Excel Cleaning Service

We recently purchased a home and I bought this deal for a deep cleaning before we moved in. Candice and team were great. They were early for our appointment and got right to work. I had some unexpected work that needed to be completed while they were there so that caused a small disruption. All in all I was very satisfied with the work. I most definitely recommend them to anyone and will be using them again in the future.

The cleaning was scheduled for noon, however they called me in the morning to tell me they would be an hour late. Once they got there it took a little while for them to get up and going. It was a husband and a wife, and the husband was very thorough. He scrubbed the heck out of my bathrooms. The wife was a bit lethargic but she dusted around and swept the floors. When they got done with the 8 hours the house definitely looked and smelled clean.

Went very well - looking forward to their return visit in a couple of weeks.

This company did a superior job! I have 8 cats and Multiple Sclerosis, my house was a mess. My bathroom is sparkling clean! They even cleaned the baseboards and vacumed the cat furniture! A great experience with this compan!

The cleaning was excellent! My bathrooms are spotless and smell great! Katrina and Kent dusted the fixtures, the baseboards, cleaned the showers, tubs, and mopped the floors. They were on time and professional! I have scheduled them to come twice a month!

The job was scheduled for today, Thursday, April 17, for them to arrive between 8-8:30 AM. I received a call earlier this week requesting the time be changed to between 10:39-11 AM. I said that would be okay, I have an appointment this afternoon and they had not arrived at 11:10. I called Excel and we are reschedule for April 24 between 8-8:30. Excel showed up this morning as scheduled and went about their work in a professional manner. I was impressed with the two young ladies and the work they performed. I have signed up with them to clean my house on a weekly basis.

It went well. I unexpectedly had to sit around the entire time (in my backyard) waiting for my lawn guy, so I could honestly say they cleaned for the entire 4 hours they were there. I asked them to focus on the kitchen, the bathrooms and getting up the dog fur. They were able to accomplish quite a bit in the time they were there, but they didn't have time to work on very detailed cleaning, such as cleaning the ceiling fans and window sills. I was happy with the results and would use them again for future cleanings.

Day went very well, Katrina and Kent very friendly and capable. I have no issues with the cleaning or these diligent people.

This was not a deep cleaning. They forgot to clean the kitchen sink, didn't do baseboards, which I expected with a deep clean.

This company had an unexpected event and had to reschedule the services. Our personal schedule was limited and the company worked with us to find a suitable compromise. It resulted in them performing their services on a Sunday, which was really above & beyond. They arrived on time, went right to work and did an excellent job. We've very pleased with their services.

Having a long-haired dog can make it hard to keep the house clean. We're having guests for Easter and thought the house needed a good deep-cleaning. I saw the deal on Angie's List and bought it. We scheduled it and the house looks awesome. Now we have to keep it clean. Thanks for a great job!!!

Very pleased with the results - my husband was thrilled when he came home. I have been working a lot of hours lately, and have not been able to clean like I would like. It was wonderful to get the house cleaned, and not have to do it myself! The service was prompt and courteous, and did an excellent job in the time allotted.

The service worked out pretty good. I was happy. They did a good job cleaning the shower and details like that. They missed the floor, but I think they just ran out of time. They didn't do that thorough of a job on the floor. The interaction with them was good. I wasn't around the whole time, but I met them, and they were friendly.

Just GREAT. We had emailed a few times and Candice was great about getting right back to me. Candice and her co-worker Tony came right in the expected time frame. My daughter and I have allergies, and they were very conscientious about making sure the needs for this were met. They were very, very nice and tailored their work towards my specific needs. It was a very easy, pleasant experience and I would highly recommend them. I would absolutely call them again.

They are great. They are very thorough and they did a great job. Everything was good. My interaction with them was good up to and including the cleaning. We actually asked for a quote after they left and they haven’t been able to come back to us. They did a great job with the coupon. I would definitely recommend them from a coupon perspective. I got good quality for my service. They were very responsive.

She was very accommodating to my schedule. They came and working really hard. She very professional and gave very good service.

They were great. I asked them to use my rags and they were cool with that. They were at our house for 4 hours. They're probably one of the best cleaning teams we've had; they're very nice people.

They were late arriving due to another job running over, but the office did call to advise me of the new arrival time. The people that did the work were friendly and they did an excellent job.

The cleaners did an excellent job but unfortunately, they were smokers and everything they brought into the house smelled like smoke. I am highly sensitive to smoke smells, so it bothered me immensely.

Very happy! The "little" details were all taken care of, this is a hard working crew. Fans , blinds, window sills, oven, floors, tubs, shower doors, counter tops,dusting , floors, rugs, carpets....... EVERYTHING....nothing was missed and the added bonus was the bathrooms & kitchen sparkled like brand new. Look no further.....Candace and her team deliver the goods!

It was a great experience! My house looks and smells clean, clean, clean. The husband-wife team who cleaned my house did a fantastic job. I would recommend Excel and would definitely consider using them on a more regular basis.
