Excellent service, plan to use again

Had a deep cleaning done, Katrina & Kent were the 2 person crew and they did a great job. Small problem in the bathroom was handled well by Excel, very responsive to my inquiry after the service was completed.

The work was done very nicely. They cleaned both bathrooms, swept and moped the floors, kitchen, and bedrooms and dusted all of the lights. They did not get to one room which was expected based on the time they had. They were very professional in their mannerisms and how they dealt with us. We were very pleased and happy with the service.

They did an excellent job! They went above and beyond what they were to do.

Inital service date had to be rescheduled, but I can understand there could be high business demand after offering the Big Deal. On our recheduled visit date the team was on time, worked hard, and met our expectations. The team working on the bathrooms, more than exceeded our expections as the bathrooms were like new when they finished their work. Overall happy with the service and job completed. If there is any critique to offer, if you will continue to want repeat visits going forward, simply make sure you clarify what services you want completed during any repeat visit and what a repeat visit will cost.

I am getting my house ready to sell. Katrina and Kent were on time and did a terrific job! They were extremely professional and friendly. Their attention to detail was excellent! I would definitely hire them again!

Excel Cleaning asked me (when I paid for the service to give them 3 convenient dates for them to perform the service!). I gave them three dates (because I needed the maid service done now!! That's why I paid for the service)!! No contact with me since that time!! Give me a break!! They have my money, I still have a house that needs cleaning!! I will have this service performed, but when I do, I will not go through this again!! Angie's List!! You need to remove them from your A list!! Hard to get in touch with! But they did get my money!! !

The purpose of my getting this deal was to be able to have all of the blinds in the entire house cleaned. Not washed but dusted and vacuumed. They were able to get all of the windows done in the time allotted without rushing to complete it in the allotted time. They were conscientious , stuck with it, stayed focused on what they were doing. I couldn't be more pleased.

husband and wife team of Ken and Katrina showed up at exactly 8am as promised. Started deep clean in master bedroom and moved thru the entire house. Cleaned everything very thorough. Very polite and would use them again. They finished right at noon for a total of 8 hours for both. House looks great!

I knew they I had no idea how good they'd be. Kent and Katrina were very friendly and went right to work on everything I needed done, and four hours later, my house had no dust and looked amazing. I could not believe what a good job they'd done. The whole experience was wonderful. I will have them back, believe me!

I bought a deal and it was a couple of months before I wanted to use the service. This was no problem. Outstanding communication on email and by phone. Two reps were sent to my home and both were professional and well-trained. The business owner showed up on the second day I used the service to help her associates. The price was fair, the employees were prepared, and everyone was professional. I highly recommend this company.

It was a little challenging setting up the appt as it was all handled via the angie's list emails. The cleaning went well. They showed up on time and did a great job. They asked where they should spend their time and were there working the whole 4 hours. I would use them again.

for the work they did do, they did a great job--I just didn't get what I paid for. I am putting house up for sale, and I now have to take more time off to go behind and finish what they had ample time to do. My house is 1900 sq ft--and I even advised they didn't need to do guest bedroom and only mop other bedroom..so that left 1/2 the house to do and aside from the bathroom, it was rushed over. I specifically said at beginning that the kitchen was my main focus and it was only 1/2 done because they ran out of time ---and I even paid for an extra hour in advance because I wanted to make sure they had ample time to really do a DEEP CLEAN which is what was advertised.

One thing that wasn’t cleaned was the baseboards and also the interior of the windows. I called them and they refunded the difference and sent someone out to clean this portion which I felt was above and beyond. They stood behind their work.

They were great. They were sweet ladies and they did a great job. They were nice. They were very cordial and wanted to make sure I was satisfied. They have a great price and I would definitely recommend them.

A+ for the bathrooms, awesome! and that was a # 1 request ...thank you! as- for time management, too much time spent on dusting the master bedroom. I'd also asked for detailed attention to living areas, including kitchen where my weekend guests will be spending the majority of our time; but felt I needed to remind them more than once of my original request. I realized I had to pick and choose how they spent their time with 2700 square feet and thought I had expressed those priorities in pointing out which room were low/no-priority. At the end of the day, I felt they were rushed and did not have time to detail the kitchen/living areas. Maybe I didn't express myself clearly. Would I use them again? Yes, but with more specific orders. I was at home and could therefore observe.

Everything turned out well. The man and woman were able get a lot accomplished, they arrived on time, and they were friendly and professional when doing the work. They also spoke English which was a plus.

The nice couple get there on time and are ready to work when they arrive. They do an excellent job. I initially purchased the $149.00 Deep Cleaning Special, and was so pleased, I spoke with Candice and hired them to come in on a monthly basis. Candice is so very nice and professional, and easy to deal with. I had to cancel this month due to some remodeling going on at my house, and she said it was no problem. I will continue to use Excel, and am very pleased with their services provided...

Candice did great. There was good communication. She was late but she let me know. She texted me to let me know that she was going to be running a little bit late. She gave me a good several hours heads up on that, which was nice. She had an adequate team. She had three helpers, which was great. She is very professional, very thorough and very efficient.

The two people who came to our house to clean were very nice and professional, they did an excellent job of cleaning.
