Excellent! Called in the morning, a repair person there by late afternoon. Discovered a new water heater was necessary. Nick drove to their supply bldg. in Mint Hill, then back up here to Huntersville to install. Could not be more pleased with the service or the courtesy and competence of the repair rep.! Will definitely call again when needed.

It started with a call to Allison in the morning to see if they had a technician available as our guest bathroom toilet appeared backed up and we had guests coming later in the day for the weekend. Allison took the information and said as they could fit us in today she would call me back. A fee hours later I received a call that a technician (Anthony) was on his way. Anthony arrived and looked at the situation and quickly asked where our waste lift station was. Having lived in the house only two months I had no clue what he was talking about. He said typically for lower elevation bathrooms such as this situation a waste lift system would be used. We walked around and was able to fund the system outside under a shed in the yard. Turned out that the system had not been cleaned out in years and as a result the float was stuck and the pump not properly pumping the water from the toilets. Anthony inspected and cleaned the crock and ensured no issues with the pump and/or float. He got everything working properly and we now have no issues with our lower bathrooms. You cannot go wrong with ER Plumbing!

Garrett Helms was personable, courteous, and knowledgeable. He did his work efficiently and gave wise advice moving forward. Highly recommended!

Perfect! Mike E. and John showed up as scheduled, with roofers and electricians arriving almost simultaneously. All polite, friendly, and hard working. Everything was done efficiently and effectively. No scratches, dings, scuffs or any disturbance to our "stuff." Attic left neat as a pin. Kudos to Mike E., John, Trinity, Megan, and Allison--every E.R. employee we had contact with.

I called ER Plumbing and got a quick response from them. Garrett Helms arrived and was able to detect the problem right away. He was very professional and explained exactly what caused the problem. I was pleased with the service provided, and will definitely use them again for my plumbing needs.

I called E.R. Services and they were able to come out early the next day. They confirmed the appointment the night before, sent a test message with the employee name and picture and when he should arrive. Garrett showed up on time and was very professional from the start. He reviewed what was wrong with me and asked several questions to get a better idea of what I wanted / needed for this job. He worked up a quote that showed everything I had requested and I signed that paperwork. I work from home and left Garrett to do what we agreed on. Before I was finished with my second meeting of the day, Garrett was done. I checked his work with him and everything was perfect. Both toilets (One repaired, one replaced) were both working, clean and the bathrooms both looked great. I would recommend these folks again in a heartbeat and would call them again if anything went wrong with my plumbing.

They replaced the ptrap in one of our bathroom sinks. They did a very good job. Everything worked well.

Job was done exceptionally well but I feel price was exorbitant. Plumber arrived on time but gave me first estimate of $700+ for 1.5 hour job. I said it was a "rip off" and after applying certain "discounts', it finally came to $500. I was desperate to get it done but I still feel i was ripped off on price. i didn't mind the "mobilization" charge of $79 but it should have been applied to the overall bill, not added as a separate fee.

I called E. R. Plumbing after having had two different plumbing services indicate they could not perform the work once they arrived without having addition manpower. They had no follow-up either. E. R. Plumbing took my call, clearly told me when they could schedule the work, provided me updates along the way, and when a technician was available early, called and we were able to get service quicker. The technician was very pleasant, immediately identified the issue and quoted me a cost of service which was very reasonable. In short order he had the spigot replaced.

We were extremely impressed by ER Plumbing Services. We received a phone call and text message notifying us when a technician was on his way, and received an emailed invoice describing the work that had been done and the final price after work had been completed. We were looking to convert our kitchen cooktop from electric to gas and our fireplace from wood to gas and ER got everything set up for us. We would definitely use them again.

Nick arrived soon after the call from the office. They sent a text and email with Nick’s name and pic. He was professional and had it cleared very quickly. I highly recommend E.R. Plumbing Services.

Had ER Plumbing convert my old tank water heater over to a Rinnai tankless unit. They were outstanding in every step of the process: setting up the appointment, getting the quote, scheduling the install, the install day itself, and the follow up. Mike and the install team were very knowledge and personable. I won’t hesitate to call ER plumbing for all my future plumbing needs!

Perfectly! We have utilized the services of the technician Will Ollivet several times in the past and have always been very satisfied. The same is true today.

Reggie did a superior job installing the new valve within two hours. He appreciated the fact that I had opened the wall for him (doing the grunt work), and saved him time on that--- although he does this quite routinely when there is no access panel. I feel that the price was on the high side ($400) for only two hours of labor. I did discuss this with the office manager subsequently, and she graciously made on adjustment given that I performed all of the prep work. It is important to note that this company Automatically charges a $79 estimate fee whether you do the work or not, and this is NOT subtracted from the job price. Secondly, this company does Not charge by the hour, but has an established fee for each type of plumbing job. This being said, I would work with this company again. Again, I was pleased with the work that Reggie performed.

Called ER Plumbing Services, and they sent a service technician over almost immediately. The service technician repaired 2 commodes, replaced, two wax seals, supply lines, and bolts, and did a very good job in a short time. The technician had a problem with a couple rusted bolts that he had to cut off with a small hack saw. He did this professionally without too much problem.

After a few years of DIY patching the pipes under my kitchen sink, a water leak forced me to call a professional. I called E. R. Plumbing based on reviews in Angie’s List and my Nextdoor app. Within 45 minutes of calling, Terry S. the technician was at my door. He quickly located where the water leak was and after I told him I was on a well and septic he explained that the water backup, which was coming from the drain pipe for my dishwasher, could be due to a clogged pipe or the septic tank needs pumping. I had him snake the lines and then install new pipes under the sink. He double checked his work to make sure the pipes under the sink were sealed and not leaking. I then had him replace the washer on the handle of my outdoor faucet to stop the slow drip, drip, drip. With every job he performed he quoted me the price beforehand. He took extra steps to avoid creating a mess and cleaned up afterwards even taking his own trash with him. I didn’t call around to compare prices. I trusted the reviews on Angie’s List coming from those that did price comparisons. I would call them again

I requested 3 quotes via Angie's List. This was the only company who called back and scheduled a visit with the week. Garrett arrived within the timeline provided, was professional, respectful of me working from home and did explain and show what was happening.

The work was good, very professional, arrived on time, very responsive and very trustworthy. I have no complaints. I highly recommend them.

Josh arrived on time and performed our service quickly and accurately. He was very professional and left the area spotless. I wouldn't hesitate to use ER Plumbing Services again.

Terry S and his assistant Dave D arrived on time, put down tarps in the basement to keep carpets clean, removed old water heater and installed new heater all before lunchtime. They simplified the water piping and cleaned up thoroughly. Both were extremely knowledgeable and courteous, and explained the temperature setting and recommended maintenance requirements. I will ask for them again for any future plumbing work.

The work was very professional. I rate Terry S as one of the best technicians who ever performed work for us and would recommend him and ER Plumbing to anyone.
