+ -1 moreSteve showed great friendliness (yet worked while we chatted) and told us honestly the pros and cons of different motors, without making us feel like we had to buy the more expensive one. He showed politeness, and he did the work quickly and cleaned the work area well after he finished the work.
Description of Work: Our garage door motor had died. Steve offered either Sears Craftsman or Lift-Master and explained the pros and cons of each. We chose the Lift-Master (lifetime warranty) and he installed the door in a little over an hour.
