Gladiator Glass, LLC

I had glass replaced in a window several years ago and expected my recent project to be even more expensive. It wasn't! Bill at Gladiator Glass is a first rate professional and very reasonably priced. I will never call anyone else nor should you! He answered all of my questions, explained everything, was courteous, on time, a homeowner's dream. I wish every homeowner need could be fulfilled by Bill and Gladiator Glass! His wife Amanda runs the office and she is awesome too!

They were polite and on time for the job, however the service person left some debris/parts on the floor. Other than that, they did a great job.

Bill the owner got with me right away to get me an estimate. His pricing was fair he showed up on time and was VERY professional! He replaced 3 window panes and there was an issue with one of them. He addressed the issue, ordered another window, kept me in the loop and got the new one installed in less than a week! I highly recommend this company!

Great service! We had a window that needed to be replaced and Gladiator Glass gave us an estimate and had someone out within an hour of our call (we're in Gastonia so I was surprised they made it so soon). We accepted their very fair estimate and put in our order and just a few days later they came to replace the window. Turns out the measurement was 1/16 of an inch off so the installer was very apologetic since he had to reorder the glass. It was just a minor inconvenience for us but their customer service also called and apologized and said they would also give us a $50 credit for our inconvenience! A couple days later the glass was installed and once again the installer apologized and took $50 off our balance. With that discount the price was so reasonable I don't see how they made any money from us, with three trips to our house and ordering the glass two times, but I appreciate the outstanding service and highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience! After having a few windows broken by vandalism, Gladiator Glass came out the same day for an emergency board up. They immediately ordered the replacement windows and repaired the broken windows as soon as it the parts arrived. Outstanding communication throughout the entire process! A+
