He knew that we were getting our car ready to sell after he detailed it looked like a brand new car. The quality and work he put in was fantastic. Great price and he was very professional.

He is THE BEST detailer in the city, hands down! Brian does all of the work himself, and he always goes above and beyond. Cost can range anywhere from $80.00 to $300.00 just depending on what you want done.

they gave an estimate over the phone but I took the car so he can see and to make sure that the price was still the same and it was arrived at the shop as planned and a ride was provided to my office (close by) I received a call about four hours later as promised that the car was done the tint looked great and better than the one I had done years ago (I had the old tint removed somewhere else) I am very satisfied with the service

There are not enough WOWS to describe how good the service is at Brian's Exclusive Detail. I brought my car at 7:30 AM. Brian walked me to the Light Rail station (!) and I took the train uptown. My car was ready at the end of the day. The location is perfect for downtown commuters. Brian's is about 200 yards from the Light Rail Station. You can drop off your car in the morning and take the Light Rail into town. After work you take the train right back to Brian's and pick up your car. Couldn't be more convenient. Brian is very professional and personable. Making an appointment was easy. Car drop off was quick and everything was done on time. He takes pride in his work and does a fabulous job. It is easy to see how Brian earned the Angie's List Super Service Award for 2010. .

Brian asked up front what was most important for him to focus on. For me, it was the carpets. When he was finished with the car that afternoon, the carpets looked brand new, and the rest of the car looked very good considering its age and how little pampering it has had during it's life. I was quite happy with his work.

When I first brought my car to Brian I wanted him to look at the stuff that had gotten on my bumper. He proceeded to have my entire rear bumper washed so that he could examine everything to make sure that was the only location it was on. We then set up another appointment for me to come in and get it detailed and have the stuff removed. The moment I walked into the office when I was bringing my car in I was greeted in a very professional and friendly manner. I was explained what was going to be done to my car, when it was going to be ready and what to expect when it was done. I then started to discuss a separate issue with my car with Brian unrelated to the service he was going to perform. He was very interested and had me explain to him the situation. He then gave me some advice on how to proceed and that he would follow up on the information I came up with. This was above and beyond what was expected of him and was a very pleasant surprise. When I returned at 4:30 to pick up my car it was ready as stated and was immaculately clean inside and out. I checked my bumper and all traces of the strange substance had been removed. I had forgotten to ask Brian when I brought my car in that I had wanted him to clean the engine out as well and when I told him this he said that I could bring it by any time and he would take care of it for me. This is probably the best experience I've had dealing with a business. I would recommend him to anyone who has any car care needs to take care of.

We had a very positive experience with Brian's Exclusive Detailing. We consulted Angie's list and he came highly recommended. He was extremely polite, detail oriented, asked specifically what we wanted in the cleaning, to the task, timely, ready at the time he said the work would be completely. Very pleasant to work with. Seemed like someone who really enjoyed his line of work and did a great job with a smile. Car looked amazing. We were looking for a detail service for my husband's 2005 Toyota Avalon. He is in sales and does lots of driving so, although it is only 5 years old, there are over 200,000 miles on it. It still runs great so we wanted to give it to our son for a first car. The inside especially was extremely dirty -- the leather seats, carpet, everything. We found Brian on Angie's List. He was very helpful in arranging an appointment for my husband and explaining his services. He was extremely professional and friendly. He clearly takes great pride in his work and he should. The work he did on our car was nothing short of miraculous. It truly looked like new when he was done. Amazing. We will definitely be using Brian again in the future. His pricing is also very reasonable for the quality and detail of his work.

I called Brian based on his previous service reports. He answered the call himself. From the start, you can tell that he is thorough and professional. We scheduled the appointment and he went ahead and prepared the paint color in anticipation of my visit. On arrival to his shop, he was clear that the condition of the car (scratches, stains, etc...) was more than he anticipated. We discussed the job in detail in terms of time and cost. He felt that he needed two days to do the work and some increase in cost. We dropped the car off on a Saturday and he requested to keep the car until Monday afternoon. The car was ready at the time requested and in excellent condition. We have had the car for 3 years and have used it frequently for kids carpool etc... There were many many tiny scratches along the exterior as well as a number of deeper scratches. We keep the interior tidy (as much as possible with 3 kids) but have not cleaned the interior since signing the lease. Brian had the car looking like new. The interior was spotless. Brian was able to make all but one scratch essentially disappear. Brian was everything you could ask for in a service provider... efficient, honest, and accurate. If everyone handled business this way, there would be no need for Angie's List.

When I picked up my car from Brian I was thrilled, but not completely unprepared, to be presented with a vehicle so bright and sparkling I almost didn?t recognize as my own. My lack of surprise was a result of me being a careful consumer and doing my research. Therefore, I had high expectations for excellent results. However, what I was completely unprepared for was the high def version of the world that I was then able to see through my windshield; everything was brighter, clearer, and the colors were more vivid than I had ever seen before. Brian explained that he was able to remove a layer of film from the windshield that had built up. Brian is clearly a man who loves his job, and that was communicated through his actions as well as his words. I feel like my Chrysler was treated like a Rolls Royce. Also, I feel like I was treated as if I was the owner of Rolls Royce.

Brian was very pleasant right from the moment we pulled up. He checked the vehicle over and asked what type of service I was interested in. I voiced my concerns about the condition of my car and he made some suggestions. Brian and his son Stefan, got started quite promptly. My 3 year old daughter and I had to hang around for a while and wait for my husband to pick us up, and Brian made sure we were comfortable in his office and even turned on some cartoons to keep my daughter entertained until my husband arrived. I was very pleased with the results of the datailing. My car had a lot of small scratches and spots on the exterior and Brian was able to buff most of them out...it's almost as good as new! The interior of the car was also littered with the typical family car crumbs and stray chips that 'disappear' just beyond reach under the seats; a stark comparison to its current state! Brian managed to restore my car to its former former glory...he even got the floor mats clean!

Brian is very personable and takes great pride in his business which shows in the work performed. Brian did a complete visual inspection and discussed what needed to be done in detail. I could not be happier with the results. Both cars look like new. His business is located right next to the Lite Rail which makes for easy access to uptown Charlotte. I will continue to use his services in the future.

As always Brian did a great job!! Carpet that I thought would never be clean again was almost like new. It was like driving my Infiniti off the showroom floor again.

I called on a Tuesday and was able to get an appointment for the following Thursday. I went by Brian's shop in the morning, and he gave me a lift to work. The car was ready by 5:00 that afternoon. He did a beautiful job cleaning the exterior, the trunk, the cracks and crevices, dressing the tires, cleaning the glass, the leather, the dash and most especially the carpets. The car will never look like new, but Brian got it as close as anyone could. It's beautiful!

My car was in desperate need of a wash, wax and detail job, I have a 2006 Honda Accord and had only really taken it through drive thru car washes - maybe twice a year. My sister had recommended this place because she had had an excellent experience. My sister is super picky and has high standards so I knew it must be good. I first searched the website to get some more info on what Brian's Exclusive Detail had to offer and was impressed with how professional and informative the website was. Brian's Exclusive Detail offers 3 service packages and I felt that I would need the highest package. I had paint scratches on my exterior from the parking gargage at work and really was hoping that buffing the car would take care of it. I called to make an appointment and Brian himself answered the phone. He was super nice and when I told him that I was looking to get the highest detail package, he asked me why I thought I might need it. He did not push me to get the highest package unless it was necessary and spoke with me about getting the right package for my car. It truly spoke volumes to me that Brian wasn't just trying to sell me the highest package because it meant more money for him. I appreciate that kind of honest and certainly know that you dont find that everywhere. We decided to go with the highest package because my car truly needed it. I dropped my car off and left it there for about 5 hours. I was THRILLED with the results. I have been talking about it to my family and friends non stop. My car looked BRAND NEW!! I was so excited. The exterior gleamed and shined. My car looked awesome! He was able to buff out all of the scratches! The interior was immaculate. There was no nook and cranny left unturned. I had had lots of leaves and pollen stuck in the cracks of the exterior and in the trunk jam. It was all gone. The inside of the door jams were spotless. My leather was fresh and newly conditioned. I havent seen my carpet rugs that clean since I bought the car. I was ecstatic!!! I will definitely be going back and on a more regular basis. Now I love going to the driveway to get into my car and admiring how nice it looks! From Brian's professionalism and charismatic attitude to the amazing work he performed on my car, I wont be going anywhere else to have my car detailed. He's what you call...."good people"

It cost around $100 for my mom?s car and mine is a SUV. It was very easy to make an appointment. They were very prompt and the work that they did was great. I felt like I had new cars again.

Brian did a great job on my BMW sedan which had not been detailed for over 2 years, so it needed a lot of work. He was up-front about everything that had to be done and was very conscientious about the cost and providing a quality service. I've used a number of detailing services in the past but Brian is by far the best, very thorough and a sharp attention to detail. I've paid similar amounts to others with far inferior results. I'll have him take care of my wife's car when the time comes.

The work done was excellent inside and out - the car looked very pretty. Brian is personable and professional, and very invested in his work. He even offered to take me to and from work, and fixed a broken piece on the seat without comment. There was an issue with a scent put in, which Brian said he doesn't normally do, but he was happy to try to resolve it. The work takes six hours - longer than other locations - but since the seats and mats were actually dry when I received the car, and the work was impeccable, it was certainly worth it.

My girlfriend recently had some body-work done on her vehicle following a wreck. It had been 5 weeks since the repair work was completed, so she decided to have the car detailed. She called Brian and set an appointment. We dropped her car off on the way to work. Brian met us in the parking lot and immediately began the consultation. Brian is extremely professional and focuses much more making sure that his customers are satisfied and do not feel as though they are being over-sold services that they do not need. He did a thorough evaluation of the vehicle, and began making recommendations for various levels of detailing that he could offer, and the corresponding price points that went with each. After we agreed upon the level of service and a price, we left the car w/ the understanding that it would be ready after 5:00 that evening and that we could pick it up after work. Upon our return, Brian was again waiting for us and immediately engaged us in the parking lot. He wasted no time pointing out the nooks and crevices that were not neglected, just to give us an idea of the level of detail that the job consisted of. After a full inspection, my girlfriend and I were both supremely satisfied with the job that Brian had done. The next part of the inspection was what we did not expect: Brian actually to the time to go over some items that the body shop had left sub-standard. He pointed out imperfections left behind by shoddy workmanship that a layperson might not have noticed, but were quite obvious to him. Pointing these things out to us would net him no extra revenue, but he wanted to make sure that we were as happy as we could be with the vehicle, given the investment and the expectations for it in the coming years. I remember commenting to my girlfriend upon leaving that it was so refreshing to meet Brian. If only more vendors and professionals took the approach and care that Brian did in his handling of this appointment, there would be a lot more satisfied customers throughout Charlotte. I know that I will never again look farther than Brian whenever our vehicles require detail work. I will also take great pleasure in recommending Brian's services to any friends and co-workers.

I am a return customer and am as satisfied this second time as I was the first timea round. Brian is a professional in both his manner of interacting w/ customers and in his knowledge of what needs to be done to your vehicle. He keeps to his schedule and keeps you informed along the way if there are problems,etc. You will not be disappointed in his work..which is worth every penny.

I called Brian on Wednesday go set up an appointment for the following Saturday . I explained that I was getting ready to turn in a leased vehicle and wanted it in tip top condition. I was not disappointed. The interior was thoroughly cleaned and polished, including down in the crevices of the console between the seats and scuff marks on the inside door were removed. The exterior cleaning was just as detailed. Brian walked over to greet me when I drove in and I found him to be very professional and punctual and would definitely use his services again. Brian was presented a much larger challenge the following week when he cleaned husband's 2003 Nissan truck and again he did not disappoint. His attention to the small details sets him apart from other cleaning services.

Brian was very honest, fair, and reasonable. He performed a meticulous job. I will not take my car to anyone else.

Looks great--we're more pleased than Brian is; how he got the interior leather looking as good as he did is beyond me. Brian is a one-man operation. Perfectionist.
