Description of Work: Conducted an energy audit of my townhouse. Provided a detailed report showing where heat and cool air were escaping and making suggestions about how to improve energy efficiency from top to bottom. I did not have the company do any of the suggested work because most of the suggestions involved big-ticket items, like replacing old windows and putting a ventilation fan in the attic. Did have a handyman do some of the less expensive suggestions.
