Response from Fox Brothers Painting
We would like to apologize for any inconvenience to (member name removed), we try and leave our customers home with them extremely happy with end result. (member name removed) purchased 2 of our $99/ Room specials and was contacted the same day to schedule an estimate. He had not read the 1 coupon per customer message, but we made an exception for him to have 2 rooms painted at that price, at a loss to us. One of our painting crews (not a small contracted crew), arrived at his home on the date chosen along with a field manager to oversee the job, and performed the work. We offered to paint (member name removed) baseboards because they had paint from previous jobs on them, and really needed to be painted, at our normal rate, and he declined. During the painting he had also asked my crew if they would paint additional areas of the home, and he would pay them directly. My crew leader alerted me of this and declined his offer. After all painting and cleanup was done, a field manager, crew leader and(member name removed) walked the home to do any touchups, or areas that the customer may have wanted spruced up. At this time, he was pleased with the work, and paid the total balance. (member name removed)called days later to inform us of the baseboard issue, which we noted upon arrival, and requested that we come back to paint them for free. At this point, I(the owner) was requesting a time to look at the issue and get it resolved. We have since called and left messages to look at the problems, with no return call back. We would love the chance to resolve the issue if (member name removed) wishes us to. We pride ourselves on customer service and quality craftsmanship, with all size projects. It is unfortunate that this customer chose to give us such a low score which may persuade a future customer from using our company for their home improvement project. We ask that all homeowners research their chosen contractor, and hope that they will listen to other customers with a very happy experience.
