Harkey Tile is wonderful to work with. I had my kitchen remodeled during a very busy time at work so I was extremely grateful for their expertise and guidance in selecting my countertops, flooring and backsplash. They offer a wide range of options and quality is high. Harkey sets you up with a point person (in this case Holly, who's terrific) so that all of your needs filter through one person. What I really liked was that in addition to Holly, others would jump in to help out, which made the process fun. Harkey creates a team atmosphere and truly cares about your satisfaction and the success of your project. I will definitely use them in the future!

Was working through a General Contractor who recommended Harkey as his tile and granite supplier. The "three party" arrangement didn't work well. I'm a picky consumer and demand alot of information. Arrangement was more of the problem than the actual service, I believe.

The work they did was good, there were some minor issues. They are more geared to new installation, than replacing counter tops.

I had granite countertops by them. They have a good reputation. They work to please the customers. They are absolutely wonderful. They finished the work on time.

Harkey Tile and Stone gave me an estimated cost to re-attach the sink to the granite counter top over the phone. They conveyed that they charge per hour and guestimated about the time needed to complete the job. Their completed bill came within what they predicted over the phone. The technician was very friendly and answered all of my questions about the work being completed. He reinforced the sink from under the counter and reassured me that it would not fall again. He completed a very tight water seal around the junction of the granite and stainless steel sink which will prevent any future water damage to my kitchen cabinets. I am very pleased with their professionalism from the initial phone call all the way through to the completion of the job. I would not hesitate to call Harkey Tile and Stone for any future need to service my kitchen granite counter tops.

Everything was excellent from taking out the tile. Perry who works with the company spent a good amount of time with me. We looked at the choices of marble to go with the shower and the marble that I picked up. It was a great experience. I had one concern with them. The guy who had to come and plumb the sink didn't see that we had a re-circulating pump with the sink and he threw it out accidently. So the sink was a problem. He did not reconnect a line so when I turned the water on, it was all over. They had to come out the second time. They came and found the re circulating pump and installed it. That part wasn't good. The whole part got influenced with that. The quality of the material was fine. The other part was good. They were not the least expensive. The person who did marble and measuring and the people who came to install the countertop were great. It was the person who came to install the sink installation who did not seem to be professional and well prepared. They were punctual and came on time. The countertop and marble people were very professional. I would use them in the future.

We purchased a stunning granite remnant from Harkey in January 2010, intending to have it installed in our upstairs bathroom in a few weeks. However, due to a sudden death in the family, the project was put on hold. Harkey agreed to store the remnant until we were ready to proceed -- which turned out to be 11 months later! We called them right before Christmas 2010, hoping they could complete the work before the holidays, and they went above and beyond to do so. Every stage of the process, from help picking out the stone, marking the template, and installation was professionally executed. We will go back to Harkey when we are ready to replace the countertop in the master bath and now plan to use them for tile installation as well.

The people at Harkey's are knowledgeable and helpful. They were very patient with me as I changed my mind several times before making the final decisions. The installers were prompt and efficient and the finished product is beautiful!.

They were very helpful. When we went to pick up the granites we picked up a lot of them. We had about 30 to 40 options. It would have been strange to give estimates of all of those, but they did give me estimates on all those options. We bought tiles from another company and they installed all that for us. They were great. The person that came to do the work was very good. He helped me design the back slash. They printed another copy of my invoice for me long after the work was done. They really took care of me. The service was absolutely superb and so was their workmanship. It was a difficult job, but they did it very well. Cutting the stones took a lot of time, but they were good about it. They were very accommodating. The guy that did the granite cut the granite as well. I am very happy with them. The granite was expensive and not their price. The quality of work and material both was good. I rate them high overall. They were professional and friendly.

It was the best experience we have had working with a company. We were hesitate of scheduling a Saturday appt. as we knew or order would be very minimal and our budget might be hard to work with. Jeff Harkey was glad to schedule the appt. and emphasized that every order was important to them. He spent two hours with us looking at various combinations. We had tried to work with other tile companies with showrooms and they usually had set business hours and would not take an appointment on the weekend. In addition, the other companies thought we were not worth their time. We never felt that way with Harkey Tile and Stone at all.

They were great! They were helpful, cost effective and prompt. They cleaned up after themselves. We had no issues at all with them whatsoever and would highly recommend them to anyone!

I had done a complete kitchen remodel with another company from Angie's List. That contractor uses Harkey routinely but I had already previously purchased my granite countertops from a "friend". When time came in the project for the counter installation it turned into a disaster-- that's another report. The next day I went to Harkey with my woeful story and they were very nice. They very quickly sent someone to do a digital template. Kenya was great at helping me pick a color and options. The price was reasonable and once the new counter was installed, it looked great. The originally installer had butchered my brand new oven cabinet and left a hole. Harkey fit the new counter in the space and it is not even noticeable now. Their work is very professional.

Overall the experience was fantastic. Our only minor difficulty was connecting with the design consultant at time. Once the work was turned over from the showroom to the office for scheduling, everything was fantastic thanks in large part to Kenya. She was amazing to deal with. The work was scheduled very quickly (within about 10 days). All crews were very courteous and did their best to minimize the mess. We are very happy with new countertops and the new tile backsplash.

Our general contractor committed to completing our guest bath and our kitchen countertops before Christmas Eve. The timing got down to the last minute (due to the contractor's planning, not Harkey's) and we were extremely worried that we would have to cancel our Christmas dinner guests due to the fact that we did not have countertops or a bathroom sink. We also had family coming in to stay in our home, so guest bathroom and kitchen countertops were a necessity! Harkey's made special arrangements to meet us at their showroom after hours and worked overtime to make sure that our countertops were cut, finished and installed before the holiday. They ensured our countertops were installed to perfection. They have a large selection of unique products that are not offered at every stone yard, and their prices are reasonable. Employees were professional and on time. We are very happy with their work.

The where absolutely the best. They where very easy to deal with and extremely helpful. They are very nice people to work with. They cleaned everything up after they finished. They even came back and took care of a minor problem. They wanted us to be happy

They have a great showroom. They managed, after doing a good install on the kitchen, to put the wrong granite on our bar. It was supposed to be the identical type as in our kitchen, but they put in the wrong style. Removal of wrong stuff did a little damage to the surrounding walls. They eventually made good, but it was a pain in the butt.
