I have called and used this company on three different projects in the past couple months. They have responded in a timely manner in every case. They have always been very pleasant. They corrected the problem. I then received an email advising that this repair was a free repair! Thank you very much!!

So far it's an excellent job. They came on time and everything was done professionally. It hasn't rained yet, so I don't know how to grade the quality, but it seems good so far.

I was generally very pleased with the overall service. They put on our roof while we were away on vacation. When we came back, there was still some mess left in our yard (nails, etc.), but when I called, they came and cleaned up thoroughly. A few weeks later, in a heavy rainstorm, I noticed a leak coming from a spot where the main roof meets the garage roof. When I called, again they came back out and repaired thoroughly. The owner was very responsive to our calls. It's now a year later, and I'm happy with the results. The pricing was lower than the other firms with good Angie's List reports. The only thing I wished had gone smoother was that there wouldn't have been a need for them to come out a second and third time. But I was impressed with the way they responded when I did call. I've recommended them to my neighbors.

It went well. The company expected to be backlogged with work, but came to my home the next day because I am putting my house on the market, and asked if they could get to me within the next two weeks. The crew came to my house right away. Mr. McLaughlin was forthright, polite, and efficient when I first met him , and received the estimate. I'm pleased with the service, and think that he charged a reasonable fee. I appreciate his honesty and unwillingness to overcharge me with unnecessary repairs.

Did not choose this company to re-roof. Went with another company.

Hollingsworth Roofing was one of three companies I selected from Angie's List to bid on replacing my roof. I selected only companies that had an A rating. Rick McLaughlin responded within two days and came to the house to inspect the roof and give me an estimate to replace it. He was very professional and his proposal to do the work was very reasonable. Although Hollingsworth was not selected to do the work, I would still recommend them as a very good company.

Rick, a true professional came on time, answered all of my questions, and since we're selling the home, gave us a realistic approach on the repairs. Once we committed, they were at our house within days (although just showed up instead of calling ahead) & the job was done in just 5 hours! We're extremely happy with the outcome & speedy service.

The company responded well to my call for an estimate. They were on time to give the estimate and see if a new roof was needed. This seems to be a very good company and gave us good advice after checking the roof and seeing the need for a new roof and gave us the reason why a new roof was needed.

Excellent job. Crew arrived about 9am, and the Superintendant introduced me to the Foreman, Berto, who would be on site all day. Old shingles and felt were removed, and a couple of areas of rotted plywood were replaced with new. New felt, 40 year GAF Architectural shingles, and a new ridge vent were installed. New boots placed around all vents, and all vents were repainted! All work was completed in one day, including the clean up. Tarps were put down to protect deck, planting beds, lawn. Crew was professional, and Foreman Berto was great to deal with. Would recommend Hollingsworth Roofing without reservation.

Hollingsworth Roofing did an amazing job! I could not have been happier. Craig came out promptly to give me a quote and his price was excellent. Their normal backlog of work was 4-6 weeks, but he fit me in within two days! They showed up on a Thursday afternoon and were finished by early on Saturday. His crew is top notch and very professional. The work was completed exactly how I envisioned it and they left the house cleaner than it was when they found it. I highly recommend Hollingsworth for your roof needs.

I called and scheduled an appt. for estimate. They emailed estimate. They returned and completed work.

I recently moved into a new house. I noticed a stain on the ceiling. Rick from Hollingsworth came out and took a look at the roof. It turns out that the previous owner caulking around some worn shingles instead of replacing them. Rick suggested that I replace the shingles in order to get the entire life out of the roof. I was very please with the entire process.

They were excellent. They came out and did the work on my time. I'm very satisfied.

Mr. Hollingsworth was very prompt and pleasant and I was really grateful for the temporary fix. I did feel his quote for the roofing job was a little high compared to others, however, it was very thorough and provided a lot of options and information.

Job 1: The owner of the company, Craig Hollingsworth, came out and was just great. He was easy to talk to and explain my problem. He checked everything out and tried to do a quick sealing of the problem (for no charge). He should supply me with an estimate for a new roof tomorrow. If the estimate is competitive, I will definitely use his company. Job 2: Great customer service, very competitive pricing, kept me up to date about when the work would start. The roof looks terriffic, and the workers cleaned up every day before they left. The work only took a day and a half to complete. I definitely recommend this company!

Prompt response after inspection. Follow up inspection by inspector to ensure repair work was done correctly (in response to our request). Note: for amount of work, price seemed a bit high (2 men approx 1-hr).

Apparently this was an old leak, which is no longer leaking. Fortunately, they came out on a rainy day and it was easy for them to make this determination. I was not charged for this visit.

The entire process went exceptionally well. The crew was efficient, punctual, truly professional. The entire job took them a day, and when they left the cleanup was so good the back yard looked a lot better than when they began. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who might need a roof replaced.

Excellent! They under-promised and over-delivered. Quoted and finished the job with 10 days of their quote. Immediately responsive and did fine work. Completely cleaned up afterward and I couldn't be happier.

Craig, Ashley and everyone from Hollingsworth was professional, responsive and extremely nice from day one. The process was made much easier by the fact that I emailed Craig (after reading reports on Angie's List) and he came out, did a review and provided me with an estimate without forcing me to skip work and be there while he looked at the roof. It wasn't the lowest quote I got, but I was so impressed with the people I went with them anyway. Potentially, the most impressive thing was that I was also having some electrical work done on the side of the house. The electricians accidentally pulled some of the new shingles off in their work. Craig came back and fixed the roof himself and did not charge me. On top of all of that, the roof looks great.

The workmanship was good. They came at 10:30 AM, and finished at 5:10 PM on 9/29/2006. The estimate was for $489.00 to replace the roof. The invoice after the work was done was $892.00. However, the overrun was explained to my satisfaction.

Rick was earlier than the appointment time to determine what work that needed to be done. He showed and explained what needed to be done. He told me that I would get an estimate by the next morning, but I got it later that day. After approving the work, I got a call with a time frame of when the work would get done. They where here during that time. The work and cleanup was done in a little over an hour. I was very happy with every aspect the work.
