Excel Cleaning Service

Gave it a B b/c the advert/deal said it was for a "Deep Cleaning" but it was pretty much just a regular cleaning

They were very good. The pair was at the house and worked for 4 hours non-stop. They dusted blinds,baseboards, furniture, cleaned 3 bathrooms, and mopped. I was very pleased with the work.

We had no real problems with them. They are very friendly and are usually pretty prompt.

The couple came on scheduled date and gave them my instructions and they did an outstanding job. I am extremely pleased with everything they did and they were professional and very pleasant and welcomed my dog. The house looks and smells unbelievable. Would really like to have them bi weekly. Thank you for such an wonderful job. Hope to see you again soon.

We purchase the Big Deal, which was for 8 hours of deep cleaning. We moved out of this home and left the average amount of dirt and grime. After they were already flexible with scheduling, they came out and did a fantastic job on the floors, kitchen, baseboards, blinds, & bathroom. The prospective tenants who came to view the home (converted it to a rental) even commented on how clean it was! Would definitely use again

2 ladies arrived on time and worked for 4-5hours cleaning everything. They even polished the chrome in the shower that our regular cleaning lady never gets very shiny. They left our house cleaner than it has been since it was built. They are fantastic.

I purchased a Big Deal through Angie's List for this company, but this company never contacted after a week and the cleaning was time sensitive. I went with another cleaning company and will keep them instead.

This service was awesome! I originally bought this service through an Angie deal and I am so glad I did. They came in and cleaned our house from top to bottom. They were on time and were very thorough. True professionals. They get an A+ from us. We were so impressed and happy with the results, we have already booked them to come back for the remainder of the year!

A married couple were busy for four hours. The man even cleaned the ceiling fans and the collection of pitchers I have above my kitchen cabinets.

Everything went awesome. The place ended up like a totally different home by the time they were finished. The previous owners were not the cleanest and it sparkled after they were done cleaning.

They're absolutely fantastic. I have a 2 square foot house that was not cleaned and they were here earlier than the time they said they would. They did an amazing job but she lost my number. I would recommend them to anyone too and I would be willing to use them again if she would call me back.

They missed the first appointment. The second time, they sent 2 people -- one person worked and the other person stood around. They ended up cleaning one to two rooms for that 8 hour period. We don't have a huge house, and we've had cleaners in the past who had cleaned the house in 4 hours. This company tried to upsell us on more cleaning. I wasn't impressed with them.

It was awesome! The owner and I had some miscommunication on the time, which was really my fault. When I told her the urgency of the situation, she was extremely accommodating. She not only came out herself to clean it but stayed longer than she told me that they could stay. My house looks beautiful and I would recommend them in a heartbeat!

Cleaning went well and they were very professional

I had two ladies here and it was fabulous. They were very accommodating and spent extra time in the master bath. They were there for approximately 6 hours, and they gave me credit because one lady left early. Owner was there and made sure everything was done satisfactorily. I was impressed with them being on time and acting professional. I would tell a friend they could expect professionalism, dependability and a job well done. House is about 1500 square feet.

It went well. They were right on time and went right to work. The woman who cleaned was friendly. The man was not too friendly, but worked hard. The owner came about an hour after they started and worked with them. She worked longer and was very professional and friendly.

We recently purchased a home and I bought this deal for a deep cleaning before we moved in. Candice and team were great. They were early for our appointment and got right to work. I had some unexpected work that needed to be completed while they were there so that caused a small disruption. All in all I was very satisfied with the work. I most definitely recommend them to anyone and will be using them again in the future.
