Description of Work: Craig came out on time and met with me early in the morning. Showed him the trees and shrubs we wanted to remove. He talked through the process and concerns. The even called for underground gas and wire locating before the work. They gave us the best pice also.

Description of Work: First, Heartwood Tree Service came and did a through estimate. I appreciated how "John" took his time and gave easily understood information about each of our trees on our lot and what needed to be done in order to keep them healthy. This information was emailied to us so we could see a detailed description of each tree and the service description that needed to be performed as well as the cost listed by each. A drill test was performed first on a very large Silver Maple. From there that gave us the information we needed in order to proceed with the rest of the work. Heartwood removed a very large tree

Description of Work: Heartwood is a dream come true. I dreaded cutting my trees but it was necessary to get the branches away from the roof. I was so afraid that the shade and look of the tree would be ruined. Now the trees look better than before and the squirrels can no longer access my roof and attic. Heartwood with be coming in the winter to trim deadwood from my many trees.

Description of Work: Stephan came over on Memorial Day (!) and gave a comprehensive analysis of all the trees in my yard, particularly the oaks and dogwoods which had been dropping leaves. He did not recommend any fungicides but did say that a root promoter would help the overall health of the trees. I cannot say enough about his professionalism and promptness and I will be using their services in the fall

Description of Work: TWO LARGE TREES TRIMMED OF DEADWOOD, PLUS LIMB REMOVAL. INCLUDED REMOVAL OF LIMBS, DEBRIS FROM PROPERTY. DID CAUSE SOME MINOR DAMAGE TO EXISTING GARDEN WHILE REMOVING LIMBS AND DEBRIS FROM BACK YARD, BUT OVERALL, DID A GOOD JOB. WILL USE AGAIN.
