Description of Work: Ground a tree stump in my yard. The only issue I had was that it took a while for them to come do the work. | |In their defense, it was unusually busy due to storms but it did take a while and several inquiries before they came out and did the work. | |Once they finally came out, they did a good job |

I'm truly sorry for the problems you had hearing back from us and we deserve and F for that. I'm on a two month sabbatical in Asia but an still following the company. I show an estimate in the system for the date you called but no follow up from there and we have that system in place. Why it happened I don't know but I will be following up with the folks involved. I'd love to offer some sort of make up, that's up to you as I suspect that horse is already out of the barn. Thank you for sharing. Description of Work: Incredible !!! Got 3 bids -- was told by other two companies that Heartwood would be substantially higher price -- in fact they not only were lower in price but had a top-notch team -- best the yard has look since we bought the house in 1987, did work over and beyond original requested--treated our house as if it were their house. Possibly increaded the sale price value of the house 25% and easily paid the full expense of the job.

Description of Work: Heartwood removed several trees, one that was 50 feet tall and within 10 feet of our house. They also cleaned up the tree canopy, removing dead or dying limbs. | |The process went great. From initial quote to stump grinding. The team answered all the questions I had and worked with me on last minute changes. | |I would recommend them if asked and will definitely use them for my needs in the future.

Description of Work: Removed large oak tree very near my house. Use a crane and did an excellent job. No problems whatsoever. Did great cleanup job. No sign they were even here. Outstanding crew and crane operator. Have already recommended them to friends.

Description of Work: They came out to my property to do an overview of my trees and their health. The employee was a certified Arborist and was very helpful and professional. After spending about 45min with me going over each tree - he said that his recommendation would be to not do anything. He quoted some small cleanup but said he would not do anything until the fall.
