I do not recommend this company for business, they installed glass windows that were not the quality that they said they would install, said they would come back to resolve but they never have. UPDATE i recived the money back per arbitration.

On time. No additional costs. Clean and neat. No mess. COVID protected by mask and gloves.

They were prompt, friendly, and professional. They understood that I had a short timeframe and weâ re able to accommodate.

Did a great job, saving me a bunch of money by replacing window panes instead of the whole window. In and out without much disruption to us. Highly recommend if you have seals broken on your windows and don t want to replace the whole window

Rates were nearly half of one other company who installed my windows 10 years ago. Plus the other company only offered a 5 year warranty, Gladiator is 10 years. And Gladiator also gave me a 10% military discount. The individual who gave the estimate, Bill, also was the main installer, along with his very capable assistant Amanda. The glass itself seems like a quality product. So there you have it: fair price, military discount, better warranty,, rapid delivery and installation, really superb personnel. Would I hire them again? A no brainer!!!

The installer,Bill, was on time, very pleasant and did a first class job---and cleaned up everything before he left.

Came out inspected and got the quote to me quickly. Had a special going on that I didn't know about that gave me a nice discount. Once I decided to go with them paying deposit was online which made things easy. They came on the day scheduled and on time. Installer Bill was knowledgeable, explained everything, did a great job despite some unexpected issues and went above and beyond to clean up all the glass that was inside and outside my home. Great job!

My foster dog broke one front window during one of the coldest nights! Not only did they come out for a free estimate the next day, sent me a quote and once approved, was installed 5 days later. And it looks great! The installer was very kind and personable and was so sweet to my dogs!

Super nice and professional. Explained exactly what he would be doing and any concerns. Followed up and did a great job!

Mine was a relatively small job, 5 double pane windows replaced, Gladiator Glass beat the other estimates by close to $300. Can't imagine what they would have beaten them by for a large job. The installer arrived on time, and finished quickly. I would highly recommend anyone looking for window replacement to give them a call.
