Kent and Katerina were great! They arrived on time, were friendly, and did a fabulous job. I just had a baby and I haven't had the time or energy to clean my house like I should. They spent a lot of time on our bathrooms as I requested. I am very happy with the job they did and I would hire them again.

The crew was punctual and started working immediately. The owner was responsive to my needs. I would hire again.

They did a fantastic job. They even dusted the items on top of my kitchen cabinets. They were punctual, pleasant and thorough. I would hire them again, and have recommended them to friends.

They came in during the time when my father passed away and got everything in order at the last min. I am very very pleased A+++ work.

I purchased the deal. I gave them 3 dates, two have passed. They emailed me 11 days ago saying that they would contact me to schedule. I have not heard from them. I am getting a refund.

They were hard to get a hold of. They didn't contact me and when I had to reach out to them there was not response. I have requested arefund.

They just aren't very responsive in terms of scheduling and re-scheduling and I am tired of trying to track them down.

I do the daily maintenance of my house cleaning (approximately 3400 sqft), but it is nice to have someone in every few months to do the deep cleaning like blinds and base boards. My house was a little larger than the deal specified but they worked with me to focus on the areas that were most important to ensure those tasks were completed in the time purchased. I would definitely use them in the future.

Contacted the vendor to see if they were available before Christmas, then when I called to schedule, they said they were booked.

It went very well. They arrived on time. Started working immediately and didn't take any breaks or shortcuts. There were 2 ladies; Christina and Porsha then the owner Candice joined them a few hours later and they all did a great job. Very impressed as this was our first time using a cleaning service and I'm very picky about cleaning. I like things done a certain way. It was good to hear that the owner said my house was really not bad as I had been doing a great job since it was so big (almost 3200 Sq ft). We will definitely be using their services again probably every quarter. Kudos to Candice for sticking to her vision for 8 years as a young business owner! ??

They clean the areas I request or will do a regular cleaning. They are flexible and work with my schedule. I can choose the time of day and the frequency. I have been pleased overall.

Great job! They asked me if there was anything particular I wanted them to focus on which I appreciated. The square footage of my house was larger than what I typically included in 8 hours of cleaning but they said they would try to clean entire house and they did! I appreciated the details - even dusting the trophies on my son's book case - very happy with them!

They were very nice. They were just booked until after Christmas.

Candice came with two other people to clean the house. She was really nice about bringing and extra person for a shorter time because I had to leave that day. Candice is really good about communication and trying to meet any needs. They had an allotted amount of time as per the Angie's List deal, and Candice went over what I preferred to have done in order of importance. We have allergies in the house, so my focus was on carpets and floors. She also was happy to use special cleaners that I have that my daughter won't react to. They went right to work and cleaned non-stop until the time was up. The ladies were very nice and careful about everything, and it was just an overall easy experience.

Candice worked with me, to set up my appointment, within the time I needed. A large burden was taken off of my shoulders. We had been moving. There were stacks of boxes, etc, which where everywere except the very main living area.. There were some things I felt could have been done better, if the house had been in better shape. Considering the circumstances, the ladies did the best they were able to do. The two ladies were very pleasant and professional.

Professional staff and did an excellent job. We will use them again.

Everyone was very professional and courteous. I felt very comfortable with them in my home and they were conscience of being detailed and professional. They did a good job with the overall cleaning, however there were a few things that they missed regarding dusting and some items in the kitchen. This was most likely my fault as I wanted them to focus on the floors and all the baseboard and molding in the house. I would use them again, but give a little better instruction in the future. Overall though, they were good and pleasant to have in the house.

My husband and I just bought our first home on Friday. We had an appointment with this company set for 10 hours of cleaning starting around 8/8:30 this morning. We had added an additional 2 hours to the original deal. I received a call at 8:24 to let me know that the cleaners would be running late, as I was farther away than they thought. No one arrived until 12 PM. The two cleaners walked through the house and said they could not do the service, as this is not what they do, and left. Essentially, they told me that I should reschedule for when the house was cleaner, after renovations. Not in those exact words, but that was the premise of their argument. I realize it is dirty; that is why we hired help. We planned to have some basic cleaning done now, whatever could be accomplished by 2 people in 5 hours, and then again after we made our updates before we moved in. I took off work to be here for this service and a few others today. This particular one was definitely not worth my time. I would not recommend this company.
