen and they took care of that. They try to eliminate the problem completely like they go till they find out the nest and eliminate it. The nice thing I like about them as well is they always leave me messages to inform me when they are going to be here, and I don't have to be at home because they just do the outside. They always call me two to three days ahead of time to inform to me, and they also leave a message if I'm not at home and that if there is a problem with the gate, to give them a call back. Otherwise, they just go ahead and show up if I don't call them back and say don't come. Not only do they spray, but if they see any cobwebs anywhere, they knock all those down as well and they never charge me more for that. They don't charge anything if they were to come out here for another visit. When they are done, they usually just hang the bill on the door, and even if I'm home, they still just hang the bill on the door. They don't ask me for payment that day, which I like. In regards to their price, I think they are probably very typical in what it cost to get that service. I would like to pay less, but I am happy with them.

They are extremely friendly and customer service focused. They offer personal treatment, and I have had the same person come over for 7 years. They are very nice and very professional. They are also very timely, and I never have to call them. They always call back and make sure the work was done right and will come out as many times as needed to fix things. I have been exceptionally pleased with them.

I know their price is not cheap but I will use them again in the future.

Process of scheduling was easy and professionally handled. Danny arrived on time and did a thorough job. It was apparent that he cared about the result and carefully inspected our house to find the source of the problem. He was friendly and professional. So far, no return of the ants.

This. Is a top-notch company. Always punctual, always professional, and outstanding service. I get quarterly pest control services from them. However, they will come out ANYTIME you see a bug or feel you need an additional treatment. No questions asked and never an additional charge. They always call the day before they come to get feedback from you on your current pest/bug situation and then tailor their treatments to meet your needs. Customer service is their #1 priority and it shows. I highly recommend this company!!

They're reliable. If I see anything, they're back. I don't have to wait. They do great follow-up.

I live in a condominium community and their services are used for the whole area. They come out quarterly. I was using them privately before the HOA assigned them. They have this nifty system where when you replace yourself, they build the duct work all through the exterior walls of your home. So, when they come out, they hook up to that duct work and spray so that the pesticide goes in between the interior and exterior of the wall. So, they never have to come in and spray. I have been very happy with them so far and there has not been any trouble. They also spray the exterior area on the outside of my house. I have a walled courtyard. For instance, if I notice some wood appeared to be firing and burning around. They would be very sweet and would be coming on Friday to give them a rebate for the fired area. They are very good about coming back if there is any issue. I don't have any problems with bugs inside. I have been here for over a year and except for the problems with the fire and mosquito that are rare. They do everything that I expect them to do.

I've been using them for a while. They come out on a quarterly basis. They are fine. They are supposed to come out tomorrow. There is nothing really outstanding about them. I don't have any complaints either. I don't get to see them when they come out. They bill me and I pay them.

Home Team Pest Defense Company is very good. They had done the termite service when this house was built. I’ve had no complaints. I’m not here when they come in, however they leave a small note to let me know that they were her for the service. I will continue to use them.

It's a standard monitoring that goes along roughly every quarter. It's $85.00 for their normal and $75.00 for termite control which is also quarterly. They are usually very considerate. They call ahead of time to let us know they are going to be around the house, usually a couple of days ahead. Even though they come out here, they don't necessarily have to come inside. They always look to see if we have noticed anything. They listen to what we have to say. They do their job and they clean up. They explain what they have done and tell us what we should be looking out for. Everything that we have checked against everybody else is in the same ballpark pricewise.

They are very punctual. Their prices seem reasonable. They call before they come out. They come when they say they are supposed to come and do what they are supposed to do. They come out every quarter and we pay them on a quarterly basis. They don't come into our home. Everybody that we have dealt with seems to be polite and does a good job. Overall, our experience has been excellent.

I have a termite contract with them on a regular basis. They come once in 4 months for an inspection. I have a termite building system, with 22 stations, where every 10 feet there is one station installed. Once in 4 months, they check these stations for any termite activity and install more stations if required. In August, we had termites come inside and we called them to stop the same. It was a Saturday, yet they were on time and started to check and treat the same. They were done in 24 hours and did an excellent job. They do a complete foundation check once in a year. They have insured my house for $250,000 even after the termite damage with was treated. I liked their services a lot and will use the same in future.

They have been contracted since I bought the house. I haven't had any problems or any complaints. I haven't checked their price to see how truly competitive it is. I pay them quarterly. They offer a separate termite warranty for $160 a year. When the house was being built they came in and sprayed the lower 1 1/2-2 feet of all the wood in the house with green stuff that dries a greenish-blue and supposedly if termites get on it that chemical will dry the termite's body out so for the first 5-7 years termites can't infest from the ground up. Termites are very vulnerable to anything that dries out their bodies. They are not intrustive and professional. I plan to continue using them.

I have been using them probably for a couple of years. It's a regular type service and they are fine. They're out regularly; they came in when I needed something special, they respond very quickly and that type of things. I would give them A's on everything. I pay around 75 dollars every three months.
