Awesome job!!
Description of Work: Awesome job! I requested a quote at 10pm, got a response at 6am, traded a few messages and by 7:45am had someone scheduled to come out and replace my water heater. As a bonus, the job was complete by Noon the same day! Terry our technician was awesome, explained everything that he was doing and gave me tips on extending the life of the heater. Dave with home I initially traded messages with provided a quote after I sent him a picture of our old water heater and it was exactly as quoted down to the penny....not to mention about $700 cheaper than what one of LARGE HVAC/Plumbing companies quoted (you know, the ones with expensive commercials). Plus, they waived the service call of $69!! Couldn't ask for a better experience! Thank you!!!

Description of Work: I chose ER Plumbing after researching reviews I found on a variety of sites. The reviews were consistently incredible!! I set up an appointment and Trinity came to perform the service. Everything from that point on was as consistently excellent as the reviews. Trinity was very friendly and professional. He cleared our clog and explained what we can do to avoid the problem in the future. Excellent service and company. I will definitely use them in the future!
