Excellent service.
Description of Work: Had 3 shower valves and one tub valve replaced. Lots of work. Had old cartridge pull on handles that didn't work. Replaced with single handle turn on valves. So much better! Service technicians were very pleasant, knowledgeable and did a great job. Left things nice and clean.

A LITTLE PRICEY BUT A BETTER ATTITUDE THAN OTHERS I CALLED. WHEN WE SCHEDULED I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD SEND 2 MEN, ONLY ONE CAME SO IT TOOK OVER 3 HRS INSTEAD OF THE 2 HRS I HAD PLANNED ON. GOOD JOB THOUGH. PARKER HAD TO RE-SCHEDULE DUE TO A COLD SNAP AND SOME FROZEN PIPES (OTHER FOLKS-NOT OURS) AND THEY WORKED WITH ME TO GET THE LOGS IN BEFORE A NEW YEARS EVE PARTY AT OUR HOUSE. I WAS IMPRESSED THAT THE MAN PUT CLOTH 'FOOTIES' ON EVERY TIME HE WENT DOWN IN THE BASEMENT AND TOOK THEM OFF WHEN HE CAME UP, SO HE DIDN'T TRACK DIRT INTO THE CARPETS. I WILL DEFINITELY USE PARKER AGAIN!

Description of Work: WE HAD LEAK COMING THROUGH FIRST FLOOR CEILING. ON FIRST VISIT, THE COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE HAD TROUBLE LOCATING THE SOURCE OF THE LEAK, BUT THOUGHT THAT IT WAS COMING FROM UPSTAIRS BATHTUB. IN ORDER TO BE SURE, HE WAS GOING TO HAVE TO RIP OUT A LARGE AMOUNT OF CEILING AND WALL SURFACE. SO, HE SUGGESTED A QUICK RESEALING OF THE TUB DRAIN AND SPOUT (14-YEAR OLD TUB AND FIXTURES) AND THEN MONITOR TO SEE IF LEAK STOPPED. IT DID NOT STOP, SO ANOTHER COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE CAME OUT AND AFTER AN EXTENSIVE SEARCH FINALLY IDENTIFIED THE SOURCE OF THE LEAK AS A BROKEN PIPE FROM THE AIRCONDITIONER UNIT IN THE ATTIC. THE PIPE WAS REPAIRED.
