Excel Cleaning Service

They were on time and did a good job. I gave them a B for responsiveness because the technician said he would e-mail me photos after the work was completed and he did not. But my husband checked and the work was completed to our satisfaction.

No issues annd they did a good job.

As stated above, this service was excellent. I was very pleased with the quality of work and attention to details.

It went good. I had just bought the house so it needed to be cleaned. They could have done a better, I mean the house was really filthy. It wasn't as clean as I would have liked it to be. They missed some areas. They did make an effort to come out that day for me.

I bought a big deal for this service and was not totally happy with it. For eight hours I expect that a vacant house can be fully cleaned but it was not. And, there was not hot water at the unit because the owner forgot to turn it on but the crew proceeded to clean anyway. They should have known better because there was some grease things in the kitchen. They complained they were not able to get it out because they had cold water but, because they claim this is the kind of work they do, I would expect they should have known that and given me the option saying they had no hot water and could not get it as clean as it could be or give me the option of coming back later when I had hot water. We ended up paying for another hour, at least, of cleaning. They were pretty professional. I was not there for the actual cleaning, but the renter did not have any complaints. I actually had a couple of conversations with the owner and she was pretty professional. Nothing stood out. She called me in a timely manner. I had some questions and she answered all of them. She was never short with me or anything. I don't really have a problem with what they did; I was just expecting more.

They did a great job cleaning but they were really hard to schedule.

They did a fine job but have used others in the past that were more complete. Not a bad job, just not as sparkling as I was hoping for. Purchased a angle's list deal so it was still a good buy.

I WOULD NOT GIVE THEM THE TOP GRADE AND I WOULD CALL IT HOUSE CLEANING BUT NOT DEEP CLEANING

It was okay. They did an adequate job, but there was general evidence of things missed or not done very well. Usually you look for a shine, sparkle, a good smell...and that wasn't there.

It went fine. I would not call the service they did as deep cleaning.

The 2 people who came to my home did a great job. I will absolutely use this company again.

Candice is always a pleasure to deal with and you get true customer service. She schedules cleanings around Mom's needs and they are always punchual and very polite. I would highly reccomend Excel Cleaning Service.

There were 2 of them. One was better than the other. They were supposed to clean for 4 hours (2 people x 4 hrs = 8 hrs). They got most of the items done with a few items still left on the list. They stopped 30 minutes early (which actually meant 1 hr) and acted as if that were all there was to do. I did get one of them to do a little dusting for about 10 minutes but they were done at that point as far as they were concerned. But to me, I paid for 8 hrs and I expected 8 hrs of cleaning. They did an ok job but of course not as good as you would have done yourself. Actually one was 8 months pregnant.. and she was the one that did the best. The other was ok... she had height on her side so she could reach light fixtures best. They stood around and waited for their tip... I gave them $10 each because I felt they needed it not because they did an outstanding job. They were nice and trustworthy on site.

Very friendly staff and showed up on time. They were a little difficult to reach at the beginning, but part of it was my own fault as I didn't give them a date in the original request. I would argue their work is more of just a general cleaning, not a deep cleaning. You get what you pay for.

They went above and beyond, cleaning areas I hadn't even noticed needed cleaning, such as wall molding.

The cleaners arrived on time and after discussing priorities with me got right to work. They kept me updated throughout the clean, and made sure I understood every step they took. My house was wonderfully clean...including not only surfaces, floors, and bathrooms, but also the baseboards and blinds.

They did everything that was specified in their advertisement. Quality was excellent and the supervisor was professional and responsive.

One window was broken. They said they didn't do it, but I was in the back yard the day before and it was not broken then. I think their ladder may have gone through it. Cost $300 to pay to replace the window. Service was just okay. They were fast and fairly inexpensive--other than the window they might have broken.

They didn't show up. I normally clean my own house, but purchased a deal to have my house cleaned before family arrived for my son's wedding. They sent a message the night before they were scheduled to clean saying one was sick and the other was out of town. I didn't get the message until the next morning when they called a second time. This left me scurrying to get my house clean when I had a 100 other things I needed to do at the same time. I was not happy about this.

I thought they did a fine job but my wife was not satisfied.

That was great. I have actually hired them as a regular service. Two people came out for four hours. I was satisfied. I would give them an A+ if you had A+.
