Description of Work: They quoted a job. They were more than 2 times the price of the electrician I ended up using. When I got the price quote, I tried discussing it with them to no avail. Don't waste your money, there are good electricians that won't gouge you, just keep looking.

Description of Work: The neighbor's tree took out the mast, meter box, and control panel to my house. They were able to fit me into their schedule and get my equipment fixed in good time.

Description of Work: An individual came out to check out a problem with a circuit. They were very thorough in trying to determine the problem but could not in the allotted time. I finally found a couple of bad wires behind some sheetrock that the electrician could not have found without removing part of the wall. I think he did all he could do given the circumstances.

Description of Work: The provider was very professional, friendly and just plain pleasant to be around. He found our problem quickly, repaired it quickly and charged us over $200 LESS than he had estimated over the phone. I will use him again as well as recommend him to my friends. He was GREAT!

Description of Work: Contacted the company to have someone come out and provide an estimate for services. They refused to do so saying it's not their policy. I explained that I needed someone to tell me what we would need for wiring, lighting,etc so we can estimate the cost of the job to determine if we would use them as our contractor. I was told that they don't do that. I asked to speak with a manager and was told someone would call me back. I received a call back advising it would cost $99 for someone to come out to just take a look.

Description of Work: Chris came out and installed 2 recessed lights in our breakfast area. He did a great job and was very professional, courteous and fast. In fact we are having them back to install more recessed lights in the kitchen.
