Excel Cleaning Service

Arrived on time, got to work right away and stayed (2 people) for 4 hours. They couldn't get everything done in the time but did what they could.

Nice, thorough job. I especially liked that cleaned all the wood wainscoting.

A very good and thorough job. I am very pleased. Left my home clean, airy and smelling great. The cleaning crew, a wonderful husband/wife team were on time, professional and kind. Candace, the owner, came in towards the end to introduce herself and finish helping out. Highly recommended. Wish I could afford cleaning services weekly! But I will definitely use Excel Cleaning Services again the next time I need a deep cleaning.

A team of the cleaners arrived as scheduled and began working right away. They cleaned my main floor and basement level. They cleaned from top to bottom. Everything was clean and smelled great. I would use Candice and her team again.

Two crew members completed the work in a four hour period. They arrived on time and there was no trouble with scheduling. They provided their cleaning supplies for the work. There were no additional fees beyond the cost of deal. However, they seemed to be very backed up and when they completed the four hours, they had to go and could not stay for any additional time. Overall, it worked out really well.

It was great. I will consider using them in the future.

With the 4 hours that they had they did a fantastic job. They had to clean a lot of dust and cobwebs. They also had to clean the fans too and I am so happy. Just two cleaners came out, it was a husband and wife team, and they brought their own cleaning supplies. They were both polite and friendly. I wished Angie's List would let me give me give them an A+.

I would say, well. I thought the couple that came over was friendly and did a simple and nice job.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It turned out really well. They did a great job. Everything looked really good. There were no additional charges. They did a really thorough job and I was impressed. I would use them again; the only consideration would be the cost.

Kent and Trina were punctual and quickly began their work. They worked diligently for 4 hours and left our home looking and smelling great. Even my husband was impressed. Professional and friendly. Had all the right equipment. Will definitely ask for them again.

Katrina and Kent showed up on time and promptly got to work. By the time they were done with the house 4 hours later it looked great! They were able to do basic cleaning through all of the house and tackle baseboards, blinds and ceiling fans! The house looked and smelled great for days!

3 ppl came and they find a deep cleaning which even included taking my blinds down in the bathroom and cleaning them. The house looked and smelled great!

I had two people for 3 and 1/2 hours and another person for 1 hour of cleaning, they washed 4 sets of mini blinds, cleaned base boards in three rooms. they cleaned the kitchen and the screen porch and cleaned the hard wood floors in three room. they did an excellent job. I hope to use them again.

Candice and her employees did an outstanding job in helping us get our house ready for the Holidays. They paid very close attention to detail in the things that needed to be done. They stayed with it and I don't think they even took a break until they were completely finished. We have used several different cleaning services in the past, but without a doubt, this was the most thorough job anyone has given us. I initially purchased a groupon for 3 cleaning sessions, but due to their exceptional quality and pleasant nature, I’ve had them back several times since. I know that they, like so many other merchants had a nasty experience with groupon and have suffered some unfair criticisms as a result, but Candice and her team have always been wonderful to me and the other people I’ve recommended them to, and I will not hesitate to call them again for all of our cleaning needs. My service went Excellent! I was refered to them by a friend that has used there service for several years! Which I am extremely happy that I was refered instead of looking for reviews! They are horrible!! As I had the complete oppisite experience! When I called I was able to receive a quick response in scheduling my appointment! I was scheduled between 8 & 8:30. They explained they always schedule a thirty minute arrival time in case there is traffic! The cleaners arrived promptly at 8am! They had all of there supplies! For high dusting! Really nice back pack vacuums! My home was a disaster when they arrived! When they left it looked and smelled brand new! I was so impressed by Excel Cleaning Service! Overall the best experience! I have scheduled my appointments for the next six months!

I purchased a Groupon for one cleaning session with Excel Cleaning. I had this service schedule in Jan. at 1 pm which was a time that I scheduled off of work in order to be ther to meet the cleaners. At 10 am, while I was at work, Tara from Excle called to ask if they could move the timeup to 10:30 am and said that I needed to call back within the next 10 minutes in order to keep my appointment. I called back around 10:20 am. and left a voicemail saying that time would not work and I was expecting them at 1 pm. Tara called back to say that since I didn't call back in time, they cancelled my appointment! So, I rescheduled to give them another chance. This time they were scheduled to come at 12:30 pm on Feb. 18. So, my husband and I left a key under the mat (which I was told was ok) and took our dog out for a couple of hours. I called Tara and left a message saying that I left a key and would appreciate a call when they were finished. We still hadn't heard from anyone by 3pm. So, my husband called to verify that they wer finished cleaning. Much to our surprise, Tara told us that they hadn't even gotten there yet and they were on their way. At this point, they were already 3 hours late! We cancelled our appointment and are hoping to get a refund from Groupon. It seems that a "normal" business would call if they were running late in the first place. Tara didn't even apologize and just seemed like this was their normal practice. We will NOT be using their service EVER!!

I purchased a coupon through Groupon to use the cleaning services of Excel. The coupon is good for 5 appointments of 3 hours cleaning service for each visit. I scheduled the first appointment with Candice (owner) for Thursday August 9th for 8:30am. I sent Candice a confirmation of the date and time along with a list of rooms to be cleaned in priority order in order to make the most of the three hours of service. At 8:45 I received a phone call from the individiual who would be performing the service to ask me if it was ok to push my appointment back just a bit to 3:30pm! She had been told my appointment was for noon. After speaking with the owner she found someone to come as soon as possible but she showed up at 10:30. The cleaning service provided was fair and the person she sent was very nice and knew of the room priority in order to make the most of the three hours. I scheduled an additional appointment with Candice for August 24th for 12:00 - 12:30 and at 08:15 a person shows up at my house because she was told the appointment was for 8:30. I called Candice to ask why it the appointment was yet again wrong. A few hours have gone by and I've yet to recieve a return phone call from Candice to get an explanation. I am thoroughly disappointed that basic business function of scheduling appointments cannot be accomplished. Too bad I've already invested in the Groupon. If I had not purchased a coupon for 5 visits I would never have even scheduled the second appointment after the first experience with the scheduling problems.
