I was given a detailed written estimate and Rick was very thorough in answering all my questions. I ended up going with another roofer because their comparable estimate was a little cheaper.

Very professional showroom with roof samples. Very helpful and professional staff to assist you and answer any questions. Very patient with our ever-changing schedule, answered all questions and returned our numerous phone calls very promptly. A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH ON ALL ASPECTS. Work crew was very polite and worked diligently and efficiently. Work crew cleaned up extremely well after the job was done. Would recommend Hollingsworth to everyone I know for a quality roof and a quality experience.

Everything was very professional and timely. We had to wait to get someone to give us an estimate and look at the problem (3 weeks, thank goodness it did not rain during that time). However, once that was done it took less than a week to have the work performed.

Hollingsworth Roofing is an exceptional company, the best I have ever worked with on Angie's List. I called for an estimate on roof and skylight repairs and was able to have a frank conversation with Rick, their sales rep. as to the best and cost efficient option for us. We decided to replace our roof and skylights. The quote was prompt and reasonable. The work crew was outstanding in their work ethic, working 10-12 hour days in order to complete the job. With small children, I was concerned about nails and debris laying around, but they always cleaned up well at the end of each day. Even my neighbors commented on their cleanliness! More importantly, they have returned twice to address post-job concerns. They promptly installed more flashing to reroute water. In addition, they returned to paint the flashing around our skylights. Not only did they do that, but they went ahead and painted all the vents on the roof! They treated my roof as if it was their roof! They were FANTASTIC!!!

Checked Angie's List and contacted this company. Craig came out on the day and time as promised and did a thorough evaluation. Although the price for repair, including part replacement of wood, shingles and flashing seemed high, I decided to go with this company for their reputation. The work was done professionally and roof looks very good. No leaks have been apparent. We are satisfied.

I had a leak for like 4 to 5 months. I tried to get the company that installed the roof to come out and look at the leak. I couldn't get them to come out. I joined Angie's List to find a reliable company to fix this problem I had. I called Hollingsworth who came out and took a look at the roof. He said it would solve the problem by sweeping the roof off. He also recommended that I glue the shingles down. I mentioned that I wanted the roof to be repaired by them. He roughly gave me an estimate. The next day he gave me a formal estimate and the following Friday, made the repair and I haven't had a problem since. I would recommend them to anybody.

They were very prompt and courteous. However, compared to my other estimates, I thought the estimate was towards the expensive side. The estimate included other services which I have not listed. They did not fix what they were supposed to fix properly.

The experience was very good. I would use them again if need be for roof repair or replacement. I have already recommended them to several other people who may or may not be Angie's List members.

I had a roof leak on a Friday night. I called and left an urgent message. Craig Hollingsworth returned my call early on Saturday and came right over. Did a temporary fix to stop leak. Came back and did a permanent fix a few weeks later. I really trust Hollingsworth Roofing to do the job right and would recommend them to anyone.

He was unable to do the work so he recommended other places. I am having excellent results. He very carefully listened to me. He looked at it and assessed what he thought needed to be done, but he could not do it.

Very professional from the start. A quote was presented to us promptly and I received two follow up calls unlike the three the other companies I contacted that did not even submit a quote? Price was fair and work started exactly as was quoted. They called me four times while the work was being done just to keep me informed of their progress. I only made one call to them and that was to place the order. One of the most exceptional contractor experiences I have ever had.

It was very refreshing to have a contractor evaluate my roof and let me know that no work was needed at this time. Craig Hollingsworth mentioned that some minor roof repairs can sometimes cause more damage than good in the long run. In any case, he did not see the need to do any work. I was very impressed with Craig's professionalism and promptness. If I ever need a roofing repair in the future, I would definitely use Hollingsworth.

If customer service has a name, it is Hollingsworth Roofing. Owner Craig Hollingsworth personally came out to home twice to see to an inspection and repairs. The company came out very quickly to inspect our roof. An emailed list of quotes for repairs and a new roof, which was our request, was delivered on time. I felt his quotes to be honest and fair, where 2 other contractors had suggested more major work that could have compromised the integrity of our roof system. I highly recommend Hollingsworth Roofing and will be doing business with them concerning a ridge vent and a new roof in 4 years.

Rick provided a timely response and estimate regarding the work needed to complete the roof repair. I was more impressed because in his assessment, he recommended that I delay roof repair at this time because it did not appear to be necessary.

They did a good job for us once before when we had damage from the weather and we were very pleased. We called them again but got this ridiculous estimate. This time I think it was the man that came that was off base.

Very well done and very good clean up. Craig Hollingsworth has good staff working for him. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and would use them again. This company is very service oriented.

I was very pleased with the overall experience. I was prepared for a much more extensive repair (and a higher cost) for the work. The repairman assessed the damage, showed me the extent of the damage, and advised me on what repairs should be done as well as what the cost would be. He and his helper were on time for the work, did an excellent job, and charged me exactly what they quoted earlier. Good job!

Received prompt attention from Craig Hollingsworth who did the quote. All questions were answered promptly, and the job was scheduled within 3 weeks. Crew did a very nice job, finishing in 2.5 days. Cleaned up as much as they could, and better than any other roofer I have dealt with. Were very careful to put plywood in front of windows on deck to prevent damage. Carefully removed all deck furniture and flower pots to avoid damage. Crew leader led me around the house at the end of each day to show me the progress and comment on the work so far.

Craig Hollingsworth and his crew were very professional. I had the roof inspected when they finished and the inspector gave them very high marks.
