Rich showed up on time and checked out the toilet. He did not have the part on his truck so he called his shop and the delivered it within 20 minutes. Rich repaired toilet and explained what he did.

ER was on time. They charge $69 just to show up. Then they have a set fee schedule for everything. My renters were complaining of slow toilets and a backed up shower. The plumber said the toilets were an old design. Nothing other than replacing the toilets would make them flush better. He then unclogged the shower but it took him a while to figure it out. ER is way too expensive for normal plumbing jobs. Hire a handyman instead.

The plumber was on time; in fact they called to let me know exactly when he would arrive. I have a small rental unit and wanted two toilets, two sinks and a bathtub inspected. The plumber told me the toilets were old and were slow because of the old design. The bathtub was clogged. He snaked the tub but felt there was still a clog. He tied to remove the stopper but could not. Finally he discovered the stopper was held in place by a set screw. After removing the stopper, he finished the job. I have no problem with the work or the plumber. ER charges a $69 fee just to show up and then they work from a set fee schedule. I would suggest for simple plumbing issues you stick to a handyman or a one man show. ER is just too expensive for routine plumbing issues

It went well. We have a yearly contract with them. Their work is always good and very thorough. We have used them when needed for several years.

ER Plumbing came out and provided the service I needed on the PRV Valve.

Called them 730am within one hour they were at my house. Within three hours they were completed with the installation of the new unit. Mike and Kaleb were both professional, would recommend using ER Plumbing.

The technician was professional, but was very expensive. $199.00 for each replacement was expensive.

They responded promptly, diagnosed the problem and did a temporary repair to stop the leak and restore water service. The followed up in 2 days with complete replacement of my water line.

Better than we could have ever expected, esp on a Saturday morning - Office staff and technician were both very professional and friendly-We will be using ER Plumbing from now on! We were very impressed with technician using shoe covers and gloves and his quick response!

Within 30 minutes of calling, he was at my house. This is during the unusual freeze we're experiencing. He had it all fixed within 1.5 hours of my phone call! Phenomenal service. Professional, polite and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend using this company!

Found water gushing from under the house at 2 am. After shutting off the main water valve and going to bed, I woke up early and started making calls. After calling my regular plumber and three other companies (I got voicemail), E R picked up the phone. I explained the problem and they had someone at my house within 75 minutes. The repair man was very nice and professional, in uniform and in professional truck. He inspected the area and determined that the valve to the water sprinkler cracked. He explained everything to me and showed me where the crack was. He made sure the water to the sprinkler was turned off completely and turned the water back on to the house.

Called at 7AM because we had a busted water pipe. Had a service tech to our house by 8:30am. Quickly identified problem and make repair.

Mike arrived when the dispatcher said he would. Mike determined what the problem was and fixed it quickly. No more cold showers. He suggested having the regulator and too small hose replaced because they may not sufficiently supply enough gas if other appliances were operating. I had called another company and their person said he would get back to me with pricing on a part and I'm still waiting. I will use ER again for other items.

On time, professional, friendly, answered all questioned, located problem and fixed it.

Not well. I left a very clear message and never received a response.

They were quick, cleanly, courteous.

They were prompt, efficient and very helpful. They fixed the problem while being sensitive to cost. They also encouraged me to seek advice from a restoration company due to category 3 water having entered the house.

Everyone was very professional and friendly. They called when the technician was on his way over and the technician was also very professional, friendly and left the bathroom clean. Very good job except for the price. I was not told, nor did I see any service fee of $69.00 whether any work was completed or not until I received the bill for which I was very upset. If there was to be a service charge on top of the work fee they should have told me up front and allow me to make a decision to use ER or not.

When I called ER Plumbing they were very professional on the phone and was able to schedule my appointment for a time that worked for me. My appt. was supposed to be between 11-1 but had a cancelation so he called to ask if he could come by early. That actually worked for me so I was good with that. The repair technician got here he advised me the problem was with the faucet not the hoses connected to the hot/cold shut offs. He did show me the water coming down from the faucet. It wasn't repairable plus I had a white moen faucet which they don't carry on hand. The tech advised me that Moen has a lifetime warranty on their faucets and that I should call them b/c he thought the would replace for free. He told me exactly what they would need to process the order. Sure enough I called Moen and had a brand new faucet by Tuesday. I really appreciated the fact he shared that info with me b/c it saved me about $300. I called ER back to get to schedule a time to have them come back to install the new faucet. Once again it was no problem getting an appointment. Same tech came to do the installation. He was very nice and professional. He went over the causes of the leak, talked about water pressure, and pointed out some things I may need to look at replacing in the future but wasn't pushy about it. I would use ER Plumbing again!

Richard, the plumber, was incredibly responsive, very nice and knowledgable and incredibly thorough. I had an plumbing emergency on a Sunday morning and ER Plumbing were the first people I was able to get ahold of after trying three other 24 hour companies. From time of call to time of arrival was approximately an hour. I would highly recommend this company.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, WOW! They sent Lance out to my house the same morning I called to get a quote. I met him during my lunch break who cut right to the chase, quoted my options, and wend over the process. Lance also diagnosed the PRV was causing some "hammering" in our system and itemized the quote accordingly. They were much less expensive than the other big name plumbing companies. One company wanted $2900 to do the same job! I was trying to decide whether I should do the work myself, and definitely made the right choice by hiring ER Plumbing. They used better quality equipment (State, Rheem, etc.) and Lance, who gave me the initial quote, actually did the installation! It was very nice knowing they weren't sending out "the service" guys to make the repair. They were not pushy, very quick to respond, and did the job the next day...truthfully they probably would have done it that same afternoon if I wasn't getting other quotes. They always wore the booties in the house and took the extra time to answer my questions (which were a lot). They removed and discarded the old 40 gal. Unit, installed the new one, making it up to code with expansion tank & gas line, and replaced the pressure regulator valve in just over 4 hours. My wife and I couldn't be happier with our experience! You can really tell the owner trusts his employees to make decisions and flexibility in the way they quote jobs.
