They did a great job. They thought they found the leak which I understand is hard to find. It still leaked so they came out and fixed it and did not charge me for the first visit. They replaced some shingles, did a very good job and looked over the roof. They cleaned up after themselves.

The owner was very knowledgeable and thorough. He did not push me for anything. He and his people were very professional and very good. Their price was reasonable. They did a good job.

Overall, excellent plus. They provided a written estimate two days after I contacted them and then followed up periodically over about 10 weeks until I was ready to have the work done. Every time I called a real person either answered the phone or called back in 15 minutes. A person came over to my house with shingle samples because I was unable to get to their office due to work conflicts. Very knowledgeable lady, didn't do any sort of hard sell. 5-person work crew showed up as scheduled and worked like beavers. They were obviously professional roofers who take pride in their work. Job took only a day and a half! Didn't make a mess and they cleaned up as they worked. When they left you couldn't tell that they'd been there. Truly a pleasure to work with this company. I think that Hollingsworth Roofing sets a high standard of customer server and professionalism. For the quality of the materials, work done, and the simple lack of hassle, the price was great!

He did a fabulous job. He is one of the nicest young men, I have ever met. He is just great. We have been using his services for three years or so. He is prompt. I have recommended him to a lot of people. His price wasn?t the cheapest that we got, but it was worth it.

I found a better estimate and did not engage Hollingsworth. Their estimate was competitive and the estimate procedure was very professional--they showed up on time and gave me a thorough, professional estimate. I would recommend them to those collecting estimates for roofing repairs.

Their repair man came out to do the work, but the roofing over the spinner vent holes did not seem adequate, so I brought it to the attention of Ashley Hollingsworth. She immediately had Craig Hollingsworth call me and tell me that the work was in fact not done correctly, and apologized profusely. They immediately sent out their top roofer to not only correct the problem, but he analyzed the entire roof for other problems and fixed some other minor ones as well. He went above and beyond to fix the original repair and new ones too. Then they said they were so embarrassed about having to come back that they did not charge me for the work (estimated $459). (I also understand that the original repair man no longer is employed there). This situation was handled with excellent customer service (even if they had charged me), and I will use Hollingsworth Roofing from this day on. Obviously there is a reason they've won so many service awards from Angie's List members.

They were here during the day when my wife and I were at work, and by the time we came home, they were gone. They were pretty quick and everything went fine. Their price was reasonable.

Hollingsworth Roofing did a phenomenal job. Not only were they the lowest bid, but they came out multiple times on short notice to work with the our insurance company to evaluate hail damage which we did have. Craig was very honest with me when estimating the work. (I asked about siding repair and he suggested a less expensive solution). They were very responsive; due to rainy weather they had to reschedule a couple times and they always kept us in the loop. The crew is very polite. They didn't damage my flower beds at all. We haven't found any nails in the grass. The best part of all is that the job was done in ONE DAY!!! (they worked until 7 pm to finish it)

The experience was excellent! They were on time, friendly, did a good job, and they cleaned up after wards. I have had the roof for a year and half now, and there have been no leaks or problems.

This job was done cleanly, neatly and efficiently. Jimmy and his crew are personable, capable and honest people.

The gentleman that came to our house was very detail oriented. He was very ethical about how he did his work. He determined by the water stains on the ceiling that the problem was a bathroom vent pipe issue. He quoted us a very reasonable price for the repairs along with other repairs for the roof, where a couple of tiles that had come off the ridge vent.

They were very responsive in coming out for an estimate, delivering an estimate, performing the service, and then followed up to make sure I was satisfied.

They were very good. I had them come out for the second time because I thought that the roof was still leaking. They redid a bigger area for free when they came back. I have had no problems after that.

A real person answered the phone and had me speak directly with the person who would be estimating the job (Chris). They faxed over the estimates and after I accepted it they faxed over a contract/agreement for the work. Everything was done promptly, efficiently, and in a very professional manner. I received two estimates--(1) replace the entire roof (I spoke with Chris and he explained why); and (2) make minimal repairs just to get by. Although #1 was very reasonable I had to go with #2. In this evaluation, I put down n/a for "punctuality" because they gave me a 3-day window in which they would do the work and I was out of town during that entire time so I don't know which day they actually performed the work. They left no mess, so the only way I could tell that they'd been there was that the section of the roof that obviously needed repair no longer needed it. I hope to be able to replace the entire roof next winter and will use this company.

They were quick and did the work to my utmost satisfaction. Their prices were very competitive and they did a good evaluation of the work. They were very responsive and came quickly. Our roof is 10 years old and there were some issues, but they took care of it right away. There was a leak earlier and that has been taken care of, so I would say that their quality of work is good. The overall experience has been excellent and I give them a high rating on all counts. I would certainly use their services again in the future.

This was an excellent value. They were very prompt. I would highly recommend them. They were also very professional. The time it took exceeded my expectations.

The experience was good, there were no problems. He was very professional, on time, and he even went above and beyond by also cleaning out my gutters.

The project went very well. Craig was very responsive to our request for a quote. The quote was very professional. It was clear and concise and outlined what the costs would be. The work was performed on schedule and was completed in a timely manner, as weather allowed. The work crew cleaned every day and took special care to collect all metal objects with a magnetic device to ensure that none remained in the driveway or yard. Ashley and Craig allowed us to visit their showroom and take samples to make sure that we had the correct color and remained in compliance with the homeowner covenants/restrictions. The roof looks excellent and we feel better having a company that will be able to back their work during the warranty period. We had problems with the original roof and now believe that this is no longer an issue and we have a place to turn to if we have any issues. The work crew worked very diligently. They started early and left late so that the process was not disruptive. Very honest in providing opinions and did not try to replace things that were fine. Honest advice is important with such a large investment. I believed that they cared about us and wanted to make sure that everything was completed to our satisfaction. I have no doubt that if a problem comes up, they will be responsive to determine the cause and fix it. I wish all contractors operated that way.

I had 2 areas on the roof where leaks were occurring. Hollingsworth immediately came out and gave an estimate for the work and did the repair work. However, one of the leaks continued after the work. Hollingsworth promptly returned and now seems to have fixed the leak. They left my house after the work was done but did not tell me they had finished their work so I was not sure if they were done or not. Overall, I am satisfied with the work, but they were not as responsive as I thought they should be.

Great they came out and gave free estimate and when I called they came right out and got to work. Very good work.

I am sure Hollingsworth Roofing would have done a fine job, but I ended up going with another company from Angie's list. The main reason that I did not choose Hollingsworth was there estimate of $728 was almost twice as high as the other 2 estimates also from Angie's list.

I thought they did a great job. We had a couple companies come out to give us ideas as to what we should do. Another company had done some work and really messed things up. Hollingsworth really seemed to have great ideas on things. They came to do the job, cleaned up well, and followed-up afterwards. I would say they were very good and very professional.

I very happy with them because they showed up when they said they would. They did the work that they promised and they charged the price that they gave me in the estimate. The clean up was thorough.

We got estimates from 3 different roofing companies. I'd done my homework on Angie's List and only called companies who had good ratings. I knew to expect Hollingsworth would do a good job, but also knew that they wouldn't have the cheapest price. I think that any of the 3 companies who did estimates for us would've done a good job, but we chose Hollingsworth because Craig (Hollingsworth) was so professional in his interactions with us. The other guys who came out gave more of a sales pitch; they both had negative comments about other companies (as opposed to just telling me what the "right" way to do things and explaining the virtues of the materials they use). Once we'd hired Hollingsworth to do the job, the communication was good, they came when they were supposed to, they finished on time, and they did a great job. We were very pleased with the entire experience.
