I contacted them via the web and requested an appointment. They never called to confirm and just showed up on Tuesday morning. They were very professional & very friendly once here; and once here, they finally called to let me know that a representative was on the way. While I appreciate the professionalism of ER Plumbing Services; I would have appreciated confirmation of the appointment and the estimation fee. Also, I paid the $59 for the estimate and only received the advice to contact my warranty folks to see what they cover & provide.

They were super fast getting here. We had waited 4 days for a company to be sent from our home warranty company. The person they sent was very thorough and good.

As we were pulling appliances and flooring preparing to file the kitchen floor, we noticed a leak behind the refrigerator. We then realized there was a much bigger leak coming from the ice machine connection. No matter what we did, it would not stop. I looked up Plumbers on Angie s List and found ER Plumbing. When I called, the woman who took my call was calm, professional, and friendly. When she told me she could get someone there within 30 minutes, I was shocked. Sure enough, within 30 minutes Jerry arrived. He quickly assessed the situation and was able to replace the connection faucet and stop the leak. He did all of this even though we could not get the water to that particular connection shut off. Jerry remained calm, professional, and friendly throughout the trying time. I cannot say enough about his response and knowledge. I was so impressed; I signed a contract with this company to keep using them in the future at a reduced price.

ER Plumbing showed up on the time and day scheduled for the estimate and were back right on time for the scheduled day of work. The appliance installers also came during that time so ER Plumbing and installers worked together so gas line was in right position for the duel-fuel oven. ER Plumbing rep. Explained all his work and how to safely use the gas line. Everything passed inspection.

Tech. advised that water pressure was too high in my home...100 and that the PRV in the garage needed to be replaced so that the plumbing throughout the house would not wear out early. I would not have known this! Very professional and easy to work with! I'm a real estate broker and have been in the business 20 years. It's great to have found ER Plumbing in Angie's List!

They were here promptly and very professional. He explained what he was going to do. After the work he tested it to make sure every thing was working properly.

They were here on time and did what they said they would.

One thing that I must stress is that I am pretty picky when it comes to the way things are done. When installing the line, they had to run it from the outside. I was worried about the way the outside of the house was going to look. Well, they patched it up and it looks really nice. I have no complaints at all. I believe that they did a real good job. I am sorry but I do not wish to discuss pricing.

Everything turned out great. We were surprised with how friendly and talkative they were. We really felt comfortable in using this company. They treated us with respect. They answered all of our questions. We were very impressed with how knowledgeable they were. They had the entire project done all in the same day. We were happy with their prices. We would highly recommend their services to any body.

Parker is a company that works very hard and obtains good ethics. They were subcontracted out by our builder to do plumbing work for us. We then paid our builder, who paid them for their subcontracted work. The builder would have given them a percentage of what we paid him. Their work is very neat, however, they use good time management skills, and they care about pleasing their customers. I would encourage others to use this company, especially if theyre doing a large renovation like we were. They are a great company to work with because they communicate really well with their customers.

Matt is a very personable guy and very skilled and thorough. His work was first-rate. The only beef I have with the whole affair is the high price. I don't mind paying a modest premium for after-hours service, but to end up paying $1,300 for a water heater is a pretty heavy hit. I felt like they knew they 'had me where they want me' at night with no hot water and took advantage of their opportunity.

They were excellent! My neighbor came over this morning and told my daughter that water was pouring out of the side of the house. When I first called the company and spoke to Shirley, she was very calm and patient with me. She had someone come out within an hour. They came right on time, went straight to work, found the problem, and corrected it quickly. And the cost was very reasonable.

I was very impressed with the work that was done. I think that the company did an excellent job. I would recommend them to my family and friends. The work was done in a timely manor and the workers were precise and friendly at all times. They made sure to keep up with the mess that was left. Have great prices as well.

My basement flooded because my sump pump was clogged. I had over 2 inches of water on the floor. I found it at 7:30 on a Friday night and the plumber arrived at 10:30 the next morning - as promised. They offered to send someone late Friday night, but I declined. Anyway, the plumber immediately got to work and had my basement water free within 30 minutes. He also cleaned the pump and showed me how to keep it clean and clog free in the future. He was the kindest man and so considerate of the house. It was a messy job and he did not track any mud or make any mess whatsoever. I cannot remember his first name, but he is Slovac and his wife's name is Eva.

We were impressed with the quick response from the company. The employee that came out was very professional and honest. He pointed out what he thought the problem in the shower was. Suggested that we have the tile looked at before opening up the ceiling below. We ended up hiring a contractor to re-tile the shower and when he did we found the leak. The leak that we found was nothing that could be detected if we had taken the the ceiling out below so we were so glad we did not do that. We did pay the plumbing employee the $65 fee for coming out. He felt bad charging it to us because he could not help us. But we were very thankful for his advice.

THEY CAME OUT ON TIME AND DID EVERYTHING THEY SAID THEY WOULD WITH GREAT FOLLOW THROUGH, EVERYTHING WAS WHAT THEY SAID. ONLY GIVE SENIOR DISCOUNT ON SMALL NOT LARGE JOBS.

The company and technician were very helpful. Especially on a Sunday afternoon. The problem was fixed within 30 minutes of arrival. Within in three hours of the initial call.

The overall experience is very good. I noticed the leak around 8:30pm and water was flowing at a fairly fast rate. I called ERP hoping that they could send someone over. They paged their on-call person and he showed up around 9:30 PM. The leak was fixed by 10:30 PM. I cannot really comment on the price because I didn't have time to do price comparison with different companies. However, the cost for various types of work was printed on their price sheet so they didn't just make up a price on the spot. Besides, to be able to take a hot shower by next morning was quite nice.

Arrived on time. Very professional. The price was too high.

They cut a hole in my drywall much larger than was necessary. When I called the company to complain, they didn't even offer to come out and repair it.

Easy to schedule and on time. Discussed option of repair vs. replacement. WE elected to go with replacement based on previous positive experience with Toto toilets.

The installation of the toilets went really well. We were going to have them connect the water to the kitchen sink but the price of $373 was close to $200 more then other companies so we did not have them do the work for the sink.

Work took a little longer than anticipated but was completed per our agreement.

This plumber worked as a sub under my general contractor. The quality of the rough seems to be OK, but they charged us an extra $1000 to use plastic pipe instead of iron, though they bid on iron and plastic is cheaper. They didn't explain (let alone justify) the up-charge to us, just charged the clueless general contractor who we now have to pay. Needless to say, we're not letting them come back to do the finish work- cheat me once, shame on you, cheat me twice, shame on me, right?

The service person was very helpful and did a great job. They sent someone very quickly also.
