Frady Tree Care

I'll provide a followup review after the work is done.

The arborist was punctual and professional in his review and his explaination to me of what needed to done. He then worked with me to schedule the work later in the year. The trimming crew was on time, professional and diligent in their work and the subsequent clean up and hauling away of the debris. I am very pleased with the work and will use them for any tree work that i might need in the future.

Very pleased with the workers and the result. It took awhile to schedule work due to large number of work orders generated from coupon, but this was clearly communicated when we called them initially.

Mr. Frady's crew worked non-stop for half a day removimng the limbs and debris as it fell. He also took down a dead pine tree that was leaning dangerously toward our sunroom. When he left it was clean and as it was before he came.

Very responsive, answered all the questions, accurately predicted when they could get to the work. A good experience.

Stuart and his team knew what they were doing and did a great job. I would definetly recommend them and will use them again when I need the trees maintained.

Took longer than expected for the company to respond but once they arrived, they provided very high quality and quick work. Only negative was that they promised to return to remove a broken tree limb from another tree but never showed back up.

Very hard working, polite crew. They described it as a yard make over and it is! The work was done over 2 days. They brought a large truck with a mechanical arm to lift the logs into the truck. The truck was too big to fit into my back yard so after dark they were cutting the tree trunks into manageable chunks and carrying them to the truck. Once lifted into the high bed of the truck they had to be stacked as it filled the truck bed. There was no complaining or grumbling. These guys were whistling, singing and joking! The most pleasant work crew I've ever seen. My only complaint was that they did not clean up after the first day's work. I expected at least a clean path from the back door to my car. When they finished the job they cleaned up well. I would use them again and have already recommended them to a friend.

I was VERY pleased with the work done. Stewart came out to find out what was needed and wanted and wrote up the order. When Kelly and the crew came out they had all the necessary equipment to complete the job in a timely manner and knew exactly what to do. All of the men where very professional and courteous. I will call on them again when needed and recommend them to others.

We were very pleased with the professionalism and service. The workmen were friendly and courteous and did an excellent job. All the debris was cleared and the driveway was swept clean when the job was done. The workmanship was great, Kelly (the owner) came out along with Stewart to supervise on taking care of the whole job. We appreciate their expert advice and to do things right. Definitely will call them again.

Coupon is a come on. You can't get anything done for $200. Service charged $125.00 per crepe myrtle.

The team (about 7 guys ) showed up at 8am with 3 trucks and a chipper and began trimming the trees in the back yard. I arrived home at noon to see how the work was going and it looked like they were making great progress about 75% done trimming. Then the excavation equipment arrived and it was time to move some dirt and trench the outline of the property for the landscape lighting. I had to return to work but when I arrived home at 6pm the team was finishing the clean of driveway and street in front of the house. They even brought in extra help in the afternoon and so I was very pleased with the effort and timely turn around time on the work. I will definitely use them again for other property.

The company was originally contracted to perform $99 worth of tree service as per the deal. Unfortunately I had no idea what this would provide. As it turned out it would provide trimming for only one tree. It was pointed out to me that 2 other trees could benefit from trimming and a reduced price was agreed upon for all 3 trees. I was not informed of the date the service was to be performed and so I was not here when the work was done. However, they did a fine job and the trees have flourished. The clean up was so thorough that I would not have known they were here except for the missing limbs from the trees. I am very satisfied with the outcome.

They must have sold a lot of these Big Deal coupons all at once, because it took awhile to get a service date. But they contacted me in between times to let me know I hadn't been forgotten, and our phone conversations were always pleasant. When the work crew came to take care of the trees they were prompt for the appointment time, courteous, and very skilled - the trees all look great. They cleaned up all the pieces from the ground and did a sweep of the rest of my yard for limbs downed in the recent weather. Several neighbors stopped by and complimented the work. A different crew came a couple of days later to grind out the stumps - again, prompt and courteous, and they did a nice job, even tackling roots that were quite close into the hardscape. I'm very pleased.

We bought a coupon and made an appointment. Stewart came out and evaluated the trees. He followed up with an email saying that they would schedule pruning in the fall. I had occasion to contact them several times and they were very responsive. Kelly (the owner) came out and directed the pruning. He understood my fondness for the trees and got my approval for each branch they removed. He seems to have a love of trees and I was amazed how he could look at a tree and visualize exactly what needed to be done. We will definately use them again and highly recommend them.

The employees are very nice people. The trees were raised much higher than expected. It was quite a shock to go from tree limbs in your face to them being cut back 25 feet in the air. There was one tree with dead limbs right beside the one they groomed. Extra TLC and they would have cut the few limbs. It was so obvious, my son cut them down later. We asked them to leave the wood. They forgot. We also asked them to leave the mulch. The mulcher did not really mulch and shred and they mulched the limbs with pine cones on it. We would not have had them leave it, if we would have known. It is autumn and I am still dealing with pine cones being blown from the beds and raking them up with the leaves. The company previously knew I had purchased a coupon for $200 off. I deducted an additional $100 off of the bill, and felt I was more than fair. We had more than $100 worth the wood and had no choice but to spead the horrible pile of wood and cones left in our driveway. Based upon previous ratings, I have to have faith they were having an off day.

They were professional and nice to deal with. However, they were overpriced and I just cancelled the coupon. I think they were overcharging us because we are in an affluent area.

They did a really great job. You can't tell they were even at the job, the clean up was so great.

Crew arrived on time and worked throughout the day to complete the job. All were polite. Cleaned up behind themselves. All in all we are very satisfied.

Came out quickly to do an estimate. Once the work was scheduled, the work proceeded smoothly. My daughter asked the workers for firewood, and they were very helpful. On the whole, everyone was polite and friendly, and the work was done skillfully. They cleaned up nicely, as well.

Stuart at Frady was great to work with. Presented a good price for the service of removing a large tree. They made quick work of the removal and cleanup, in one day. Very pleased and will utilize Frady again!

They did a lot of work for me and did a great job. They removed two trees and trimmed some other in my yard and it looks great. They also cleaned up well after themselves. They even ground the stump in the backyard. I would highly recommend them to others and would definitely use them again.
