The finished product was excellent! I had to be proactive in ensuring the service was scheduled and they ran a bit late, but they stayed late and did an amazing job. I have two kids and two dogs and the job was not an easy one. My house hasn't looked this clean in a long time.

Never received any contact from provider. Prepaid for service package and never heard from provider. Made two phone calls and no response via phone or email.

My experience with them was fine. The cost of service was a reasonable cost. However, I did not get eight hours of deep housecleaning as was promised. The two women stayed about two hours so it was not as promised. They got the job done and we do have a small place. I felt they were perhaps temporary workers and were not really tuned in.

Excel Cleaning Service is the best. I told my sister about them. The prices are great. Their always on time. very professional. I got a deep clean done on my house. They exceeded my expectations. I have a 5 room home and they cleaned each on from top to bottom . Windows floors walls made beds . It smelled so fresh when i came home. They cleaned the kitchen and bathrooms as well. We would not use this provider for a deep clean... The work they did looked more like what our normal cleaning service provides as part of a weekly cleaning program. When we bought the deal for a deep clean, we were looking for a more robust cleaning (doors, baseboards, ceiling fans). I'm pretty sure we paid an additional $99 for a normal house cleaning service. We were disappointed in the deal and would not recommend anybody paying $199 for a "deep cleaning" service.

Excel cleaning did a great job! Two of their very nice staff came and cleaned for 4 hours. Several times they asked me to check on what they had completed and if there was anything else they could do? I would recommend them.

I was having a really bad day, my house was in shambles. They came in and perfected everything. My house needed a deep clean. They cleaned and sanitized the whole house. Kitchen bathroom and all three of my bed rooms. When they were done. Everything looked brand new and smelled amazing. I will be using excel cleaning service again. Thanks guys !

We were very pleased. They cleaned all the baseboards blinds window sills. They were reliable and they worked hard to insure we were happy!

I have used this company for almost two years. They arrive on time and work hard to consistently clean our home. They even clean around our three dogs.

I am HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED with the service provided by Excel Cleaning!! I don’t usually write reviews but had to in this case to make others aware of my negative experience with this company. I purchased a “deep clean” special for $249, which was to be completed on Thursday, 4/28/16 and the ladies were scheduled to arrive between 12-1. I pride myself on keeping a clean home but wanted to have the ladies come do a deep cleaning (i.e. baseboards, blinds, dusting, cleaning behind appliances, etc.) before an event I was hosting. Candice suggested I purchase the 10 hour cleaning special to allow time to complete the services we discussed. Prior to the appointment, I never received confirmation from Candice and had to text her twice just to confirm we were all set for the scheduled date. Candice finally responded after the 2nd text advising her crew would arrive between 12-1 as discussed. On the day of the appointment, Candice sent a text saying the ladies were running late and would arrive between 1:45-2 (instead of 12-1) and she would send 3 ladies for 3 hours and 20 minutes to ensure I received a total of 10 hours of cleaning time. The ladies still did not arrive on time, instead Latonya arrived at 2:00, Tiffany #1 at 2:10, and Tiffany #2 (Candice’s cousin) at 2:35. Although they didn’t arrive on time, they rushed through the cleaning of the lower level to ensure they left on time, resulting in less than the 10 hours I paid for. When I explained to Latonya the special requests I discussed with Candice, she said she was unaware of any special requests. After several discussions around what I paid to have done, Latonya ultimately agreed to complete the services but there was time was wasted explaining what should have already been shared with the crew before arrival. The ladies also made mention of there frequently being communication issues between the owner and the crew about what services were to be performed on jobs. The cleaning of the upstairs level was better than what was done on the lower level of our home but both levels required us doing additional cleaning after they left. I asked that they clean the inside of the refrigerator, which was done but all shelves were left soaked in water, we had to remove them and dry them off. The young lady cleaning the kitchen was very pleasant but took the fridge shelves out and sat them on the kitchen floor instead of the kitchen counters while she was cleaning, which I explained to her wasn’t sanitary. The mopping the ladies completed was, as others on Angie’s List mentioned, the worst ever and had to be done over after they left. Baseboards in certain rooms were not cleaned, stainless steel appliances were left smudged and streaked from the cleaning (the young lady that cleaned the appliances stated she didn’t know how to clean stainless steel), fixtures and furniture had to be dusted after the cleaning, additional cleaning had to be done in all of the bathrooms, and some floors appeared to not have been mopped at all. The ladies were nice enough but the level of professionalism was seriously lacking, from the late arrival to the complaints about management’s communication, and the cell phone calls made and received while “working”. After spending $249 (a lot of money in my opinion), I expected better quality cleaning and better service than what I received. After the ladies left, one of the two shower heads in the master bath was not working properly but worked just fine before the cleaning. I sent Candice a note about the shower head and concerns I had about the poor quality of cleaning and she stated she would call and set something up to have her handyman come look at the shower head. She explained there was a delay due to a family situation that came up. I tried to be understanding and reasonable; however, it’s been almost 2 months and I have never received a follow-up call or message from Candice. This is the worst cleaning company I have ever done business with. I am all for supporting small businesses but this is one small business I will not use in the future. I encourage others to pay attention to the negative reviews written about this company; based on my experience they were 100% accurate.

This is a property that I was moving out of, and I explained to the owner that it needs to be in ready condition for new tenants to move in. She said no problem, she guarantee's their work. I have a lock pad on my door and I provided the owner with the code and advised them how to enter and exit the property, and to please just lock the door on your way out. Several days later, my property manager reached out to me saying the house was disgusting, the air was turned down to 63 degrees, all the lights were left on, and the worst part is they left the doors completely unlocked for days! It was completely unacceptable. I called the owner upon my recognition of the problem, i took off work for the rest of the day to do the work myself. The owner met me at the property, told me that it was unacceptable and she offered to help me clean. Well, it's charlotte, i dont know her- so while i didnt want to be alone in a home with a stranger, i had already seen what this company called clean and by no means was it acceptable. I took pictures of what this company called clean, and it's 100% unacceptable- I will be glad to show these to any angie's list member and I will be providing them to BBB. I should have received a full refund. I lost a tenant because of their negligence. I could have had my property broken into because of their ignorance. My power bill was outrageous. Avoid this company at all costs, unless you want to have to use a vacation day and clean your home yourself.

Very disappointing. This was not a deep cleaning. In fact, it was a poor regular cleaning. Specific instructions given for ignored. They showed up on the day before they were scheduled. I told them several things I wanted them to do and they didn't do them. Some things were not cleaned. I told them that the floor was not hardwood, it was laminate and instead of using a laminate cleaner, they used a hardwood cleaner. They broke things. They just weren't good. I want someone to clean as well as I would have. They were late and they left early. They missed a lot of things that needed to be cleaned or dusted. In addition, they were scheduled to come on Friday and showed up on Tuesday. I had to send them away since I wasn't ready. And when they did come on Friday, they were late. I didn't get my eight hours worth. I could go on and on but, bottom line, I would never use this company again. I am not positive about the date the services were provided because I can't find it on my calendar.

We scheduled an initial deep cleaning and three ladies came to our home. I felt they did a very nice job so we've scheduled them to come in on a regular basis. They did a great job dusting as our house needed it since it hadn't been cleaned in seven weeks - we were searching for a new service. They took special care not to breaking anything and for the most part put things back to where they were after dusting or cleaning. So far so good.
