Great job! Professional service throughout

The business was clean, the workers were professional. I interacted with the owner directly; he was very personable and professional. My car was scheduled to be finished by 4pm the same day, but I received a call around 2 stating they were running behind and it would be ready at 6. I appreciated that they called me in a timely manner to let me know about the delay and they stayed past closing time to get the job done instead of making me come back the next day. They obviously take a lot of pride in their work and I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

It went very well, made the appointment for a Saturday and was done in a few hours.

I setup my appointment by email which was very easy. I also called a couple times to get some additional info regarding tint options. Both types of contact were great and Brian was very responsive. When I arrived we looked over my tint options and brought the sample tint glass out to the car to get a good idea of how it would turn out. Customer service is important to me and they were on it the whole time i was there, as i did not have anyone to pick me up and drop me off. Tint job was done very well and final product looks really great. They were even able to get the small front triangle windows that are not easy to reach on this car due to the dash and windshield angle. I highly recommend Exclusive Detail and Tint.

Brian and his staff are the best. He gave me honest advice on my car's paint and connected me to the MAACO shop on South Blvd. After my SUV was painted Brian and Co. made the 16 year old SUV look and smell like new. The window tint is flawless and the car is much more comfortable. A really great experience at a very reasonable cost.

I needed to add tint to the front window of my Volvo, I called and I was able to get in the same day ( I was lucky) this is the third Volvo that windows were tinted by exclusive detail

My husband and i are huge fans of this place and the owner Brian Brown. My husband first used him back in january to tint his windows and windshield and when i finaaly traded in the old family minivan this september we headed straight to Brown's shop. I wish that his was a service you could use more often because he is truly an exceptional business owner in today's day and age and i would be glad to patronize his business more often. He dies offer detail services so perhaps we can plan at least yearly visits....

After researching a dozen tint shops I decided to go with Exclusive Detail and Tint and I could not be happier! The Owner Brian was very courteous and knowledgeable! He did a great job of explaining the differences in tint (Metalized vs Dyed vs Ceramic). I went with Ceramic on my 2014 Durango and it looks great! He also did a windshield strip that really sets the car off! Great service from a great guy! Very pleased and highly recommend.

Brian offers complete flexible services. Brian goes above and beyond to make sure that you are completely satisfied. Having said that, I hardly ever have any issues. I have used Brian approximately five times, and my wife has used him about three times. I couldn't imagine trusting my car to any other detail shop in Charlotte. They were very courteous, prompt, and thorough. They gave me an estimate and did the work on time and satisfactorily.

He took a long time to do it. He went through my stuff and did not really clean what I expected him to clean. I didn’t have any issues, but I overpaid and won't use their services again because they are too expensive.

Very professional and knowledgeable when I called on the telephone to get information. Had an immediate availability for our appointment. Their pricing was competitive and reasonable. Did an outstanding job on our tint and even gave us recommendations for a powder coating on our wheels. Can't say enough about our experience with them. I expected an apathetic, acne-faced kid without a care in the world about customer service to greet me when I dropped my car off....this is what you expect when having your car cleaned. Brian couldn't have been more different! He was impeccably professional, prompt, and gave personal attention. He went wayyyy above and beyond the job he quoted me and cleaned my entire car, even though I only wanted to pay for the floors and the seats. My toddler's car seat was stained and I asked if he could work on it--he got it out with a less caustic cleaner, keeping in mind that a little kid would be sitting there. I am incredibly grateful and--frankly--expected far less at a vehicle detailer. In total, I couldn't be happier with my experience and I highly recommend Brian's Detailing! I'll be having my husband's SUV detailed there for Christmas and going back myself.

I was looking to surprise my wife for her birthday and she had been wanting to get her windows tinted since she bought the car. I found Brian on Angies List and checked his BBB rating and was impressed with his reviews and years of superb service. He very friendly and Knowledgable; I couldn't be happier with the quality of the product. We made an appointment for the next saturday morning and everything went well, he even recommended a nearby restaurant where we could wait and enjoy a nice hot breakfast

Brian was very professional and provided great customer service. Called on Saturday morning, Brian was able to get me in same day! Quoted me a price of $160.00 to remove tint from back windows and reapply tint to same windows. When I arrived, he told me that he had under qouted the job but was going to honor the price anyway. Done in 1 hour 15 min. Looked great. Very satisfied customer. My daughter will be taking her car there as well.

Another great job by Brian. My daughter had her Honda Fit at a summer camp off a dirt road. What a mess is was when she came home after 8 weeks. Add to that the Sarbucks mocha frappuccino spill in the front seat and Brian had a real challenge. The car is beautiful. The seat is like new and the interior/exterior is perfect. I am a repeat customer and will be back again soon with my Highlander.

Phenominal attention to detail and extremely knowledgable when it comes to understanding the science behind automotive finishes and how to make them look great. Bryan has been detailing my cars for a while and always does an excellent job and in my opinion his prices (while not the cheapest) are reasonable and fair - especially considering the extra effort he makes to always do the job as thoroughly as I would if I were detailing my own car.

WOW!!! What more can I say about Brian’s service? I took my 2005 YukonXL to Brian so he could bring it back to factory condition and he did more than I expected. I am very pleased. He said he didn’t have to do much to the exterior as it was in good shape. To me it looked better than when I brought it in. He had buffed the paint job and waxed it. It really looks great.The interior was a different story. With my kids and friends and family constantly in and out of the vehicle it needed some good cleaning. The chocolate milk stains and the bubblegum stuck to the carpet are gone. No trace of them. The g*** in the storage bins on the doors is gone. The dark stains on the armrest of the driver’s door are gone. The smell (rotten milk) in the vehicle was eliminated. He cleaned the leather seats and they look brand new. I had tried to clean them myself but I could never have gotten them to that level. I had discussed with him heat resistant film/tent for the windows as the inside of the vehicle is unbearable in the summer and as we use this Yukon for trips to Florida it is just indescribable how hot it gets inside down there. The LLumar window film/tent did the trick and the level of color was perfect just as he had described. The level of heat transfer through the windows has been reduced dramatically. Really worth it. When I picked up the vehicle it was ready and waiting as he had promised. I decided to leave my 2007 Sonata with him for a deluxe detail and window tent as well.Brian delivers what he says he will. He will not promise what he cannot do. I am very pleased with Brian’s work and I will bring my vehicles to him each time they need some good TLC.
