Excel Cleaning Service

it was a wonderful experience , they scheduled the service and followed up the day before to remind me, they arrived on time at 8:00am. two very nice and professional women, one was I believe Etoya and I don't remember the other young ladies name( I'm very bad with names) They worked from the time that they arrived, their was no chet chat , just working. My house has not looked that clean since the week I moved in. They cleaned baseboards, doors , blinds dusting and all floors. all counters and stove. I have a lot of glass tables and they cleaned each one ( no finger prints or smudges yea). I will differently use them again and recommend the service. You ladies rock

Did not do it for 8 hours though. It was only for 4 hours. I specifically asked them, for how much time they are going to do. They said it was only for 4 hours. They covered the whole house interior, and they cleaned it nice. All carpets, hardwood floors, kitchen, bathroom, tiles, bedrooms, living room, office room etc.

I would have rated responsiveness a 5 but Excel had a full schedule. Due to the special, scheduling was tough but we were able to work it out over a weekend. I appreciate the flexibility.

Cleaners were professional and thorough.

Described as a deep cleaning, however, I would not consider what they did a deep cleaning. I like rugs to be moved and cleaning under cushions. They used Clorox to clean the bathrooms which was too strong. One of the employees walked in with a drink from a fast food establishment and laid it down on my wood desk. The owner was great to work with and she cleaned the first time and she was excellent. Unfortunately, her associates do not have the same standards.

Never could come when I tried to schedule. I was in process of showing my house and needed to keep house clean. Finally had to get someone else. Contacted Angies list and told them and Angies list said I would get a refund, but I never did, I will never purchase an Angie Deal again. Money down the drain!!

It took quite some time to get something scheduled and we had a couple of issues which led to rescheduling. They did an okay job.

It was okay. I'm fairly picky about some things. After they had mopped my kitchen floors, they immediately put the chairs back down. I have those little things on the floor so it won't scratch the hardwood floors, and they left little marks on the floor. They didn't wait for the floor to dry. I didn't like that. I didn't pay anything extra. Two people came out for four hours.

The first time they came out they did a great job. I was very happy with the service. I called and scheduled another appointment for 2 people for 2 hours each. The ladies showed up to do the work. One of the ladies thought she was only scheduled to work 1 hour. I explained I purchased 2 hours each. She checked the order and agreed that I did purchase 2 hours but she didn't do anymore work. All the while the other lady stayed and finished the job. Since then I have called again to schedule service and they have not called me back.

They 3 hours in the 3 bedrooms so by the time they came downstairs to clean the kitchen and living room...there was not enough time. Overall, the quality of cleaning was poor.

Scheduling was very convenient with Candace, she was able to coordinate both cleaning and carpet cleaning services for the same day. Frank the carpet cleaner worked magic on my rental property carpet that my tenant had destroyed. He really did an amazing job refreshing the carpets. I didn't think they would have turned out as good as they did. Overall I was mostly impressed with Candace's follow up to confirm the job was to my satisfaction. After discussing my feedback, she sent her team back to complete a few touch up items the very next day. As a result I would absolutely use her services again in the future. Also I found her pricing to be very fair.

Sheldon and Latonya arrived on time and got right to work. I was very impressed with their work ethic and the finished quality of the job. I'll definitely be using them in the future!

Candice, the owner, was very responsive, professional and accommodating working with me on scheduling. Her team was very professional, on time, pleasant and focused on doing their job.

I was out of state and my renter left the house DIRTY! I found this deal on Angie's list and they responded quickly, kept in touch, and from what my realtor said did an AMAZING job!! The house sold :-) Very happy Thank you

One cleaner showed up on time and the other came several hours later to finish. While they did a good job, it wasn't great. I had to go behind them and mop areas where there the floors weren't clean. I also had to re-wipe mirrors where the cleaning solution they used had left marks.

Do check thoroughly before they leave so they can catch any spots you wanted done. I felt they rushed through and cut some corners. More concerned about time spent than cleaning as thoroughly as needed.

We purchased one of the email "deals" in April. It took over 4 months and several calls to get the service scheduled. The provider was not very proactive in calling back or in communicating options. I was about to give up when we finally were able to get a return call and set up the appointment. The actual services were very good. Our house is bigger and messier than anyone could adequately clean in 8 hours. We gave them priorities which they followed. They sent a crew of two for 4 hours in the afternoon. The were both very professional and did a great quality job. My only hesitation in using them again would be due to the lack of followup in arranging the service. I would also caution anyone buying one of the email "deals". You need to read the terms and understand that you can only get a refund in the first 30 days. If you can't get the service scheduled in the first 30 days after you purchase, you will have a hard time getting your money back if there is an issue. Had a refund been an option after 3 months I would have requested it. As it turned out I don't regret using this provider. I would feel better about it if they had been more responsive.

Had something come up missing and it was never found once they came and did service, didn't do a real thorough job cleaning the home, only washed the windows on one side, something was broken and never owned up for. Just didn't do a very good job cleaning all together, had to go behind them and clean things they missed.

They did not call to set up an appointment adter several messages has been left.

Two girls came and vacuumed, then damp mopped all hard floors, cleaned bathrooms, washed down cabinets, etc. after they left, I spot checked things like behind the toilets and top of cabinets- both were still dirty. In short, they "clean" visible soil, but DO NOT. Deep clean as I would expect.

Because of a work conflict, I had to cancel the appointment. Since the crew was already on their way, I forfeited my payment when I cancelled without notice. So, I never had any work completed. I know the cancellation was my fault, however, I attempted to contact the service several times over the weekend but was not successful. By the time they started answering their phone on Monday, it was too late. I would like to think they could install sometime of backup message system so cancellations could be made to suit all.

This is a good company. I gave a B for quality only because I thought the first time I used them it was a little better, but would still highly recommend.
