Frady Tree Care has completed the work and did it in a professional manner. The time it took to complete the work and clean-up was exceptional at a price the truly satisfied my budget. Need tree work Frady Tree Care is the one to call.

Tree service was performed to my satisfaction. Frady arrived on time and was very professional and clean up all the limbs after performing the job.

My sister who is a single mother living in High Point had a lot of debris and damage in her backyard. I looked on Angies List for a reputable tree service in High Point and contacted them on her behalf. They went out and looked at damage and quoted $1200, which I thought was fair. My sister accepted and it has been impossible ever since to get them to do the work. If they were or are too busy to do the work they should have said so. They promised her numerous times to call with a date and today was the last straw. After they did not contact her, she called another provider whom I hope will fix the issue quickly and allow my 7 yr old niece to be able to play in the back yard.

I'd like to say the actual work performed was outstanding. Frady Tree Care performed the entire job within 90 minutes and the crew cleaned up the work site very well. Aside from sawdust, there was little evidence they were ever there. I should note that the company was experiencing a backlog when I ordered their services and it took 6 weeks for them to come out. I thought this was a long time, but I realized there had been a snow/ice storm approximately 90 miles away and they were likely spread thin with downed trees, limbs, etc in that area. There was multiple instances that it took me multiple emails or telephone calls to get someone to call me back. While I felt the communication was lacking and it was entirely initiated by me (after 5 weeks I called to see when I could expect someone), I felt their work was outstanding. I purchased one of Angie's List Deals, $200 for $400 of work, and was quoted a price of $400. I'd likely using the company again if I required tree services.

They called before they came out and gave me a time. They were there promptly and cut down two trees in my yard. They cleaned up the mess afterward and did an outstanding job. The next day two workers showed up as promised and dug out the stumps. They also cleaned up and did a great job. All the workers were very friendly and courteous. I would use them again and I recommend them highly.

A couple of years ago, I purchased a coupon for Frady Tree Service to trim my ornamental cherry tree and crape myrtle trees. Kelley, Stuart and their crew did a great job on crowning the cherry tree and trimming the crape myrtles. They are very knowledgeable and have a passion for their work. I was extremely happy when I saw a coupon again, just when I needed service, this time for trimming back several leyland cypress trees overgrowing the neighborhood sidewalk. Stuart contacted me within a few days of purchasing the coupon, scheduled the appointment to provide me with an assessment of the work, was in contact with me to follow-up on the assessment. Stuart did a super job trimming the trees in preparation for installing a privacy fence, being careful to the detail. I also have a japanese maple tree that required shaping. Trimming a japanese maple is like trimming a bonsai tree, and Stuart gave special attention to trimming the tree. Thank you for the great service!

When I purchased my house, the entire house was surrounded by large bushes that hadn't been trimmed for years. These bushes covered up part of almost every window and blocked out half of my sunroom on the back of the house. The bushes needed to be completely removed because they were all dead underneath. Kelly worked around my schedule to meet with me about the bushes. His workers were prompt and did a great job. They removed all of the holly and even ground down a few small stumps in the back yard to make mowing easier. I plan on having him come back out this spring to do some work on my trees after storm damage.

We had more work than that of the 99 dollars and felt our money very well spent. In consulting with this contractor, we tried to save the oak tree and so we're having it fertilized every spring and fall and hopes that it will recover and go to another 70 years.

They were busy due to weather so it took about month to get scheduled. There were no problems with the work.

The work went well. I left a message for a follow up over the weekend and they have not yet returned the call. They did a good job and whatever work that they did it worked well. I am just disappointed that they have not returned my call. This is probably a busy season and I have not had the time to go out and see if there are any other promotions there right now.

He was a nice guy, but it was going to take 7-8 weeks to get the job completed.

Very nice and professional when they came out. What I did not like, they immediatly tried to sell me something more expensive. To cut down a tree at the cost of $1500. I did not want the tree removed, just trimmed up. It was only after I was adament that I did not want the tree removed, that he did go over what he could do for me with the package I purchased through Angies List.

First, I was looking for a local company which they are not. They were an hour and a half away. Second, the price he was quoting me seemed to go up after each new quote. Finally, the crew did a good job but Mr. Frady apparently overturned my directions as to what I wanted done. When I called the next day, he started blaming me. I simply hung up waiting for him to calm down and give me a real answer. In the meantime, I stopped payment on my check. I was then threatened on the phone and in a letter with criminal action for stopping payment on my check. I had to retain a lawyer for advice, (he said they couldn't bring a criminal action for what happened,) and also to send Frady Tree Care a letter or two. All in all, I felt they were over priced and I would never deal with a company as rude as this one! I should mention Frady only gave me credit on my bill for the actual $200 I spent buying the $400.00 special offer not the $400.00 I should have received. Very unpleasant!!!

Frady agreed to add some additional work to the original Angie's deal for less than half the price quoted by another company. Pleasant supervisor and workmen arrived as agreed, addressed an unexpected problem with one of the trees, worked efficiently and professionally to fell two additional trees, and cut the smaller limbs into firewood lengths. On top of that, they volunteered to chip another pile of fallen limbs and cut broken limbs from two more trees, leaving the property safer and looking better than they found it. We couldn't have been happier with the price and entire experience. We have called them to come back to take care of another problem brought on by the recent ice storm.

I have used Frady before, never a problem, they are very professional in all aspects of their service, would not hesitate to use them again.

I purchased a deal with Frady. It took them months to get to me. It appears the deal was much more popular than they expected. When they finally arrived, they were very professional.

they wanted way to much money, 3 tress for like 4500.00, got another estimate and was like 2000.00. would not recommend frady

First there was an estimate of the services, then a week or so later the cutting of trees. The crew was great, they worked all day cutting and chipping. One of the trees was in a difficult location between our house and an outbuilding but everything came out fine. They cut off some branches of a tree that were grazing our chimney for no extra charge. I would definitely use them again.

Overall pretty good. Only 2 complaints:. 1. As soon as the owner left the job, the guys got anxious to leave and wood was no longer stacked, just sort of strewn everywhere. They cut me a deal, so I did not call to complain, but was not impressed by how the place looked when they left. 2. We had a conversation about installing a bolt through a Bradford Pear which is splitting down the middle. He said they were busy and it would be a couple of weeks, but we agreed on a price and he would come at a later time. After about 6 weeks, I called & left a message. A year later, we're still waiting for a call/visit. The tree will probably need to come down, but we will use another provider. All that said, the quality of the trimming was good.

The service was fine. There was a huge delay and I had to call numerous times in the beginning. They did do a good job with the work. They would call back but they were just very busy from the Big Deal.

I requested a delay in my service to correspond with my spring break. This company was willing to work with my schedule. Their representative came to my house and walked my yard with me. We discussed all of my concerns and then he shared his knowledge about the type of trees in my yard. He made recommendations and then allowed me to choose which projects I wanted to start with. There was no pressure to do more than what my budget could handle. The company was prompt sending someone back to do the work. The work was completed in one day. The worker was quick and tidy. He cleaned up all of the debris that he took out of the trees. I would recommend this company to others. I felt they were knowledgeable about the trees and I was pleased with the service they provided.

VERY hard to schedule work. They were overbooked apparently and had a hard time fitting in our "discount" deal. And, LOTS of additional cost beyond the Angie's List "Deal" purchased.

We were very pleased with the service and will use them again.

The crew arrived on time and did their work diligently all day. The cleaned up the area as we had discussed and did a terrific job in helping to save our plum tree. We were so glad to be free of the dead trees in our yard after all the spring storms we have been through since then. Some of them could have really damaged our yard.
