Jimmy showed up on time and we spoke about the roof and some of the things I noticed such as nail pops, etc. I also told him about a prior leak that I wanted him to check. He did a great job. He spent over an hour looking at every part of the roof, fixing the nail pops, caulking in several areas as well. He even put certain pieces on the vent pipes so I won't have to worry about them for several years. He was very professional and he told me exactly what he did. He also told me the roof was in very good shape and there were no immediate issues or concerns. Whenever I need my roof repaired, I will call Hollingsworth Roofing. They are very trustworthy, organized and professional.

The workers from Hollingsworth Roofing Inc. Company are professional. They were very accommodating to our needs. They were willing to so a small, new portion of our house covered very quickly. They then came out and did the rest of the roof later. They also did a new roof for my mother in the past. So I knew that they were reliable. They did a beautiful, nice and clean job. They cleaned up well after themselves. I was pleased with them in every aspect. I would use them again in the future.

The Company was a pleasure to work with. The quality is outstanding, they were very helpful in dealing with my insurance company, and incredibly responsive (both over phone and email). Amazed at how clean the property was after a week long roofing job. I highly recommend this company.

The team did an excellent job and were prompt and kept a very clean work site. Upon leaving Saturday night, the supplies were neatly stacked on a pallet and covered in a corner of the driveway. The finished job was excellent looking and I was able to select exactly what I needed from their showroom. Upon completing the job, the site was left clean with no damages or left over debris.

They responded timely and performed the repair ahead of the indicated time. It was a very busy time for them due to recent storms and this was a small job. They took care of it very well. B for price but it may be that I do not know the market price.

Got a call back within one day of email contact informing me that the company does not perform this type of work but put me in touch with some one they would recommend do the work. Called and schedule the contractor to stop by and give me an estimate. We are scheduled to do the work at the end of the month...glad to see that a company knows what projects are in their area.

He is the first one we call when we have any problems with roofing. We call him and then get a couple of other estimates as well. They are a very nice company. Craig Hollingsworth the owner comes out personally and does the estimates. He treats his workers very well. His workers are very clean and they pick up every little piece of work that they do. He’s in the medium range as far as price goes and it's a pleasure to deal with them.

From the time I placed the phone call to the time they finished, it was an all-around positive experience. They were responsive and respectful. They even patched emergency areas for free, before I signed on with them. It was clear they cared more about us than making a sale.

I emailed Hollingsworth roofing for an estimate along with a few other companies. They got back to me promptly and sent out a representative. The best part was we did not have to be home at any point. They emailed us the estimate answered our questions promptly and professionally. When we decided to go with their company, they were naturally booked because of the storms but we decided to wait the couple of weeks until they had an opening. The guys were out as soon as possible and they finished the roof quickly, cleaned up wonderfully, and the work is great. My husband and I are really pleased by Hollingsworth. They have been on top of everything and their roofers are top notch. My husband used to do roofing during the summers and he could not find a complaint.

Excellent. The owner of Hollingsworth Roofing came out the day after I called them to give me an estimate. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was very impressed. He emailed me an estimate the next day. They came out to do the repairs about 2 weeks after I called them. I didn't need to be home at the time. They called after they did the work to make sure we were satisfied. They emailed a copy of the bill (which was the same cost as the estimate) and also mailed a copy. Start to finish it was a great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Overall, the job went well. It was quickly done. My wife did have to take all our personal belongings out of both attics to prevent them from being covered with dust from the job. The only beef we had was that the workers dropped all the old shingles down the side of the house which caused minor damage in a number of places along with staining on the stucco and broke some screens which they replaced. They even replaced a screen that was torn and had not been caused by their work. They sent out a rep after the job was complete to go over the damage and create a punchlist. They are still remediating the damage at this writing but I am confident they will not leave us until everything is fixed to our satisfaction.

I found a roof leak on the evening of 3/26/11. On 3/28/11, I found Hollingsworth Roofing through Angie's List on 3/30, called, and made an appointment for 3/30 at 1 PM. Mr. Hollingsworth arrived punctually and did his inspection quickly. He found a hole in the roof, which he thought to have been caused by squirrels. he patched the hole temporarily. He showed me a cell phone picture of the damage. He informed me that my (16 1/2-year-old) roof was otherwise in good condition and that it had "several years" of life left. On the morning of 3/31, he e-mailed me 2 estimates, one for fixing the whole and one for replacing the entire roof. I faxed my acceptance of the first option on 4/14 and received a call later that day informing me that the company would be to my house to do the repair sometime in the next 2-3 weeks and that no one need be home to meet them. They did come to do the work on 4/15, much to my surprise and gratitude. I received a call from the office on 4/18 regarding the invoice, which was being both e-mailed and snail-mailed. I received the e-mail later that day, and the invoice was for the exact eamount from the estimate. This company was prompt, punctual, and professional throughout. I can easily give my highest recommendations.

Hollingsworth did a great job from start to finish.

They were very honest. I thought I needed a new roof, but they told me I could get a few more years out of it. They suggested a patch job instead. They were straight shooters.

Jimmy came out with crew that AM, instructed foreman on what was to be accomplished. I did have a few ?'s during the day and there was a gentleman there who spoke English and answered my ?. Jimmy came back a couple of times during the day to check on progress. I felt reassured when I saw him since he was fully aware of what we were trying to fix. Wish he could have stayed the entire time but understand constraints. Jimmy did say that if their name was on it, it would be fixed right. So far, no leaking. I had received several estimates and no one else gave a five year warranty.

The work turned out fine. I liked it because we were able to arrange everything over the phone. They gave me a quote by phone. They came out, did the work when I wasn?t here and then they sent me a bill. So, I didn?t have to take time off to do it. They were very responsive by taking the work over the phone. It was good. There were a couple of nail pops on the roof and it was questionable. So, I wanted them to inspect the flashing around the chimney. We were happy with them. They were very easy to work with. About five years down the road, I noticed that there were some spots that needed attention. I didn?t want to crawl up there and do it. So, I had them come by. I asked them if they would come by, inspect and repair anything that needed to be repaired. So they did that. They came by and looked at it one day. Then they called me and gave me the estimate. I was okay and told them to have the work done. They said that they would schedule it within a certain period of time like within the next two weeks. They were then here within a week, did the work and left the bill near the door. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

Response on getting the estimate was excellent - had it in hand within 24 hours of calling the company. I faxed back my signed approval withing 24 hours. Getting the repair done, not so quick. Was told there was a 3-4 week backlog and company would not give me an approximate date of repair. They would just show up on installation day. . 5 weeks after approving the estimate- and having heard nothing in the mean time - I called and it appeared from the response of the office manager that she had no idea what was happening and she had to contact her foreman to see when I might be getting my repair done. It frankly sounded as if my job had fallen thru the cracks. Her hesitant response to my query had that "deer in the headlights" sound. 4 hours later I got a call back saying my roof would be fixed 3 days later - if it didn't rain. They did indeed show 3 days later and worked until after dark completing the job, which was a membrane style installation on a low incline roof and it included a new skylight and installation of that as well. My visual inspection says they did an excellent job - much better than the one they replaced. Their estimator called me a couple of days later to report some wood rot that should be repaired. They also replaced some damaged plywood roof base they found ( $150 extra cost). No heavy rain since the job was completed so I can't comment yet on how well everything was sealed. All in all I'm pleased with the work and I would probably use them again. If there were a rating category for "communication" though, I would give them a C or a D. If it's going to take 3-5 weeks to get the job done, a call every other week of so giving me an update on the approximate installation date would've helped keep me happy and informed...and prevented my feeling that my job got lost.

they responded very quickly when i called them. gave me an estimate on the repair. they actually fixed the roof when i wasn't home which was helpful. they came out earlier than they said they could which helped as the roof was leaking and it was a rainy few days! there were no surprises and the cost was exactly the estimate.

Great..... Other factors to consider from this company; 1) They were the only company that talked about providing an Extended Warranty from the Manufacturer based on the type singles purchased and 2) They sent one of their quality control experts out to review the job to ensure all the work had been completed to everyone?s satisfaction. We gave them an A on price based on the factors above, but they are slightly higher in price than other quotes. BTW, my neighbor picked another company and already has had two leaks and drywall repair. You can make your own call, but you get what you pay for. This company is great and we would use them again.

Did a wonderful job, did exactly what they said they would do, and I paid exactly what I was quoted.

We were initially approached following the April storm by one of those questionable door to door roofing companies and told that we probably had hail damage and they would work with us to contact our insurance company to get a new roof. I didn't like their approach (pressure, contract, etc.) but decided based on their opninon that I probably did have hail damage. (Thanks for the tip!) I contacted three respected roofing companies and asked for their opinions. Two of them sent out representatives who would not even go on the roof to take a look. Hollingsworth was the only one that took the time to do a throrough examnation and said we did have hail damage. The insurance adjuster agreed and we contracted Hollingsworth to do the job. We had to wait a few weeks to get the work done but it's a quality job. The only hitch was some follow up work that had to be done to clean up some smudges on our siding. Their cleanup crew missed most of the smudges on their first visit and had to come back to finish the job.

This company was responsive in a timely manner to my e-mail inquiry asking if they did roof repairs. They inspected the roof within a couple of days of responding to my inquiry and made a temporary repair where they thought the problem might be. They said it would be approximately two weeks before they could get to it to make a permanent repair. They came and made the repair within two days. There have been no leaks thus far after minor rain storms. Compared with other quotes, they were very reasonable in price; everyone was most professional. When the time comes to replace our roof, I will definitely contact this company for a quote
