Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal "deep cleaning" special for a house I was going to rent out. An after-hours appointment fell through one day, but when the two cleaners arrived on the revised date they worked hard and did a very nice job. Candace, the owner, was very professional to deal with.

Description of Work: started out ok but got worse . did not vacuum properly, left paper bits on carpet. one person was 30 mins late and did not make up the time. i will never use this co. again.

Description of Work: A husband and wife team arrived at 8 AM sharp. I showed them the house and they got right to work cleaning. They even offered to clean an area that I never include in a house cleaning since is is high and without railings... I did not have them clean that area, but appreciated the offer to do so. The total cleaning area was about 3800 sq ft. They dusted, washed floors, did around door frames, picture frames and the usual things cleaners do. They were very thorough, worked quickly and were very pleasant to have in the house.

Description of Work: I really enjoyed the couple that was here doing the work I needed done. I have fibro myalgia and cannot do heavy work without tremendous pain for days. |I had them clean and wax my kitchen and two bathroom floors and clean all the blinds in the house. There are blinds on all my windows and also the in the sunroom and on the sunroom french doors. |I was very pleased with the work and how wonderful it felt to walk on the cleaned floors. |I will use them again for this type of heavy work that I need done. | |Thank you! |Judy Zarlenga

Description of Work: They did very well. I had not had the house professionally cleaned in many months so there was so much to do. They did do all but 2 rooms in the time period allotted . I'd have Excel back any time.

Description of Work: Cleaned inside home. It was a general cleaning and I would not call it deep. There were some areas undone (baseboards/cobwebs) however the most distressing part was the staff reeked of cigarette smoke. I quit 4 years ago and have a new baby. That was not very acceptable to me.
