Exclusive Detail and Tint

Called Brian Saturday morning after finding him on Angie's List. Asked if he could fit us in. He took us immediately. Was very courteous and friendly. His coupon on the Angies web page is incorrect though. Says 20% off window tinting above the coupon but when you open and read it it says its for detailing. Not sure why it would offer both a 10 and 20% discount. If I had the choice I'd take the 20%. I didn't want to hold him to a coupon that was a misprint. He offered me a discount on my 2nd car tint job. Overall he did an excellent job for a fair price. I've never seen such a neat tint job. When I roll the window down it goes right up to the edge of the window. Looks like it came from the factory tinted. Definitely would and will use him again. As a matter of fact my 2nd car is in his garage right now.

I felt comfortable, as soon as I walked into his shop. He welcomed me with a warm smile and a handshake. He took the time to let my children walk around the shop, and he showed them everything. He took the time and learned about my family. We stood around and talked, and he made me feel welcomed. He is a good guy. I will use him in the future.

My car looks like new. My granddaughter had gotten sick in my car. Yuk! Now, it looks and smells fresh and clean. Thanks, Brian. You are amazing! Great professional service, on time, beautifully done!

Brian proved to be very flexible and professional. We originally had planned to drop the car off a week before but due to some unexpected travel we had to wait a week. It was not a problem at all. When Brian and discussed what we wanted and why, he was extremely honest and said he was not sure he wanted to do the detailing because he was not sure the $200 would be returned in the resale value of the car. I ended up pushing for the service anyway and we could not be happier. Brian's work was done on time and in the budget promised and he did an excellent job removing stickers from the rear windows and reinstalling that "new car smell" on the inside. He was extremely personable throughout the transaction. We would definitely use him again and recommend him to friends.

Angie's List ran a special for Brian's Detailing. We purchased the special. We were able to schedule an appoint within a week of placing a call for an appointment. He was responsiive and punctual. He arrived on time. He was very profressional and did the best detail job we have had on our car (Acura TL). My husband is extremely detail oriented and is rarely fully satisfied with those that perform car washes or detailing. He thought the quality of the detail was very good. I was shocked when my husband didn't find anything wrong with the exception of a big spot in the rear window that was missed. We don't hold against him, as the entire car was impeccable otherwise. We would utiize Brian's Detailing again.

Brian did a fantastic job. Given the initial condition of the car, he told us he wouldn't be able to get it to feel factory new, and we appreciated his honesty. That said, it came out feeling factory-new to us. We couldn't believe the difference.

All went well. I have nothing negative to say about this business. The owner is polite, and cares about his clients.

I contacted Brian at the last minute to get our H2 detailed. It was extremely dirty inside and out. Also, our Black Lab rides in the truck a lot, so there was "sticky saliva" on the windows. Brian had a "can-do" attitude and proved himself with the high quality of work that he performed on our truck. I was interested in getting the truck cleaned in "detail" and that is exactly what I got. Brian's company did the best detail job that has ever been done on our truck. I have no negative comments to make and would highly recommend this company!

FANTASTIC experience. As all the other Angie's List reviews have noted, Brian is a professional and highly committed to the best customer experience possible. He took the time to thoroughly listen to my service requirements, did a thorough pre-inspection of the vehicle and gave me his assurances I would be thrilled with the results. I picked up the car around 5pm the same day and it looked fantastic. After leaving and getting home, I got the virtual magnifying glass out and I couldn't find anything that was missed. He has my business again.

I had an excellent experience with Brian's Auto Detailing. Brian is professional, courteous and does everything possible to make the experience convenient for the customer. I was running a bit late and was pressed for time to pick up my car. He got the job done and my car looks like new! I have two large dogs who travel with me daily so my car takes a beating. My car is a 2008 Nissan Sentra that I had left in Miami for several months at the airport with no attention in the hot florida sun. It looked awful. I didn't think there was any way it would ever look good again but I saw Brian's reviews on google and decided to see what he could do. I was absolutely amazed. When I went to pick up the car I didn't even recognize it. I saw it but thought it wasn't mine because it looked like a new car. Needless to say he works magic on cars. Very Satisfied!

It went very well. Brian was very personable and easy to get to know, and he is clearly an expert in his craft. He was able to get rid of some fine scratches in the paint, he washed and waxed it, and the inside was done nicely.

Brian was polite and professional from start to finish and the workmanship was superb! I could't be happier with the finished product. I highly recommend them. Excellent experience.

They did a top notch job. We had used them before and did a great job that time, so we decided to use them again. He is very congenial and easy to work with. I think his prices are pretty reasonable. He's not exactly close to us, but he's worth going the extra mile to do business with him.

Brian was very professional. He looked over the car and told me exactly how much the cleaning would be. I did have an Angie's List coupon which saved me some money. My price was higher than his usual price for a detail, but my car was in fairly bad shape. We don't have a garage and park in the driveway or on the street; we live in Myers Park so tons of trees and leaves always drying on the car. I also have a 2 year old, so enough said. The car was horribly grimy. We dropped it off before 8am and picked it up at 5pm. It looked like a new car. It smelled great, the inside and outside were immaculate and perfectly cleaned. Not a speck anywhere to be seen. I was blown away. I should mention that Brian did clean the engine compartment. I had not asked him specifically to do so, but he said he'd gotten a negative review on Angie's List for not doing it once, so now he always does. I have no complaints and would take my car to Brian again. I plan on trying to do so at least once every 6 months, so hopefully my car won't ever be in such bad shape again. I wished I had taken the last car I'd traded in to Brian first for a detailing. I'm sure I'd have gotten a lot more money for it - I swear that my 5 year old car looked like I just drove it off the lot! He seems like a very honest hard working man too - works out of a small shop hidden off of Woodlawn Road. Definitely check it out.

I dropped off the car and They said it would be ready at the end of the day. When I picked the car up, it was very clean, like new on the inside. They had put loose items in a bag. They were very professional.

Brian was professional, friendly, informative and efficient. He was able to fit me in the following day. I would see him again and I would recommend his services to anyone. He was also able to remove a musty old smell from the vehicle. It has been 2 months and the the interior still smells great.

When I saw the results I was very happy. They managed to get the car's interior far cleaner than I thought was possible. It seemed almost new. The carpets were suddenly stain free, there wasn't a hint of dust or grime, and I suddenly realized that it's far less expensive to maintain and clean your car than it is to buy a new one. I will definitely use this service again in the near future.

I love them. They are wonderful. If I do not know something, they are very good with me. They are great. I would use their services again in the future.

Brian is amazing. His prices are competitive. His quality of work is excellent, and he is a warm and caring person. What else could you ask for? I have been taking my cars to Brian for several years now. Don?t be surprised if you see a Ferrari or a Maserati in the shop. People trust him with very expensive vehicles especially in preparation for a car show. To the individual who rated Brian a ?C? because of the engine cleaning, Brian told me last time that he doesn?t do the engine for mechanical safety. He might degrease an engine upon request, but I would not hold him accountable for mechanical problems afterward. Excellent work and an excellent value. Brian did a very meticulous job on my wife's SUV and I later brought my BMW to him for another detailing with similar results. I have used a number of other detailing services and he is by far the best -- I would recommend him to anyone.

He was a very pleasant guy, he just didn't complete the job. We did not realize until afterwards that he had not cleaned the engine or inside the gas cap area. Also, the car was not ready when we went to pick it up. We would not use him again.
