Description of Work: Called them due to high water bill and signs of a leak. They came out quickly but then could not find the problem. I was upset they charged an $150 diagnostic fee when they did not provide any new information. I didn't know what the problem was when I called them and I still didn't know when they left. I finally figured it out on my own. When I called to complain I was told the plumber had 25 years experience. A lot of good that did me. He offered to send someone else to look but honestly at that point I didn't have a lot of confidence in their ability to figure it out. Kudos to them, however, for not making up a problem that didn't exist. I don't mind paying for information, but I do mind paying for no information. I also understand the minimum fee to come out ($50), but not a diagnostic fee for no diagnosis. It was the first time I used them and the first time I used Angie's list. Disillusioned to say the least.

Description of Work: Checked for leaks, adjusted water levels in all toilets and replaced outdoor water faucet

Description of Work: Had a bad leak in a galvanized T fitting under the earth in the crawl space, he gave me several options, I went with the cheapest due to my house soon to be "removed" to make way for the Blue Line Extension , so now instead of a river coming out of my crawl space, it leaks at the rate of 1 drop about every 2 minutes, yes it is still a leak but it a whole bunch cheaper than digging up the supply line from the meter and replacing half of my plumbing , the quote my Father (RIP),"better to loose 1 finger than the whole hand"

Description of Work: Overall plumbing check, and cleaned out one sink. Did a thorough evaluation of water heaters, water pressure and connections. Offered advice where necessary.

Description of Work: Solved low water pressure problem on first try. Inlet water valve needed to be replaced. Thought we has a bad water heater and it could have been expensive but the techician suggested this solution and it worked. Have given phone number for E.R. Pumbiung to neighbor who had a problem and needed quick service and from the time I called the neighbor and the truck arrived was very good.

Description of Work: Had gas line installed for new gas grill. Explained in detail each step necessary for instillation. Prompt, Courtious and Professional as always.

He also mentioned other services they could perform, but did it in a way that was polite and natural, not pushy. I would definitely recommend ER Plumbing again and request Lance by name.

Description of Work: My plumber accidentally flooded my bath 4/12 and the ceiling below was damaged. He sent a restoration company today right away, 4/15, and I appreciate the fast service.

Description of Work: They came out as soon as possible (might have been a sunday) to clear our pipes. They worked hard and gave great advice but did not push any additional work
