Description of Work: They did a poor job cleaning. It was supposed to be deep cleaning. It's just a very surface cleaning just a little dusting and straightening they didn't even do some of the floors . I emphasized more than once that the main thing was to clean the oven. They did not clean the oven they said it wouldn't come clean and I should clean up myself with an SOS pad. I sent an email complaining and never heard back. I want my money back.

Description of Work: Two workers were to be provided for 4 hours. One showed up and worked for 6 hours - her work was excellent, her personality was even better. A very nice lady provided the cleaning services. We were promised the additional 2 hours will be provided, but haven't heard back from them on when/how they will do this.
