I have used them a couple of times.

I called several plumbers (on Angie's List) about 2.30pm today, but I couldn't find anyone that could get to the house today. When I called ER Plumbing, the person who answered (Debra, I think), told me they could be there within an hour or two. The plumber, Jeff, was extremely professional and courteous from start to finish. He was upfront about our options and didn't pressure us in the slightest. I would recommend this company without reservation.

We are very impressed with them and they are real good. They gave us a good deal and I am happy about that. We have used them twice and they have been good.

My sewer line replacement was an expensive undertaking, but of the three plumbing companies I interviewed I felt most comfortable with ER. They were punctual, professional, and did not try to sell me products or services that were not needed. When I had a question and called their office, their friendly staff always answered the question with a smile. Their field personnel, Mike, John, and Troy were a pleasure to have around. After the job was completed, Bill even called to let me know that the city of Monroe offered a $200 rebate on my new hot water heater. I was totally unaware. ER PLumbing is now my "plumber of choice" and I will use only them.

Emergency Response Plumbing Services gave me straight and truthful information. Emergency Response Plumbing Services did the work and I haven t had a problem since.

The leak had already dried up when they arrived. They had to cut a hole in the ceiling after getting my approval They were responsive and the price seemed reasonable to me.

Even though this was not an emergency, I was able to get service the same day. The technician was professional and efficient. He described the problem in detail, made the repair and checked everything out thoroughly to be sure the leak was resolved. I was very impressed with the entire experience.

Called around 9:30 am; got an immediate appointment, did not request emergency service; serviceman arrived promptly within a few hours, work was completed promptly and professionally, no mess, no extra charges, he spent some extra time discusssing a leaky garden tub with my husband which wasn't part of the job. Efficient, friendly.

Four days ago our water pressure went down significantly. We are on a well. We called ER Plumbing and requested Troy since he was so efficient last time. He was on a previous job that took him a couple days, but he made himself available to us through his cell phone. We even sent a picture message to his cell phone of the current pressure tank so he could see what he needed to order. On the day of the installation, we didn t have to call in to see if he remembered us. He called us personally and then the office called to give us his eta. Once again, this company is top notch! Troy is truly an asset to this company! We will use ER anytime we have plumbing issues! ER also has this Plumber of Choice Loyalty Program that provides priority service, 15% discount on labor for repairs and installations, extended service warranties, and 24 hour service at regular rates!!!

Troy arrived punctually and, after examining the problems, gave me an estimate. The one thing that I would grade them down on is that, when I called them to set up the appointment, the dispatcher did not notify me of the $69 dispatch fee. To his credit, Troy brought it up before he even inspected the baths. I recently had my hours cut at work - just another victim of our poor economy - and I am watching every dollar spent like a hawk. When Troy gave me the estimate for the toilet repair, I told him not to proceed with that (I have a brother who can do it with the proper amount of begging). So he went to work on the shower. He had explained that the problem might be a simple matter of a piece of trash impeding the water flow, or it might be corrosion and require the replacement of a cartridge. According to Murphy's Law, the cartridge needed replacing. And that required Troy to drive across town to get the required part (he tried the local Lowes first, in hopes that he wouldn't have to commute so far). Upon his return, he announced that he would fix my toilet at no charge, as he'd decided he "needed to do something nice for someone" that day. I was stunned - I don't know what moved him to do that, and maybe he wouldn't appreciate my sharing it with you, but that kind of magnanimous gesture is unheard of these days, and warrants the telling. The shower repair was finished in short order after his return. As we were signing papers and checks at the close of the transaction, I asked him about my old disposal, which is working but complains about it every time I flip the switch. He gave me advice about how to save money on its replacement and produced a Loyalty form (no charge to sign up) which guarantees a lower price on all work. Further, their work order shows all their prices and differences in prices for their POC (Loyalty) customers. I cannot speak highly enough of these folks - I only wish they did car maintenance as well! I recommend ER Plumbing Services enthusiastically!

Overall, great job. Company called me back promptly after scheduling to confirm and the plumber was actually here a few minutes early. The job was messy due to the extent of the leak, but Troy did an exceptional job of staying clean, had all the right tools to get the job done efficiently and quickly, and was able to fix the leak. He used better fittings than the original contractor (which clearly botched the job) to insure the system would have no further leaks. Everything is working perfectly now, and I can finally sleep knowing that our main water line is done correctly. He even added a shut off valve that should have been installed in the first place.

Emergency Response did an incredible job from start to finish.

We noticed a leak on a Friday night and called them on Saturday morning around 7:30 a.m. We had a serviceman at our house before 8 a.m. and were finished with the replacing of our water heater by 11 a.m. They were very professional and friendly.

I had cut my water line while removing some roots that had separated the sewer drain line above it on a Sunday at about noon time. I called and they said I'd likely have someone there within an hour. It was more like two hours, but once they arrived, the service went very well. A professional job with the work explained. Charges were reasonable, particularly for quick response call on a Sunday. The person that did the work did a great job all around.

Great experience. The plumber was timely, professional and just plain pleasant. He located the problem, showed me the problem, was able to fix the problem and then gave me information on how to deal with the water damage that had occurred. When I first contacted this company, the receptionist was also extremely nice and helpful. She kept me informed and called me back that she had talked with the plumber and that he would be in touch with me regarding the timeframe for coming out.

They have done a very good job every time they have come to my place. They are very punctual and honest. They are a little on the higher side for price, but well worth it. They only recommend necessary work.

Things could not have gone smoother - this was a great experience. Our hot water heater was leaking and I called ER Plumbing Services. Richard was at our house just 45 minutes after we called. He had someone deliver a new water heater and was able to replace it immediately, so we had hot water in just a few hours.

From start to finish this company is superior! I called after hours and a very pleasant young woman answered the phone and left a message for them the next morning. Bright and early the next morning another woman called and set a same day appointment. This was not even an emergency. They even called when the technician (Troy) was on his way. When Troy arrived, he was pleasant, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. It's a rare occasion that a company is top notch in every way; this company is one such company.

They were extremely responsive and on time both times that we used them. We called them on a Friday afternoon at around 5:00 and they were here within 45 minutes. I was impressed at how fast they were able to respond. They cleaned up very well when they were finished. They also gave us some tips about what should and should not be run through the garbage disposal.

Called on Monday afternoon (Labor Day) and received a call back at 7:30am the next day. The repairman arrived within the hour and was finished the repair by 9:30am. Repairman was very friendly and professional.

Excellent job from estimate to completion. I highly recommend this company based on my experience. Punctual on every appointment. Explained the work that would be done and provided an accurate expectation on how long the work would take on each visit. Work was done neatly. We are very pleased.

I was very pleased. They got the job done in an efficient manner. They did not disclose the cost of the project and stuck to the price. They were also giving the recommendations that we may never have thought of.

We were unable to completely turn off the kitchen faucet and the pipes made a whistling noise. Also, the washing machine leaked. The plumber was very polite, listened to my concerns, and addressed each one. He did not try to oversell his services. He did great work. The price was good.
