Frady Tree Care

Group arrived right on time and did all the work requested and then recommended additional work that they felt was needed, given the overgrowth of trees. We were very happy with the results. They recommended the correct way to prune the crepe myrtles, which had been mis-pruned the previous year.

Overall, I would recommend the service to anyone who had to have tree service. They were both professional and through in the performance of the service I required.

It took several weeks to get the initial appointment set up, and Stewart Roberts then came out to inspect all the work I wanted to consider. He was very honest, told me that some of the trees that I wanted to trim etc. really didn't need it. All in all, out of my entire large yard, he agreed on 6 trees to trim/shape, and recommended removal of one tree that had grown in a strange spot, underneath several taller trees. Booking the actual work took several more weeks due to rainy weather, but Stewart kept me informed. All the work was done in several hours on a single day. I would definitely recommend Frady Tree Care to others.

The entire Frady Tree Care staff was extemely knowledgeable and very professional in doing their job. They truly care about and understand the maintenance of trees. I would hire them again. The only negative was that their BiG DEAL coupon orders were backed up and it took longer than expected to complete the job. They were, however, always responsive to my calls. The stump grinder staff took extra care to avoid damaging flowers in my garden. Thanks guys, great job by everyone.

The are very good. They did a fantastic job. They came out and looked at everything, they quoted it out and we had discussions and planned. Then they came back with people and performed the work I requested. I was satisfied with their work.

I was very pleased with the work done by Frady Tree Care. The Big Deal was for one hour of tree work and they did more than that. I paid extra for that, but I expected to pay extra for the extra work. I had no complaints. They did exactly what I wanted done. They were prompt. They left everything cleaned up. The manager of that group seemed very knowledgeable about what he told me about different trees and how to do things. I was pleased. The workers that came out were great. There were no problems at all. Because I had the Angie's Big Deal, it was a very good price.

Several trimmers worked under the direction of the head man. They worked efficiently and our grounds were picked up.

They came on time, did a good job, and I would recommend them.

The crew showed up on time and in looking at the job, observed further work that needed to be done, including taking down a larger tree furrher from the driveway (we hadn't noticed it was rotted at the root and it was threatening our cars.) The work itself was dangerous and tricky, and the day was extremely cold and windy. The crew (four men and a bucket truck) were professional, careful, and did an excellent job. They cleaned up the area before leaving. We were so glad they found the additional tree because that night we had a big wind storm and could easily imagine the dead tree falling onto our drive.

It was very difficult scheduling with them, and once I made contact it was a couple of months before they were able to come. Once they did get here they did a good job. I am pleased. The gentleman that I spoke with was polite and professional. I would use them again.

Work was great but they are busy and scheduling was a challenge!

Stewart Roberts gave estimate for the pruning of two Willow Oaks in the front yard. He was very knowledgeable and I was pleased with the price. Due to a heavy workload, the job was scheduled several weeks out. When the job was performed, Kelly Frady came out to get the Crew started. I was very pleased with their service and plan to use them the future.

I purchased a special deal on Angie's List for tree service, I paid $199 for $400 worth of service. After making the purchase I called the phone number listed to schedule an appointment for them to come to give me an estimate. I was told they were backlogged and they would get back to me to schedule the appointment. Three months later I still had not heard from them despite trying to contact them twice at two different phone numbers. I called Angie's List and requested a refund. There was no problem getting the refund, the transaction was quick and timely.

It turned out fine, and they were very professional. It had started raining while they were cutting the tree down, and they had left truck divots in my yard but he did put grass seed and straw down.

They did a good job and really seemed to know what they were doing. They also cleaned up after themselves very well.

Initial response went well. They were professional and knowledgeable.

They came out and cut down 4 trees. Since they were so fast, they cut the wood into fireplace links. Then helped clean up the mess from cutting trees. I never seen 4 guys work so hard as they did.

An amazing day and a thrilling event to watch. Almost all of the neighbors made some excuse to mosey by to see what was going on at our place. Frady & Co were very professional and observed all safety requirements - lumberjacking is a dangerous job. They chipped out all the debris and repaired our fence, once they removed the crane. Everything was cleaned up perfectly at the end. See pix.

I had excellent service! I learned about maintaining a tree, like an ornamental cherry, by trimming the crown. The crepe myrtles were thinned and no "crepe murder" where the top of the crepe myrtle is cut off. I have some large cypress that were growing over the public sidewalk and was given great advice on how to trim the cypress back. The team is very knowledgeable and extremely professional!

They came with a very efficient team and took down the two trees within an hour, cleaned up well and were gone. If you are looking for a clean, fast, efficient team, this company may be a good choice for you. I think you could find a better deal but then again, sometimes you get what you pay for, especially tree work. We have had trees taken down before and this was definitely the most efficient team I had ever seen. I would recommend them for just what we had done, a few trees, without disrupting your yard and landscaping, and leaving everything just as it was...minus the trees.

I purchased the Angie's List BIG DEAL for this vendor. I have not been able to have the service completed yet. I admit, that I was not the most persistent in trying to get in touch with them, but it did take about 4-5 phone calls over about 4 weeks just to get them to come out and give me and estimate. I di remember I first called on election day, but finally got to talk with someone about scheduling. I thought they were going to come out one week, but actually came the following Monday. According to my phone records, the last I heard from them was December 10, 2012. At that point they were apparently in my backyard to complete a price estimate for cutting down three trees. We were able to discuss which trees I was talking about by their locations in the yard. I thought it was completely understandable (as one tree was described as in the middle of yard with a bird feeder attached). At the conclusion of the conversation, the man said that he would give send me an estimate to my email and confirmed my email address. It is now December 21, 2012 and I have still not received an estimate or contact from the company. I wanted to wait for the service to be completed to do this review, but I am not sure that I am ever going to receive any service. I would be more than happy to change this review if they actually come back and do some work and complete the job in an efficient and clean manner. UPDATE- They finally sent me the estimate. I was happy with it and go the work done. However, they rushed me on the scheduling of the work getting it done sooner than I really wanted. However, they did do a great job once onsite. They also worked with me on a payment plan as just at the time of service, I had some unscheduled medical work come up.

The gentlement from FRADY Tree Care came by and inspected our 5 tress. Seem professional and knowledgable Gave an aprrisal of the tress current condition.Recommended a scope of work to be done and a estimate of the additional cost. So far please with work. I will update after the actual work to the tress is complted in Jan 13. So he actual work on the trees will be done in Jan 13 ad will update.

They were very nice, provided good suggestions and were professional. He provided a detailed estimate but I was able to find someone to do the work significantly cheaper.

I emailed Frady Tree Service (kelly@fradytreecare.com) on 10/23/2012 asking for an estimate to remove a tree in our backyard. It is now 12/17/2012 and I never got a response.
