They were prompt for both appointments - estimate and work date. They performed the work professionally and cleaned up very well, even using a blower on my neighbor's driveway where some leaves had fallen. I would highly recommend them.

Overall, we were very pleased with the workmanship of everyone and the outcome was excellent. Highly recommend this firm for any tree service.

I phoned the Lexington office and they phoned me back within 24hrs. I set up an appointment for them to come out to my home to give me an estimate. They said they would be out on Sat. 09/15/12 at 9:00 am. I waited until 10:00 am before leaving to run errands. They never showed. They never called.

I purchased the $199 Big Deal June 25 hoping to get a fairly large sassafras tree removed from my yard. I was contacted immediately to set up a site visit which occurred 7/16. During that visit, I agreed that there was extra work that I could afford to have done. I also agreed that I could wait until late August for the work to be done since they had received a large response to the Big Deal promotion. After a couple of follow up phone calls from me, we scheduled the work for September 4. Torrential rains began about an hour or so into the job so the crew had to leave. They returned on Thursday, Sept. 6 and completed the job in a short time. The work included cutting down the sassafras tree, removing a very large dead limb from an old southern red oak and cleaning the crown of that tree. They also removed a dead limb from a Leyland cyprus. There were at least 5 crew members on site each day. They were professional and courteous. The debris was completely removed, including leaves and twigs. I had hoped to keep the mulch from grinding up the trees but (1) the big rainstorm on Tuesday made us all forget and (2) on Thursday there was unsuitable debris on the truck from a previous job so the mulch wasn't usable. The crew even moved some yard items I hadn't realized would be in the way and then they returned them to their places. I am very well satisfied with the work, and the extra work done on the oak tree really did make a difference. I appreciate their expert advice and proficient efforts to do things right. Definitely will call again when more arises.

Service went very well start to finish. We had 4-5 major trees trimmed. We had 5-6 trees removed. We had house mulched all the way arond and all hedges trimmed all the way around. I was very please with results.

I purchased a discount deal from Angie's List after having Frady Tree Service come out to give me an estimate. Stewart was very thorough in assessing what I wanted done, as well as being professional and friendly. The only downside of my interaction with this company was that they apparently received an overwhelming response to the coupon and it took longer than I would have liked to get the work scheduled. The work crew was very thorough and did an excellent job, both with the tree work and with the very daunting task of cleaning up all the tree debris. I would definitely use Frady Tree Service again.

They were great. They definitely know what they are doing and they did a very good job. They were courteous and professional and were on time. They were meticulous in cleaning up before they left.

They were very professional and did exactly what they said they would do. Unlike the other tree service that was here the week before, that left all the limbs uncut at the front of our property. Frady's actually offered to clean up the other company's mess.

The team was very careful in their work, the did a great job of removing trees without damaging others around them, and they did a great job cleaning up. And unlike the guys who just have a truck and a ladder, Mr. Frady is a certified arborist, and his recommendations for my trees were based on the knowledge of what was good for the health of the trees. We were very pleased with the work, and will use them again.

Stewart called me in the morning to schedule the tree clearing in the afternoon. I would normally want a few days/weeks notice to coordinate with my day off from work, but we lucked out and I happened to be off this day. Stewart and the whole crew (about seven guys) arrived in the afternoon and we reviewed what would be done. Some guys went to start in the back yard and some stayed in the front yard. All the guys were friendly and very professional. They got right to work. Stewart had to leave after about an hour but he left Kelly in charge of the crew. Kelly was very knowledgeable and kept me informed with what the crews were doing and what they were going to do. He even pointed out all the different kinds of trees in mine and my neighbor's yards for me, at least fifteen different kinds. The crew kept working, took a lunch break, finished cutting, and did a fantastic job cleaning up all the limbs and leaves from the yard and driveway. After chipping all the debris, they backed the truck up and left the mulched wood exactly where I wanted it, near the house for me to spread. The guys were all friendly and looked like they enjoyed what they were doing. They asked several times whether I was satisfied with the trees and the clean up. I didn't have to follow up behind them to tell them what else to cut or what else to clean up. They did it right the first time.

Frady Tree Care Inc did good work. Their price is good.

I liked that they cleaned up fairly well after they finished the job. They did a very good job.

They did an excellent job of trimming the tree, something I could not do on my own. The only thing that didn't get done and I assume was an oversight was cleaning out the gutter on the right side of the house 2nd floors that has twiggs in it. Hope they can come back and take care of that.

Provided great service. they were friendly, accommodating and professional. cleaned and trimmed my back enclosed patio area. Very nice work.

We originally had trouble with them following up for an appointment. They said they would call back but never did. I left a negative report reflecting such on Angie's List and this company came out to rectify the situation. The work I needed was already done but they asked if there was anything else they could do to fix the situation. They took down of a huge Cedar tree for us at absolutely no cost. It would have cost around $600-$700, but they would not accept any payment. The workers were so professional. It was extremely clean when they left. They came back when they said they would to do the work. I was so impressed with them and will definitely use them again for any tree service needs I may have.

I liked them. They were punctual, responsive, did what they said they would, and they were professional.

Used Frady Tree Service in conjunction with Angies List Big Deal. I had already called 2 other companies for quotes and after having them come out it was more expensive, however about the same using the coupon. I seemed to like Frady's credentials better so went with them. My only complaint is the amount of time it took to get scheduled (6 weeks or so) but they did give me the warning when I called. The crew that came out was very professional and the job was performed to my expectations. The tree stump grinding for the shrubs and hollies was done the next business day after the work.

The only problem I had was how long it took them to get to the job. They came out and did an estimate on 03/27/12, but are just getting to the job 05/16/12. I had to call several times in order to get a scheduled date for service. They were not initiating the calls. In their defense, I was told that it took so long because the response they received from the special they ran on 'Angie's List' was overwhelming. I would certainly use their service again.

They cleaned up beautifully. I will use them again for future service. He seemed very knowledgable and answered a lot of question.

Kelly Frady came to my home and walked the property with us and we discussed what needed to be done and the price. I also had 2 coupons that he gladly redeemed. He told us it would probably be 5 weeks until he could work us in; it turned out to be only 2 weeks. The entire job was done in only 2 days. They came when they said; did what they said; and it cost what they said. This group of guys was knowledgeable, helpful and could not have been nicer. Each member of Kelly's crew was constantly working and with such great attitudes. All were friendly and very respectful. Kelly was approachable if questions arose and flexible if I changed my mind about something. Let me say, I've had a lot of work done at my home by various companies and contractors; this is the first and ONLY time that the workers actually thanked me for letting them work at my place. Kelly Frady's company sets the bar high. If you need landscaping or tree service, you won't be sorry if you choose this company. They made such a drastic improvement to our place.

Stewart first called and then came out to see what I wanted done. He then called to tell me when the men would be here. They came and removed the tall cedar, a smaller dead tree, and wisteria choking other trees. The men were very professional and removed all debris, no complaints at all and I think I received a very good deal with this coupon special. I would use Frady Tree Care again and would recommend them.

Purchased 2 of the Angie's List big deal for $200 worth of services at a price of $99. Frady's was fairly responsive to coming out to do the estimate. It took about 4 days and a follow up phone call to get an email/phone estimate but they explained to me that they were busy from the influx of Angie's List Big Deal purchases. Pricing on the estimate seemed very high but, since we had purchased the Big Deal, we figured we were saving some money. We got a 2nd estimate from a company that we had previously used from Angie's List. After seeing the itemized breakdown of both estimates, we discovered that Frady's costs were 3 times more expensive than one of its competitors. Given that we had already purchased the Big Deal, we decided to have Frady's cut down a dead pine tree in our yard that, with the deal, cost about the same as our 2nd estimate. Unfortunately, we had to call twice over a 2 week period to see if Frady's could schedule the service. Because of their influx in volume, we were told it would be around 3-4 weeks before they could come out to do the service. They were supposed to call back, at least, to schedule the appointment. But, after waiting the 2 weeks and having to follow up ourselves with still no appointment, we decided that it wasn't worth our time or money to go with this higher priced estimate. Fortunately, Angie's List refunded our money for the Big Deal and we went with another Angie's List company that did the service within 2 days at 1/3 the cost. On the 3rd week of waiting, I received a call from Frady's asking when we wanted to schedule the service. We were not impressed.

Every aspect of the job and interaction was perfect. They did a great job and completely cleaned up all the debris from the trees. Will definitely recommend and use these guys again. Price of $1200 was after using coupons.

They performed the work quickly and efficiently and stuck to their quote. The crew consisted of 8-10 very personable and skilled workers, who took great care to remove large branches without damaging (or even touching) nearby house and garage. They cleaned out many smaller trees, and chipped them and surrounding underbrush as well. When finished, they hand raked all yard areas in which they worked, leaving no trace that they had even been there - - except for the now park-like woods surrounding our home. They took great care to prevent equipment damage in the yard. This company has the skilled personnel, the necessary equipment, and the knowledgeable leadership to do any type of tree care, no matter how large or small - - great job! The owner even demonstrated how to properly prune a crepe myrtle, and set aside some select cuts of cherry and persimmon for use in my wood shop. I will use them again and would heartily recommend them to anyone seeking tree service.
