It took over a month to get them to come out and cut down one tree from the original estimate visit The actual process once they came was fine..

They did excellent work. They had a fair price. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and a little more. They cleaned up behind themselves, did a beautiful job and worked well together. They have a great team and I would highly recommend them.

They did an excellent job and removed all of the limbs from the property once completed-Stewart Roberts was a pleasure to work with and I would hire again.

I called this company on October 10, 2016 and spoke with Stewart Roberts. He arrived at my home on October 12, 2016. He looked at my tree and seemed very dubious about its location and the difficulty in removing it and warned me that it was going to be "expensive." I thanked him for his candor and asked him to work up a quote for me anyway. He took my email address and told me he would send me a quote. As of today, October 26, 2016, I have not received the quote. I don't believe that it's my job to chase down vendors and nag them for the opportunity to hire them. (And BTW, I have checked my Spam folder frequently.)

I contacted the company via email on a Friday. By Monday afternoon, Stewart Roberts was at my house and gave me an estimate. He had brought all the equipment with him that he needed, and within one hour my tree was gone. The tree debris was hauled away,and the lawn and street were cleaned. Two days later, as promised, the stump was removed. Again, the company did an excellent job of cleaning the lawn and the street. Stewart was wonderful to work with. He also gave me advice on how to care for my other trees and what tree I should plant for a replacement for the one I lost. It was just a great experience. Stewart is great to work with. I recommend this company.

Came over and cut down a huge tree and mulched the stump. Collected payment and it was $100 more than quoted. We went out of town and he stopped by several times until we got back. He had realized he overcharged us and wanted to make sure we got back the $100. Very nice man!!!

It was fine. I thought it was a little high price to do that. They did fine on the work. It was a little pricey.

Very knowledgable. Took the time to walk me around and explain each tree as well as how to be aware of any potential issues. Will be using them in the future for sure!

Left message and never received a return call. I have used them to trim trees in the past and they did a reasonably good job. However, last year I tried to contact them regarding additional work and they struggled with returning calls and following through on a promise to follow up. My impression was that it was not intentional. It appeared that they were busy and disorganized. I prefer to deal with businesses that feel strongly about responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner.

The weather caused delay but was worth the wait...

I initially contacted Frady Tree service on 3/9/15 for an estimate. They were quick to come to my home and provide an estimate. The person that came to my home stated that it would be two to three weeks due to the workload, but he couold try and squeeze me in since he had crews already working in my area. I called 3 weeks later on a Monday for a follow up and I was told that they would be at my location the latter part of the week. Another two weeks go by and I have not heard from Frady Tree service. I called again on Friday april 10th and left a message that I wanted to cancel since this was taking too long. On Monday the 13th I received a call from Frady Tree service stating that they got my message and were sorry they could not do the job. On Tuesday I was at home and one of their trucks showed up at my house?? I told the person to contact his headquarters because the job was cancelled. He then proceeded to question me as to why I cancelled. I asked hmi to kindly call his boss and hopefully they would explain it to him.

I purchased an Angie's List deal for $199 for $400 of tree services. They came out and gave me an estimate and said it would cost another $200 so I ended up paying $399 for the three trees to be pruned. It took a couple of months before they finally came out and did the work. They did do a good job but I was disappointed with the increased cost and timeframe it took for them to do the work.

Frady Tree Service offered an Angie's List coupon which we purchased and then received contact from Frady. They informed us of their work volume and expected time to start work asking to confirm if that was acceptable, which it was. The first visit including looking at the yard and identifying all suggested work and then offering a suggested priority for the budget. Upon arrival the crew noted a few other items and suggested a few additional small work items given the crew was in place and we agreed. They completed the same day and cleaned up all debris. We were very satisfied with their work, would use them again as well recommend them. This review is being placed quite some time after the work only as it was easy to dismiss the reminder in the Angie's List app. The one advantage of being late is that we have seen the impact of that work 1.5 - 2 years later and the trees still look great with no unusual growth patterns.

It was fine. They were ok. I was not surprised at the price.

They were all booked and I had to use someone else. They were very nice about it. He apologized and sent me a check for a refund.

Stewart and his team did an absolutely wonderful job in removal of our tree. They were very punctual and scheduled the service ASAP from our first consultation which was much appreciated. They did a great job removing a very tall pine tree (30 feet +) very close to the house that was covered in some kind of ivy. In addition, there wasn't enough space for the truck to go behind the house (I am not sure how they did it, but the tree was gone when we came home!). Very happy with their services (and the price was comparable/lower to another estimate we had done). Would recommend to a friend.

They arrived on time. They performed the work as per my instruction. They were courteous. They cleaned up all debris.

I purchased a big deal for $199 for $400 worth of service. I had a stump and a few large bushes that needed to be removed. I was also hoping to get some landscape services done. When the estimate was done I was a little shocked by the prices that were quoted and I was told that they don't really do landscaping now. Because I had saved with the big deal I settled on the price but still think they are higher than they should be. I had previously been quoted 150 for removal of the stump from another company but Frady quoted 250 for the same stump. Having said that I was very pleased with their work and would consider using them again in the future, however I would be sure to get multiple estimates to make sure I was getting the best price.

It was a bit challenging scheduling as they were very busy - in other words it took some time. Luckily I didn't have a need that was urgent. However, once they got me on their schedule, they followed through and did a great job. I would definitely use them again and would recommend their work.
