 + -1 moreMy call was answered and an appointment was set up for the next day. Jim was there as scheduled and work progressed. I had purchased the new faucets and during installation it was discovered that we were missing the same parts to each faucet. Jim called the company and arranged for the parts to be sent to the house. Luckily the faucets could be made functional until the parts arrived. He inspected the water heaters and advised. He determined after 2 drywall cuts that the leak was coming from shower floor not plumbing fixtures. He gave me names of 2 people for dry wall repairs. I discovered a problem latter in the afternoon with one of the faucets and called the company. Jim was there within 15 minutes to fix the problem.
Description of Work: Jim replaced 2 faucets in the master bath, checked our water heaters and looked into a leak we had found under the house into the crawl space.

 + -1 moreCall ER Plumbing at 8 am describing the leak. Gave ETA(Estimated Time of Arrival) of 10 am and indicated that there was a $69 dispatch charge. Jim called at 9:20 am with some additional questions and indicated he would arrive at 10 am. Jim arrived at 10 am. He isolated the leak but unable to fix. He explained in DETAIL what needs to be done by an irrigation company. After his explanation, I was fully aware of what the problem was and what was required. The $69 dispatch charge was well worth the money. Jim's professionalism and customer service was #1.

My husband consulted with another plumber and he said his price would have been at least $200.00 less. Although I scheduled this appointment, I wasn't on hand to witness the work as it was being completed, but my husband was there instead. Even if I had a need for plumbing work again and selected this company, my husband would have some objections over me calling them again. Since the work was done to my standards, I was quite satisfied. However, I didn't pay the bill, my husband did.
Description of Work: Replaced/repaired the plumbing under the kitchen sink which was leaking.

While he was working, he gave me a quick primer on how the drains in the house work...List pricing is a little on expensive side, but timeliness and quality of workmanship were excellent.

However, it got worse and I called ER and they had someone out within an hour. Jim was friendly, courteous, trustworthy, kind and speedy. He found the leak right away and fixed it.  + -1 moreER launched a technician to do the job the afternoon of the morning I called them. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and thorough. In just short of an hour he had the job done and the room cleaned up. The ER office called me in late morning and asked if it would be okay for the technician to show up half an hour later than the time they had given me earlier. The fact that they called to ask if it was okay awed me to say the least. He showed up exactly as promised. They will do any plumbing I need done in this house in the future.
Description of Work: ER installed a new tub/shower trim kit to match the new sink faucet set we had recently installed in our guest bathroom. The bathroom has been transformed from shiny brass fixtures to brushed stainless fixtures and job is now complete.

 + -1 moreEverything happened just as promised. Service could not have been better. Knowledgeable and pleasant technicians did a great job. If you need plumbing services, stop right now and call these people!
Description of Work: I woke up Saturday morning and my hot water heater was out. Since my unit was 14 years old, I knew it had to be replaced. I called several companies from Angie's list and ER Plumbing was by far the most responsive and knowledgeable. They diagnosed the situation, gave me a quote and promised that they would get the new unit installed by the afternoon. We had a special type of water heater that was $300-$400 more than standard ones...ER was the only company who asked the right questions to understand what I had. I called back the other companies that I was considering and they all said "Oh, I didn't realize that is what you have...it will be much more expensive than my original quote."

 + -1 moreMatt did an exceptional job, was prompt, and was very helpful in exploring all of our options. In the end, he did all the work and did an excellent job. I nearly gagged at the price, but have no complaints at all about Matt.
Description of Work: Our master bath room toilet was flooding every time it flushed, and we couldn't fix it ourselves. We called on Tuesday morning and were told some one would be out on Tuesday afternoon. Matt showed up on time and went over pricing before he did any work. He snaked the toilet for us, and wasn't able to figure out why the bowl wasn't draining. He said he would have to remove it to try to get the obstruction out, and if he couldn't get it out, then the toilet would have to be replaced. He couldn't get the obstruction out, and he didn't have a toilet with him to replace ours, so he told us he would be out first thing the next morning to replace our toilet. He advised that the flange would also need to be replaced, as it was cracked and was causing water to leak at the base of the toilet. He went over all pricing and all of our options before doing any work, which I was grateful for. He showed up promptly at 8 am the next morning, and replaced the flange and the toilet. Immaculate work!

 + -1 moreGreat. Called at 8:30 Saturday morning and got a call back within a half hour to schedule a plumber. Was told Matt would be here between 2 and 3 and that they would call and let us know when he was on the way. They called at 1:15 and said he would be here in 15 minutes. Matt said he needed to take the faucet apart to determine the problem. About a half hour later he said it was fixed. The bill was $202 which we thought was really expensive and not discussed before he went ahead and fixed it. That includes a $69 trip fee and an hourly diagnostic fee of $133. We used an Angie's List coupon for $20 off so we paid $182.
Description of Work: Took apart kitchen faucet and replaced O-ring to stop leak in two year old Moen faucet.

I had put a toilet product in the downstairs bathroom toilet around the same time. The combination of the two seems to have stopped the problem.

 + -1 moreService was prompt and the employee was very courteous; the problem is that he didn't solve the problem, he just treated the symptom. The very next week, it stopped up again. I called again; they came again; rodded it out again; got water flowing again. This time no charge, but he said this was the end of the guarantee. Next, they would be happy to come back and put a camera in the line for $365.00 and then proceed with whatever repairs were deemed necessary for still another additional charge. I simply could not take a chance on what all that might eventually add up to so I decided to call another plumber and start all over. (P.S. The wax seal was not properly fitted either. It continued to leak out on the floor when it backed up again).
Description of Work: Main line to the street was clogged. They rodded this out enough to get water flowing again. They also replaced a wax seal under one commode where the water had bee backed up onto the floor. That's it. About two hours work and one wax seal for $507.00.
